Hieu completely surprised me the first day he cleaned my pool. He is extremely knowledgeable about the balance and chemistry of pool water (sounded like a chem professor) and he was confident that he will get my pool to finally sparkle. And he did exactly that. For the past 8 years I've heard all those Bull Sh*%# responses from my previous pool guys when I ask them why my pool water and pool flooring never looks clean even minutes after they service the pool. Pure laziness is the true answer. Hieu and his team would brush and clean the sides of the pool and spa very throughly. They do thorough skimming, cleaning and vacuuming. I no longer see green/algae at the corners. I no longer see that layer of debris on the surface. The steps look great! Every corner of my pool and spa looks clean! The water sparkles! Here are before and after photos. The first photo is how my pool used to look every day even moments after a pool service. The 2nd photo shows how the pool looks 3+ days after Hieu and team had cleaned it. You will not find a better and more honest guy than Hieu to maintain your pool. We advised them about it but they were doing the same things. Than he decided to pass me on to a friend of his for service without consulting me. After he quit he demanded to pay him $140 for service he never performed. For the last six months I'm constantly bombarded with threats to pay or they will put me on collection. I only asked for proof of service for the charges. He's not providing it. Very disappointed as he seemed to be a nice guy but it turned out no knowledge about pools + they shake you down for services not performed and put you in collection if you don't pay Pictures shows the pool after a service p.s This is unbelievable After I posted this review Mr. Hieu called me and threatened me, called me names Now me and my family is considering to get a restraining order against him as my wife is really scared. Waterline Tech found the parts i needed and they have a ton of inventory so if you need parts or the equipment this is definitely the place to go thats for sure. I was surprised that when getting help at the counter everyone works together to help find what you need it was amazing cause usually you dont see that kind of professionalism in most other places. Before Phil, we had another "well rated" company that had high turnover and sent someone to come every week instead of the owner himself. This means that the weekly person didn't really care to bring up issues and was not thorough. The owner subcontracted someone to refinish our slide which started peeling a year later and then pawned off responsibility to the subcontractor who ghosted us. At this time, our pool was starting to also look green with black specs. Needless to say, we were paying for subquality work by an owner that didn't care because we never even actually met him. Then comes Phil to the rescue. Not only did he save our pool just in time for our 4th of July pool party, he's been extremely thorough and gave us individualized care. With Phil, you can be sure to never have to worry about your pool issues again. We're so glad we found him and make sure to always recommend him whenever people have pool issues.

We've been using Beachfront for a little over 2 years. Paul is our point of contact but he's not…read morethe one that comes out for the maintenance. Last year, we needed our pool slide scrapped and re-coated as the initial construction of the slide was done poorly. We asked Paul if this is something his company does and he said yes. Tells us he'll send his stone guy to take a look at it. I emphasized that I wanted to use whatever material would last us the longest. He quoted us about $2k. It's steep, but we know Paul and trusted him (or so we thought). It has been a year almost exactly and the coating they did is now peeling. We reach out to Paul about remedying this and he's basically washing his hands of it, saying that he has no affiliation with the person/company he sent out and that he had called his stone guy. I've attached photos of what the slide looked like before, after, and now and part of our conversation where he explicitly stated his workers and not some referred outside company. We paid the invoice sent through Beachfront, not some 3rd party he claims to not be affiliated with. This is not to mention that our pool has had issues with algae for the last 2 months and they claim that it was a pipe leak which we paid for to be fixed and look at the state of our pool now still. I would stay far away from this company. I don't know why they have so many stars but my experience with Paul and Beachfront have been disappointing and expensive.
