decent spot for coffee and a bite! I met a friend here late afternoon and opted for a hot tea. the lemongrass ginger tea was unfortunately the least flavorful tea I've ever had, and barely had any lemongrass notes. I did really enjoy the brownie with ice cream and strawberries. service was friendly and fast, and it's conveniently located next to the f train. there's also a good number of seats in the cafe and fairly comfortable/spacious.

This place is ok, but not spectacular. We came here for brunch and wanted to use inkind for payment...I wish we would have known prior that the only way to pay with inkind is to pre order through the app. We ordered a breakfast burrito, the egg scramble and a side of pancakes. My egg scramble was extremely spicy given the chili flakes and other sauce they use. The avocado tasted great with the seasoning they applied. I couldn't finish all of it because it was quite a bit of food and just too spicy. Partner had the burrito and was satisfied with the taste and portion. We both had a Laird mocha which I prefer cold and he preferred hot. Lastly were the pancakes which were decent for what they were. We didn't have to wait at noon on a Saturday. Service was a little slow. We were there for a total of 65-75 minutes. Overall we were just disappointed that they didn't take inkind in the store. Food was decent.

Vibes were good and food was great. Really liked the chai latte, you can actually taste the chai - thank goodness! It looked very milky at first but we were good. Staff were very friendly. Only thing was everyone talks so quietly we consistently couldnt really make out what was said.

Lovely Australian cafe. I am surprised to find beet latte here and immediately ordered it! It was delicious :) I like the hybrid concept of a bakery/coffee counter but they also offer sit down dining. Whether you're nearby for a quick bite or want to sit down and catch up with your friends for brunch, this place seems like a nice option! Need to come back for a dine in experience.

This place was cute inside & out, and we were seated right away. The mimosas tasted like straight OJ. Super disappointed. My chicken pesto was super godly though. We weren't checked on at all. Had to call over the waiter to get the check even though he collected our plates a while ago. After he took care of all the other customers and sat down new customers, then he got the check. Was super disappointed in this place. Didn't live up to the expectation.

This place is absolutely amazing! Amazing service from the staff. Definitely the place to have breakfast. Will definitely give this place 10+ stars!

The barista was so nice and welcoming. We got the oatmeal cookie and an iced raspberry tea. Relish! Thank you!

This was a cute little café that features Australian-inspired coffee, breakfast, and lunch. Upon entering you are greeted by someone who then takes you to their seat which makes it feel pretty upscale but at the same time is pretty casual. My husband and I ordered a latte and an espresso with their Breakfast Bowl and BL Big Brekkie. Everything tasted great however I would've liked for their poached eggs to be more consistent as some were really jammy but others were a little over done. I also thought that the Breakfast bowl didn't work well with the dressing that came with it. I believe it was a lemon based vinaigrette and with everything else in the breakfast bowl it was a bit too citrusy so if you don't like heavy acidic notes I recommend swapping out the dressing. Overall I would recommend this cute Australian-inspired coffee shop as they have aesthetically pleasing drinks such as their Matcha Lattes and Smoothies which I will have to come back and try another time.

Not the best drinks I've had, to be honest. Cold brew tasted off, the matcha was not strong (though the color was good), and the latte was just okay. Can't speak to the food, but I wouldn't come here for their drinks again. The staff was very kind, though, and the decor was nice.

My wife took me to Bluestone Lane when she saw their Avocado Toast because that's what I eat for breakfast several times a week. The friendly staff walked us through some of their menu items and my wife ordered the Folded Chimichurri Eggs & Bacon on Toast while I chose the Brekkie Board that came with a 1/2 serving of the Avocado Smash and a Yogurt parfait. The Avocado Smash at Bluestone Lane quickly put the avocado toast I make at home to shame as it became the best I'd ever had. I now model my home version on what I had here. Everything we ate was fantastic. The only downside is how far it is from where we live because I'd love to eat there again. Open some locations in the midwest!! :) See more of our experience in our YouTube video: https://youtu.be/0rCjX5BBEAQ

This location is nice, very spacious and popular. The staff weren't that friendly and wouldn't allow me to use the restroom before placing my order, even though people in my group already placed an order. The coffee was good and gave me the energy I needed.

You'll find this place right after the Brooklyn bridge. It seems like a small coffee shop from the outside but is a beautiful restaurant from the inside. We ordered their chicken wrap, and their classic chicken and bacon roll without bacon and with their gluten free bread. The food tasted so good and their gluten free bread is one of the best I have had before. We ordered their house coffee and cappuccino later, which were really good too. Their cappuccino comes with a sprinkle of cocoa on it giving it a very different twist. Our server was a very sweet guy who would come check on us often. The place is really nicely done from the inside and their tables are really nice and cutely decorated.

Brekkie Board, breakfast burrito, long drink and latte

Brekkie board was so good! Avocado toast was fresh and filling, lemon curd, greek yogurt and granola with fruit tasted amazing all together. I got a latte and my husband got their long (americano) and a burrito. His was good also! We would go back. They were under staffed it seemed, but everything was out quickly and everyone was super nice.

Rude. Just plain rude. Come here if you want to be treated like a peasant. Watery coffee too.

The menu is very limited and nothing out of the ordinary. The staff was friendly. The coffee drinks were not good, I didn't even drink half.

TL;DR version- Some high highs and some very low lows. Hot Figs was a fun app. By a mile, the soups…read morewere the favorites, so I would recommend the Pepián or Caldo Tlalpeño Rojo. Nice happy hour and a large chocolate drink selection I was at this unique Guatemalan (ish) restaurant a while back with one of my groups. I said "ish" because the menu has dishes from all over, ranging from sandwiches to BBQ ribs to Guatemalan and Mexican soups. It's out there, and even though not everything works that well, it's fun, and if you can't find something you want to order here, you probably shouldn't go out to restaurants. There was also live jazz music that night, which was loud but nice to listen to. Since it was happy hour, a bunch of us got drinks. I went with a maracuya margarita, which was decent; someone else had a jalapeño margarita, someone had a beer, and someone had a mojito. There were a few nice hot sauces on the table, with the red one reminding me of salsa macha as it had a smoky kick and a spicier green sauce reminiscent of ají verde. They gave us some complimentary blue corn chips and a very mild black bean dip, which was tasty enough and hard to complain about, as it was free. From the appetizers, we got the Hot Figs for $15.95, consisting of honey goat cheese, corn tortilla chips, and plum + pumpkin seeds. This was a unique and fun blend and reminded me more of something you would find in a wine bar. The mix of sweet and salty, with a bit of crunch from the seeds, was nice. This was good, and I would recommend it for a table rather than for a solo diner. There was also The Zingy Salad for $21.95, featuring zucchini spirals, yuzu, tomato, onion, cilantro, pumpkin seeds, and a jalapeño infusion. $18.95. The salad was fine with a bit of crunch and a mild spiciness. It was fine, though a bit wet, for lack of a better word. The best dishes of the night were the soups, which each had its own distinct flavor profile. My sight presence went to the Pepián for $21.95, consisting of chicken, pumpkin/sesame seeds, green tomatillo, cinnamon, cumin, black pepper, carrots, chili coban/pasta/guaque, and potato + rice. There was plenty of tender chicken inside, with the soup having a nice roasted flavor with some spice and a bit of sourness. The potatoes and rice on the bottom added more sustenance to this dish. Almost equally delicious was the Caldo Tlalpeño Rojo for a dollar more with shredded chicken, tomato, black pepper, garlic, onions, peas, chickpeas, corn, achiote, chipotle, Monterey jack cheese, and crunchy blue corn tortilla chips. By comparison, this was a bit heartier, with the melted cheese and shredded tortilla chips inside, similar to soups found in Mexican cuisine. While I also liked the mix of veggies a bit more in this one, as it added a bit more texture, I still slightly preferred the flavor of the other soup, as I usually prefer a bit more spice. The rest of the food was fine. The TPC sandwich for $19.95 with chicken, peanut butter, coconut cream, ginger, cilantro, pickled carrots, and lime was fine. For the number of ingredients, I found it a bit sweet, likely from the cream and the peanut butter mix. The bread was nice, but it also fell apart. It came with a nice side salad with a good vinaigrette. The most expensive at $24.95 were the Slow Cooked BBQ Ribs, consisting of baby back ribs with rice and beans. The ribs were almost a bit too tender as they lacked any bite, which was nice, but the sauce was a bit too generic tasting, reminding me of Sweet Baby Ray's or something similar. The rice and beans were standard. This was also OK. Next came some dessert. There was first the $12.95 Rosemary Churros served with dulce de leche & chocolate dips. While I'm not sure if it worked, the rosemary did add a unique smell and a bit of flavor, and at least it wasn't generic. The churros themselves were hot, and the sauces were standard, with my preference being the dulce de leche. I also ordered a Champurrado for $7.95, which was fine. It wasn't as thick as I expected, though perhaps the style is a bit different than the champurrados I rarely buy from Mexican street carts. The chocolate flavor was very nice, though, and I like that it wasn't too sweet. Another person got a $4 Alfajor, which I got a bite of, which was standard. This place is a bit hard to rate. The two soups were wonderful, I liked the appetizers, and I found a couple of the other dishes just OK. Overall, it was a good meal, but I'm not craving to go back. This would be the perfect 3.5, but I'll round up as that doesn't exist.
