Their website had detailed information on all of their coaches, trailers, and fifth wheels, which made it easy to narrow down what we were looking for. I had a few follow-up questions about a fifth wheel, and they responded right away. When we went to see it in person, Juan walked us through every detail of the fifth wheel. He was incredibly knowledgeable and explained where everything was and how it worked. I was honestly a little overwhelmed--this 39-foot, 2022 Raptor was much bigger and fancier than anything I'd ever owned (my previous RV was a well-loved but aging 2004 Bounder!). We made an offer, signed the paperwork, and waited about a week for everything to be ready. During that time, we had Riverside Hitch install the new B&W hitch we needed for towing. They did an excellent job and offered the best price we found. When we returned for delivery, the Raptor was washed, hooked up, and ready for our final walkthrough. The loan documents were prepared and the financing process was incredibly fast. We even received a better interest rate and lower payments than we expected. We had looked at after market warrantees but the company they offered was a better price and way better coverage. We were in and out in about an hour, which was a blessing since we had driven from Colton and had to tow this beast home for the very first time! I pray for KARV's continued success. They truly earned our business, and I've already recommended them to three friends and family members who are looking for newer RVs. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again!

My husband decided to take the ride out to Indio to check out the car since it was over 100 miles away from us. (Yes, that's how much we liked the car lol) Long story very short, everyone we came in contact with was professional & respectful. They were not "pushy salesmen" like most people are used to at car dealerships. They made us feel welcomed instead of just a sale to them. Upon inspection of the car, we did notice something was broken. They acknowledged that they missed it & fixed the problem without any issues. When we got home, unfortunately there was another issue with the vehicle that we immediately brought to their attention. We had to drive back in for service on the initial broken part, so they looked at the new issue too. Everything was fixed according to the service dept. We got home & realized unfortunately the 2nd issue was not resolved. We called them & they set us up to be taken care of at a local repair center due to the distance from our house to the dealership (they did an exceptional job btw) All in all, even with a few hiccups - we couldn't be happier with their service & professionalism. Things happen & nothing is ever going to go perfectly smooth, that's life- but, wow. They made sure to make things right & went above & beyond to make sure we were taken care of, communicated with us & never left us wondering. **side note - the facility was clean, the restrooms were kept up & clean, they had waters, coffee & vending machines for you while you wait. We declined, only the oil change this time. When it came time to pay we were notified there would be an additional fee if credit card was used. This is not posted anywhere and we were not informed prior to the service performed. It felt a bit deceptive. We covered our service in cash but if you had an extensive service, this could be a huge surprise. Please do your customers and your service associates a favor and post there are additional fees for making purchases with a credit card.

When I arrived, I waited about 20 minutes past my appointment time. After sitting down with the salesperson, I learned the car I came for had open recalls and couldn't be sold -- something they texted me about 30 minutes before my arrival while I was already driving. No earlier call, no meaningful notice. I had already been there nearly an hour. Management offered a $300 shipping credit (only usable at that location), which wouldn't even cover the typical shipping cost. They refused to apply it elsewhere or cover full shipping despite the inconvenience. Gas reimbursement required a printed receipt from before leaving -- unrealistic. I decided to look only at cars physically on the lot. I clearly said no white cars and no compacts. I was repeatedly shown white cars and compacts. Eventually I purchased a different vehicle after another long wait. During the test drive, the tire pressure light came on. I was told it was handled before delivery -- it wasn't. The car was also handed over dirty (filthy rims) and missing the actual emergency key -- I was given a plastic cover instead. The salesperson was polite, but management failed at communication, preparation, and basic follow-through. I've bought from CarMax before with no issues. This location was a completely different experience. I won't return. Four hours in-store for this level of execution is unacceptable.

They answered the call right away and I was able to schedule service that works for me on my next trip down there. They've always treated me well in San Diego and should have called there first but Palm Springs was close to this home. I've not had much luck ever with Mercedes Benz of Palm Springs. Trust me, I've cornered this man in his own office demanding to speak to me to explain the extended warranty i purchased and why it doesn't include all three of my gawd damn 5 series batteries in it. I raised the issue multiple times during the transaction because it was important to me, and the salesperson again confirmed this in front of another salesperson at the dealership when I asked about it a second time. Despite those assurances, my credit was apparently still run and the financing was subsequently re-originated through the dealership's lender network. The loan also ended up being structured as a personal loan rather than the business financing arrangement I had intended to use. When I later called the dealership to discuss the issue, I was transferred to a sales manager who was argumentative and dismissive in tone. During the conversation, he stated that I had been "misinformed" and claimed that running a credit check and handling financing this way was standard process across dealerships. He also appeared to acknowledge that the dealership had re-originated the loan, specifically stating that they did so because they "got me a better rate." However, the rate difference was only approximately 0.05% better than the financing offer I had already independently secured through my own bank. From my perspective, being assured multiple times that my credit would not be run, only to later discover that the financing had been changed anyway, felt suspicious, dishonest, and potentially unethical. This was furthered when I called the sales manager and he was argumentative and said this was standard practice for dealerships while also acknowledging they had re-originated the loan. Customers should clearly understand: -when and why their credit is being run, -whether financing is being re-originated, -how a loan is being structured, -and whether it is being processed as a personal or business loan. The vehicle itself may be fine, but the financing and communication process left me with serious concerns. When I called to discuss this, the sales manager would not transfer me to the general manager.
