If you're looking for a great breakfast spot this is one to look at! The food was delicious and such large serving sizes, my husband and I definitely shared our plates! Many of the entrees also come with a side of pancakes! The service was great, we felt well taken care of despite the restaurant being busy. Overall, a solid breakfast spot

was in the area for a wedding & stopped in for breakfast around 8am. Was pretty empty so that made service pretty quick. Food was amazing and this may have been the best sausage Ive ever eaten. My pancakes were amazing & fluffy and E's seafood omelette was amazing. If we lived there this would be a weekly visit.

The food was incredible, everybody was super nice. The restaurant is dog friendly on their patio and everyone loved on her the entire time. I've been visiting to Chicago this was a great place to try!

The food at Blueberry Hill is DELICIOUS! So good! And it came out quick! Me and my mom went for breakfast and it was amazing! Despite a full parking lot, we walked in and was quickly seated in the cozy dining room. I didn't realize how large the dining area was. And with their breakfast service being so fast, the tables turn over relatively quickly. Our service was great and did more than adequate table touches. I had a skillet with pancakes and my mom had an omlette with potatoes and toast. Hot fresh and delicious! They have multiple locations which keep the prices competitive. Check it out!

We were greeted and seated upon entering on a Saturday morning which was nice. There was Christmas music and decor around the restaurant. Out waitress was friendly and checked on us often but not too much. Coffee: 4/5 enjoyed the coffee here as it wasn't too strong and they offered a small variety of cream and sugar options. Philly cheesesteak skillet: 3/5 this missed the mark for me. The steak had no real flavor and while it looked like a lot of meat, most of that was jalapeños! I asked for jalapeños but didn't think they'd essentially overload the skillet with them. The potatoes were undercooked and wished they were crispier or maybe use hash browns instead of potatoes. Denver skillet: 3/5 too many jalapeños here as well but other than that, nothing special about this one.

This place is large. This is only one HALF of the inside.

Coffee and pancakes! Whenever I'm in the area, I have to visit. They never have long wait times and the food is stellar!

Visited from out of state and was surprised by the warmth of hospitality from the staff, the speed in serving up my order, and the generous portion sizes. I ordered the Canadian Scrambler. Classic diner vibes complete the experience!

Lots of bacon and cooked perfectly.

First time here. Huge portions of delicious food. I will definitely be back. Service was excellent too and the restaurant is located in a beautiful area with plenty of parking.

The food was absolutely amazing, my husband and I were impressed with how quickly we were seated. The atmosphere was welcoming and friendly from the moment the host greeted us to the point our server was at the table. She was absolutely amazing at her job and was very quick with everything. Would highly recommend coming here. It's very family friendly which we loved.

If I could give this place zero stars, that's what it is. I ordered the ranchero omelette with rye toast. I cut my omelette right down the middle and this little guy fell right out. I was DISGUSTED. To add insult to injury, when I brought it to the lady at front desk, she tried to say it was a seed from my rye toast. When I brought it to her attention that seeds don't have legs and if you look closer you can see the body, she said nothing. She looked closer and still said nothing. No apology, not a word. She just balled up the napkin and threw it away. I really hope management takes concerns for infestation at this place seriously because this is NOT okay.

Our daughter is vegan, and she helped navigate her meal by making sure her breakfast (Market hash) was fully vegan ( no meat, no eggs, no butter on the bread)...all with a smile on her face, and a no problem attitude. I had the Fritatta Rustica; hubby had the traditional breakfast. My fritatta was overcooked, and as such very dry, but everything else was very good. The coffee was delish, and I love that they leave the pot on the table. Highly recommend First Watch. Would have been a five star review if not for the overcooked frittata.

For drinks, we started with the Tangerine Dream, which reminded me of an orange creamsicle, and the Morning Meditation, which definitely had more earthy flavors. Both drinks were really pretty in color and nicely presented. For food, we ordered the Million Dollar Bacon--it's a very specific flavor, but not bad at all. The brown sugar sweetness with a bit of spice worked well together. The Elevated Egg Sandwich was really good; the buns were soft, the avocado was well-seasoned, and the bacon was cooked perfectly. The potatoes were seasoned nicely, and the onions added extra flavor. The Smoked Salmon Frittata was okay--not my favorite. The potatoes were great, but the salmon didn't really pair well with the eggs in my opinion. We also got the chocolate chip pancakes to go, and those were delicious later on--super big and very satisfying. Our waiter was attentive throughout the meal, which made the experience even better. Overall, a solid spot with great drinks and some standout dishes.

We have never been here before, so with Annie we were off to an excellent start! I ordered a Diet Cola, no ice and she said is Pepsi okay? I strongly prefer Pepsi to Coke so a win! I really hate any American breakfast and it is not because I am a vegan. Every American breakfast place is basically like 3 options - eggs and potatoes, pancakes/waffles/French toast etc. I find it very hard to believe that nobody might prefer a pizza, chicken nuggets a burger etc. Not everybody in the US has to want the same exact thing for breakfast every day and no other place is open in the morning. My American husband loves going out for breakfast and judges a place by it's Eggs Benedict. He said the ones that they serve are not bad but he would never return here, which he rarely says about American breakfast places.

First of all, you have to fight for your life in the parking lot trying to find a spot. Then, you enter the front door and are treated like you are a nuisance for coming up to the hostess stand. I get that you are busy, but you still need to treat people that are coming in to your business with respect. I sat there waiting and waiting..no food. No one cared to check. Just kept getting more and more crowded to the point where I was being shoved into the bathroom hall behind a sea of other waiting customers. The ambiance is loud, overwhelming chaos. Perhaps they need a better system or take on less customers. I wasted my Sunday morning in there. Definitely will only be returning in my nightmares! Not worth it! Plenty of better options in the area that actually WANT your business.

I was there from 9am-11am on a Friday and it was not packed nor did a family use the table I wanted while I was there. No one came in with 3 strollers either. Aside from that, I was trying to be helpful so the stroller wouldn't get in the way of customers and wait staff. The host basically made it harder for them, not me. I started with the hazelnut oat mocha and this was delicious. This was the highlight of my time there. For food I tried the Shakshouka and it was not good. The pouched eggs were not cooked. From my pictures - it looks like the eggs were cracked in the dish and the chef called it a day. I didn't chance eating it, I ate the pita it came with and left very hungry. I'm giving Beatrix a generous 2 due to the space being beautiful and my latte being great. Unfortunately this is not a spot I'll be returning to.

But, I am reviewing the Lombard location. The selection was good and fresh, although some of their items are a bit pricey. I ordered cake pops, brownies, and a chocolate chip cookie. They make their pastries at this location, so you'll probably get the freshest selection at the Lombard location. I had bought a gift card from Costco for Sweet Reserve. I admit if I hadn't bought it, and received a discount at Costco for it, I probably would not have noticed the store. It's in a small strip mall on Roosevelt road which has hundreds of strip malls off the road. The store itself is clean and well kept. It does have a limited selection of products but they were all pretty good. The brownies are very frudgey, just the way I like them. The cake pops are sweet, but a little dry. The cookie has a lot of chips in them. Overall, I liked the place.
