WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED. Lemon pepper wings were FIRE. 10/10. Garlic noodles were delish!!! The container looked small but it was so much food. I ate 2 wings and some noddles and was full. I used to love getting the sisig burrito here. Haven't ordered from here in a while and thought I'd DoorDash it and see if it was still good. It was just ok kind of disappointed. We ordered the sisig burrito, fried fish burrito, lemon pepper wings over garlic noodles, lumpia, a chicken taco, butter garlic shrimp over loaded fried rice, and the steak and butter garlic shrimp over loaded fries, plus a couple of lemonades (KB 50/50, classic & kayla strawberry). I have never had garlic noodles better than those at this place. I wouldn't even compare the noodles to Monkey King; they're so good. I would say Crustaceans and Thanh Long are the comparison! First, I will say I really love Blue Saigon. It's a staple in the P, however they did me wrong. I don't know if it's because I ordered 30 minutes before they closed but either way, the service should not have been compromised due to that. I normally get Blue Saigon at least once a week or twice every two weeks but after my encounter last night, they might not ever receive another cent from me. If they were going to give me a wing with a feather on it to this extent, they could've just sent me home with the bird. It's been a while since I've patronized them. I've been pleased on each visit. Today I ordered their garlic noodles, w/spicy glazed shrimp. I order a lot of food based off pictures. In this instance, I expected to receive some peel & eat shrimp, a dish I'm very finicky about. What I received is not what was advertised. The shell was off and the shrimp seemed to have been flash fried & overcooked. The rubbery coating and dry chew made for a bad bite. The sauce was sweeter than it was spicy. Everyone makes garlic noodles differently & these were ok. They were a bit to oily w/a weak garlic flavor. Garlic noodles should explode w/garlic flavor, imo. I'd still recommend them overall. They do it have nice wings and I could do another order of garlic noodles sans the shrimp. read more

The Candy wings in my opinion didn't live up to the TikTok hype. I also ordered a warrior hot dog with fries and a side of steak loaded fries. Again just ok, Service was great! The hostess that took our order was really helpful and nice. Overall it was an ok experience. Tad on the pricey side too. I spent $96.14 for my order. Totally disappointed this time. We have been coming here since they first opened here in the "Burg". Since the opening of the Las Vegas location this place has been neglected. The planned expansion with this location has never come to fruition. The service has gotten pretty bad. The wait times are ridiculous. The food quality and quantity has gone way down. But, the prices have gone up to make it worse. I order the shaking beef fries and the fried shrimp, which was my go to. The fries have much much less food in them then they used to. The fried shrimp doesn't even have the dipping sauce they usually give you. Not to sure if I will be returning. May have to take another break from here. Check it out for yourself people. Oh boy. I had quite the experience at Blue Saigon tonight. And it was not a good one... I have been eyeing this place on Yelp - it has a ton of amazing reviews and delicious looking food. I was super excited to finally try it, so I made a 35-minute drive out to Pittsburg on a Friday night. Only to be extremely disappointed. Arrived at 6:30 PM (this is strictly a takeout only spot where you order and pick-up at the window). Placed an order for their famous garlic noodles with candy chicken wings. "We are out of wings." Wait, huh? Ok fine. Placed an order for their pork burrito. "We are out of fried rice for the burrito." An Asian-fusion spot out of rice? Really? "We are also out of pot stickers." *face palm* It was still early in the night - how could you be out of food? Do they plan their inventory knowing Friday is a popular takeout night?! I ended up ordering garlic noodles (without wings) and a burrito (with fries instead of fried rice). Given that this is a takeout spot I was expecting a 15-20 min wait at most. Thirty minutes pass and still no food. A lady comes out of the restaurant and calls my name to tell me, "Did you order the pork burrito?" "Yes." "We are out of pork for your burrito." LOL SERIOUSLY?! I tell her she can substitute the pork for sisig. Another 15-minutes pass and I finally get my food after 45-minutes since ordering. I wasn't the only one frustrated. The group of people waiting for their food was getting large. I felt bad for all the Door Dashers. I'm not sure if the wait here is always very long but on Friday night it was pretty ridiculous and something I would have avoided if I knew. To top it off, the food was... eh. Granted I didn't get to the try their popular wings, but the garlic noodles were average and the "custom" burrito they gave me was not what was advertised on the menu. I didn't know what it was (maybe because they ran out of ingredients). It was supposed to come with guac, cheese, sour cream, fried rice per their menu. 40 minute wait time for two orders of the 5 piece candied chicken wings, one with noodles one with fries. Told "we're working on it" but no time estimate on when it'd be done. The seating selection is limited in doors but there are some available seats, the overall ambiance was good. There used to be a couple of seats in the room where you can sit down with a friend or two very small dining area. However, since Covid they've turned into a walk up window. Heard about a fried rice burrito and thought... I need to try this.... So we headed out for a quick lunch and we had read the reviews and the menu ahead of time. First, their vibe is their vibe... if you do not enjoy the music (which was hard not to sing and dance along with) then step outside, they have the buzzer to remind you when your order is ready. Second, there is not a ton of seats but they package well to go... plan for that. We ordered the lemonade (the menu has many options and variations) it was pretty good. We tried the fried shrimp burrito... the rice was fresh, veggies were very crisp and gave a good crunch and the shrimp was fresh fried to order then they grilled the outside of the tortillas... and any added a whole layer of flavor. I personally loved the service, it took less than 20 minutes from order to completion, the staff was happy, singing along with the music and the energetic atmosphere made me feel excited for this new food adventure. It's better to order ahead of time through the phone because if you don't, you'll find yourself waiting around for 25-30 mins. My wife and I ordered their garlic noodles with 5 pieces of candied wings, sweet and salty pulled pork burritos, lumpia, and Filipino sisig fries. All items were served freshly made and was packed full of flavor. We were shocked because the food was just cooked perfectly and was delicious all the way. The chicken had a nice glazed crisp to it, the burrito was almost like a banh-mi sandwich, the sisig was grilled nicely, etc. The prices are excellent with about $10 for each major item.
