Speaking with one of the office staff, she positively assured me that Joe Cornetta would contact me to visit my home and access the plumbing issues. Upon arrival in two days, Joe inspected the work to be done and explained that another permit would need to be filed with the TOH and he would get back to me with an estimate. Within days, Joe provided a clear and precise estimate of the work to be completed with the additional TOH costs for the permit and inspection and that Joe would personally be present for the TOH inspection. after signing the agreement, we scheduled a date for the job to be completed. Steven, the crew chief along with two other technicians began the work promptly at 8am as scheduled, covering floors and appliances that were close to the actual area. Within minutes, the crew began to renovate the plumbing issues to TOH code. Observing the team, they reminded me of as NASCAR pit crew, very fast, precise and obviously seasoned experts. By midday, the crew was finished and spotlessly cleaned the area. Joe had assured me that the work was compliant to current TOH code. Sometime later ( Architectural drawing and TOH delays) an inspection was scheduled with Joe leading the inspector through the work completed. The work was approved and a Certificate of Completion was issued, Throughout the entire process, Joe, the office and the crew certainly were certainly a breath of fresh air.
