For context, this was a 4-hour deep clean for my one bedroom apartment that included baseboards, organizing, and even laundry. I have a shihpoo who demands a lot of attention, so keeping up with deep cleaning can sometimes get away from me. When I say they saved my life, I'm not exaggerating. Kizzy and Alice absolutely delivered. They cleaned my apartment top to bottom. Baseboards, surfaces, floors, everything. They even did my laundry which was such a huge help. I stepped out to run errands while they worked and came back about four hours later to an apartment that felt completely reset. The space looked amazing and felt so much lighter. I'd occasionally have someone no show or reschedule last minute. The last visit, the cleaner used vinegar on my marble sink and ruined it. The company kept insisting it was water spots and could be washed off (it can't) and have now ghosted me when I asked for their insurance information. I'm guessing they don't have any. With so many housekeeping options, go with another company that doesn't pay for reviews.
