I won't eat here again. The service and food were unfavorable. My rolls weren't made correctly and the sushi smelt like it was spoiled.

I haven't written a review in a while but this place demands it. I've gotten sushi from just about every place in the AV. Since my favorite place went out of business I've been on the search from a sushi restaurant that wasn't stingy with the amount of fish they put on their sushi. I got the medium sized sushi dinner. Normal when you get a "dinner" sushi order it's barely enough to fill you up. But here I and was thrilled to find that they were incredibly generous with not only the amount they give but how many types. And the QUALITY! Definitely the best, most melt-in-your-mouth salmon I've had! Other types of fish I usually don't enjoy were actually delicious here! They didn't taste at all fishy or tough in texture like I've experienced in the past, and were clearly fresh! To get this much quality, raw fish for $18, especially in high desert, is unprecedented. Best sushi I've had in the Antelope Valley. I wish they had combination dinners like you see at other sushi restaurants, but I get it, they stick to what they are good at. Rolls are much larger than you find at most places, and the sushi seems very fresh. I like the basic things; tuna rolls, rainbow rolls, even their California rolls are much better than you find else where. I think their specialty rolls are a little heavy on the sauces. But it's our new favorite sushi place. read more

We had salmon sashimi, salmon and shrimp sushi (nigiri), and one of the special rolls with tuna and jalapeño (Heavenly roll?). The fish was very fresh and everything was delicious. You should try it! Service was attentive, though the place wasn't crowded at 12:30pm on a Saturday. read more

I'm not sure what some of the reviews are complaining about in terms of food here. This place is delicious. There are appetizers and other rolls but the preset menu option reminds me of sugarfish, and it makes me happy since we don't have a sugarfish anywhere near the Antelope Valley. The fish was fresh and the fish on the sushi was a good size. I got the middle sized preset order, which was more than enough for me. It came with edamame, some delicious tuna poke, various sushi pieces, and this amazing blue crab hand roll. Although I wish they brought out the different dishes in our preset menu a bit slower (maybe wait until the diner finishes their plate to bring out the next one? I did feel a bit rushed and wanted to enjoy every savory bite), the service was great. We are definitely coming back! read more

This place is so dam good! Lol is down the street from the mall and this place is definitely my go to now I highly recommend it.

The food was pretty good. The service however was not. The guy who was our server did not greet us properly and he was wearing a black hoodie sweater. No name tag or uniform. He was not attentive, professional or friendly. He is very inexperienced like most servers at the sushi restaurants in antelope valley. All of our food came out except for 1 of our persons. I kept having to get up to ask him how much longer for it and to ask him to order things. He never apologized or cared to come to our table to check if we needed anything. Based off of our receipt is think his name is Johnn. Also the chicken katsu is nasty, not made the way it should be and even taste like tyson frozen chicken but worse. read more

AMAZING! My husband and I usually go to Harbour sushi but this place is amazing if you're not going for AYCE. We've tried their hand rolls (the hand roll set menu with the shrimp, yellowtail, salmon and tuna) and their sushi pieces (Bluekase) and we prefer their sushi pieces along with their special rolls. We LOVE their Fire Cracker roll. It's definitely one of the best rolls we have ever tasted. I love that they use Serrano chilies on their sushi. They also have this amazing sashimi salmon avocado purée. They do not use imitation crab it's all real crab. They have a crispy rice with tuna appetizer that is amazing. This place is amazing! I HIGHLY recommend it. I can't wait to try their ramen. They make all of their own noddles. Very excited! read more

Wow. I have to say, I'm a bit torn about posting this as I don't want other people going, because it will increase wait times but I want everyone to experience what good, fresh sushi should taste like. It's all the regular rolls you know and love, but they add their own little spin on them. Sprouts, thinly sliced peppers, avocado purée?!?! Man this place is AMAZING. We tried the Cajun Camarones (favorite), Seared Rainbow with Roasted Garlic (wow), Tiger and Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice. It was all fabulous. Can't speak highly enough about it. Brand new sushi spot in Palmdale. I tried it today for a late lunch/early dinner and was not disappointed!! I've been to almost every sushi spot in town, and this may have been the best. This place was so good. Their hand rolls were simple but delicious, and their signature rolls had so many cool flavors going on! I mean just look at these things! I had the Mango Salmon roll and the Hot Night roll. And then on top of it all, the chef gave me a piece of spicy tuna on top of crispy rice on the house. The fish is fresh and the flavor combinations are amazing. I will absolutely be going back. And honestly, all of you need to try it too! read more

Tiger roll , Real authentic crab inside! I tried this place and I loved it! Service was good and the food came out quick. Their roll price was cheap considering they use all real crabs not imitation! The restaurant looks nice and staffs are very friendly and attentive. And the sushi was so good I got something called toro and bluefin a must try. They do not have teriyaki but ramen and other side dishes satisfied my friend who does not eat sushi. I will recommend it to everyone who enjoy real stuff. read more

I ordered two rolls that had way too much spice on them that the flavors of the fish didn't come through. I also ordered a good choice roll. where to start?! I was surprised by the generous portions and the prices were very affordable compared to other sushi spots in the area. I ordered some premium rolls and some appetizers and everything was so fresh and tasty. Yummy crunch was huge with tuna and shrimp cilantro serrano together with wonton skin tasted amazing! Ive been here three times. First time the smell wasn't very pleasant and had to say something. It smelled like sulfur. But stayed and ate anyway based on reviews. I have to say they are definitely different but it's good. Their ramen is amazingly good. And the rolls are very good as well. Yet every time I go it seems to be empty. (Especially the hand rolls) They missed an item that I ordered, which was repeated to me, but at least they didn't charge me for it. Restaurant does not carry soy paper for the rolls, which I was a bit surprised, but no big deal. Restaurant does not have an all you can eat for a set price, based on a client that walked in and asked the question, while I waited for my food. My fiancé and I came in for a dine-in at around 8 pm on last Monday on 12/27/21. The service at first was welcoming. They told us they just have to clean up the bar area and we were given the seat in not much of delay. We ordered a lot of food: Bluekase extra, tempura udon, 2 sushi rolls, one of them was lemon salmon roll. The dining hall was pretty much empty by the time we ordered, yet the food we ordered came out with a lot of time gap in between. We got udon quite fast, it took them 30 minutes to bring out the nigiris, part of the bluekase, and one sushi roll. The food was decent as expected as we have came here numerous times, yet the servers were very irresponsible and unprofessional. After waiting for 45 minutes, I personally asked them how much longer for the last roll, which was for my fiancé, and they came back 5 minutes later saying that they are out of salmon. I asked for an explanation, and all she said was, "the kitchen did not tell us that we are out of salmon," meaning that they did not bother to communicate with the kitchen for the entire time while we waited. Interesting thing is that the 2 waitresses and 1 waiter were just laughing and hanging out during this awful experience I did not expect from Bluemaki sushi-they did not even offer to refill our water once. The food, once again, was decent, yet our dinner experience ruined by their poor service. Therefore, I would recommend Harbor Sushi, which is under same ownership, if you want good food and good service. read more

Saw the grand opening sign outside so I had to check it out. Upon entering the restaurant I was surprised to see no chefs in the front so I decided against ordering sushi but my date was braver than I and went for it. Both food items came out of the kitchen with exceptional speed and wonderful presentation. The ramen has to be one of the best I've ever had and the rainbow roll she ordered tasted super fresh. I believe they might use real crab instead of imitation inside their rolls. She finished it before I could remember to take a picture lol The ramen was spicy and flavorful with lots of toppings/ noods. The servers are delightful and seemed happy to help us the whole time. The only negative I could think of was the decor doesn't feel like a sushi bar. Other than that, I will definitely be coming again and I'll give the sushi a shot.
