I really liked this location for bluestone lane! There is a lot of seating available! They are very quick with orders (I ordered via the app and it was ready within 2 minutes)! There is also ample seating both on the bottom and top floor. I also liked the muffin they had- it was also pretty filling

I ordered a large drip coffee. It was ok. The service was a little slow. The barista didn't even ring me up. She went to make my coffee. I guess she forgot. Another employee had to do it. I don't understand why this address is on Broadway when the entrance is on 37th street. The cafe is small. There is an alcove where you can sit to enjoy your coffee. It's an odd layout.

I love coming to this location of bluestone because they're always so friendly! This coffee shop is located in an office building and during rush hours (morning around 8 to 10 am on weekdays) the wait can be long. It's best to order ahead on the app if you can. They have great matcha lattes and fruit smoothies. The fruit smoothies can be a little pricy at almost $10 but they're made fresh. The avocado toast with prosciutto is my all time favorite to grab for a quick breakfast or lunch. They also have pastries and breakfast sandwiches as well: This location does close early at 3PM!

This is my go-to spot when I'm in the area and I need a place to chill and just kill some time. The space itself is on the small side, with a couple of tables upstairs where people either plug in their laptops to do work, read, or have a low-key conversation with a friend. I've only come here by myself or with a friend and wouldn't recommend it for a group. The pastries and drinks are exactly what you'd expect at a coffee shop chain so no complaints here.

I've tried their magic hot coffee with oat milk, coffee is strong and has the best aroma, place is great too, where we can sit and enjoy calmness inside and busy stress of NY outside.

Weird location since it says the address is 1375 broadway but the entrance is not on broadway. I think you can get there through the building but wasn't sure. Anyway, it was a cool place and looked like every other bluestone I have been in. I really like the yogurt parfait here with granola I think it is called the granola cup. So good. The service is usually good but sometimes with bigger orders they run a little behind. No big deal. Solid place for a coffee/tea or breakfast meal.

My breaky/brunch go to is always avocado toast & oat milk lattes so if I can find a place that offers it, I'll try it out. I love prosciutto & chili flakes but I've never had it on avo toast before, they were great additions!!! Both employees were properly wearing masks & the male barista was super nice & held out my food at the shop so I could take a pic to send to my bf real quick before walking back to eat in my hotel room.

Very dirty, the almond croassant was not fresh. I've been in many different location of this brand. But this one is a shame.

I'd actually passed by this place multiple times but had no idea it was a cafe. This shop itself is more of a grab-and-go, but it might still take a while since all drinks are whisked and made to order. There isn't really space for a line to form inside, so you may need to wait outside to order (there's also a bit of a lack of room to wait for your drink once it's ordered). My strawberry matcha came out to $9.25 total, which is pretty pricey, so I expected a lot. In total, it took me around 10-ish minutes to get my drink with about 4 people in front of me. At first it took a while for our orders to get taken since the two employees were focused on getting drinks out ASAP, one person was preparing the syrups and milk, and the other was making the matcha. The matcha itself had a nice green color. I've had many strawberry matchas prior to this, and based on my experience, this place was alright. The strawberry syrup was nice and not too sweet, but I wish there was a bit more flavoring or more of it, as after two sips I couldn't taste the strawberry at all. Overall, it's a nice shop with cute trinkets around and their own products they sell, like matchas and tea sets. However, for $9, it was a lot for what the drink offered in my opinion.

And I commonly see the upstairs for private events like baby showers, bridal showers, or birthday parties on social media. After dinner with my friends, I was looking for dessert and I was glad to see this location closes relatively late on a weekday night at 11 pm. Upon walking in, I was greeted by a waiter who led us to one of the purple velvet chair booths that was perfect for two people and another waiter brought us a pitcher of water almost immediately. The menu is on a QR code already on the table and we were given ample of time to decide. My friend and I both already knew what we wanted to order. I got the purple Yam Souffle which takes 25 minutes to make and my friend got the fried squid tails. We also got a signature Rose Green Milk Tea to share. The waitress who took our order has great memory and recalled all of our items without writing it down. She also reminded me that I could adjust the ice and sugar levels of my drink which I had completely forgotten and would have got annoyed if my drink came out 100% sweetness. Another thing is that my drink order frequently comes out wrong at other locations so I was glad she got it right! Green tea instead of black tea and with milk instead of without milk. The purple Yam Souffle is just like the other locations. Hot, soft cakey texture balanced with an ice cold red bean Ice-Cream. So delicious! The squid tails on the other hand was not what we expected. It came out burnt and hard. The outer batter was not crispy either. We informed one of the waiters and he brought it back to inform the kitchen staff. We received a new batch that was not as burnt and had more flavoring this time around. However, the squid was still hard and not like the ones we get from other locations with smaller crispier pieces. Overall, it was still a good experience and I love the decorations at this location! This might be my second favorite location after the Flushing one. Would love to come back for brunch or hi-tea. Or regular food options when I have not already eaten dinner. My usual go-tos are the twister fries, Santa Fe chicken rolls, fried salted crispy chicken, and the trio dessert combo. However, this location has a lot more variety! FYI - there are two unisex restrooms in the rear for customers to use with really cute wallpapers too.

We ordered potted rose milk tea to share, Dubai affogato and Brown Sugar Boba Mille Crêpes Cake. We came on a Friday around 4pm. Originally I wanted to try the strawberry matchamisu, however, was told that it sold out. What a bummer. The rose milk tea came with a themed pot and cups which is really cute. The rose fragrant smelled so good and the milk tea also tasted good and has a hint of rose taste. The cake was good, the boba was well cooked, chewy and flavorful! This time there was an unpleasant experience. At first when the Dubai affogato was served, we did not realize that the amount of the coffee was little until we saw another customer's dish that the volume of their coffee looked significantly more than ours. My friend brought it to the waitress attention but the waitress brushed it off and did not acknowledge our concern. When we finished and were about to leave, the same waitress came over and showed us that the container of the coffee was different and hence the volume of the coffee looked different. At this point, we did not care for it anymore. We would have been fine if the staff acknowledged our concern. We thought that maybe using standardized containers for the coffee would avoid this problem. Other than that, the food and drinks were good.
