Stopped by for a basic part for my tow bar. Their parts department is very limited, but they did suggest 2 other places I could try.

Jacob was very nice and he was quick to help me and get what I needed. But then the issue came up…read morewhere I wanted to buy a product that was on a buy one get one free. They only had one bottle on the shelf so I asked if I could take advantage of the buy one get one free pay for it now and when their next shipment came in, they could give me an IOU and I would come in and pick up the second bottle. They told me they could not do that. I thought that was absolutely hilarious. I asked him to ask his manager, but his manager walked up to the next register and just started taking people in line behind me. So I put the product back paid for the original product that I intended to get when I came in and any after sales were history. Now I know why my sister always goes to Napa. They would have at least given me a rain check Giving one star because the store was clean and one star because Jacob was nice and friendly. The other three stars are negative one for the manager negative one for not having inventory and -3 for not giving people who are not in management authority to do something so basic. Inconveniencing your customer is not the way to do it. I don't know if they're aware, but customers are what keep your doors open. Denying sales is asinine.

I brought my civic in here to be serviced a few weeks ago because I've been having troubles with…read morethe air conditioning. The service advisor told me that it could be upwards of 2 $2,000 just to fix the air conditioning. I knew right away that I didn't want to spend anymore money on an old car and made the decision to test drive a brand new 2026 Honda CRV. I immediately fell in love with the car and knew I had to have it and we made it happen! Everyone and I mean everyone at this dealership was so pleasant to work with and made this experience so easy for me. I'm terrible at remembering names and I remember everyone who helped me during this process. So I'd like to give a huge thank you to everyone who made this such a fantastic customer experience: Curtis, Chris, Carlos, Crystal, Aaron, Alex, Ray. This is my third Honda and this experience reminded me of why I've always stuck with Honda. Chris truly went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the sale and I'm so incredibly appreciative of that. I LOVE my car and I am so happy that I made this purchase! I absolutely will be back when I'm ready to purchase another one

On 07/21/2026, I had my vehicle towed to Unicars Honda for an unknown issue…read more My vehicle was inspected, and I learned I had hit something that caused the issue and that it would not be under warranty. That is understandable, and I paid the $ 250.00 (or so) diagnostic fee. They gave me an estimate of close to 10,000.00 including labor. They outlined several parts, including a new transmission. I couldn't believe it. I took it to a different shop and replaced what actually needed to be replaced: the whole splash guard/metal skid plate, and most importantly, the torque converter. In the end it was 850.00 including labor. I didn't need CV axles or a new transmission. My transmission and CV axles were fine. You'd think that Unicars Honda would be reputable in the sense that they are a licensed dealer, not a "mom and pop" shop. I have bought two cars from this dealership in the last six years, both cash. But the moment I need assistance in repairing my vehicle, I am quoted something ridiculous because they can't make money off the repair but only on labor. Basically committing fraud in quoting needing parts when they aren't needed at all. I am so upset that I am no longer doing business with Unicars Honda. I'd rather do business with other Honda dealers in the area. I will file complaints with the California DMV Investigative Division, the California Bureau of Automotive Repair, and American Honda Motor Co. Stay away from this place.
