Decent poke spot with surprisingly strong teas. The employee preparing my bowl was new, so the process was a little slow, but I appreciated how carefully he handled my food. My milk tea, strangely enough, took the longest to make. The proteins included several types of tuna, salmon, octopus, crab, and shrimp. I chose the Hawaiian tuna, which was fresh and tender, though I wished the marinade had a more pronounced flavor. The fresh toppings were not as plentiful as those at other spots, but they did offer some interesting crunchy additions. I wished the pineapple had not been chopped so finely, since most of the juice had been lost, but I appreciated the inclusion of crushed chips. The sauces leaned toward a spicier profile, so proceed with caution. My honey jasmine milk tea had a surprisingly strong, fragrant taste. The honey was straightforward and settled at the bottom. The drink had the perfect balance of creaminess and milkiness. Overall, the fish was of decent quality, though I hope the selection of toppings expands. I actually found the tea to be the highlight, and I would recommend grabbing a paired beverage.

Always affordable or cheaper than other places and you get a lot! This was only two scoops of protein & it filled me up. The tuna & salmon were really fresh. One thing I would say is I do not like how they use guacamole instead of avocado slices & big cucumber slices.

I'm so sad--shrinkflation seems to have hit my favorite poke bowl place. Ever since the renovation, both the bowls and drinks appear to have shrunk in size. The two ladies who helped me with my order were lovely, but I found it a bit confusing when the one making my bowl asked if the portions looked good. I didn't have the heart to tell her it looked like half of what I used to get. My large bowl now holds the same amount as a medium, with the filling not even reaching the lid. The sauce is no longer mixed in unless requested, which I didn't realize until it was too late. I didn't want to be a hassle and ask for a remake. The wintermelon tea was missing about an inch of liquid and was so sweet that I could see the syrup floating around. It's disappointing to see my favorite poke spot looking nicer after renovations but falling short when it comes to the food.

Split parking lot with parking on both sides. Overall fairly easy access. Limited outside seating, this is basically a take out affair. That being said this is probably the best poke in the area. The fish is always fresh. They have classic Hawaiian options that many places lack. They don't over charge for toppings and you pretty much can get anything you want toppingwise without an uncharge. Overall if you are into poke it is a can't miss.

Line was nearly out the door upon arrival! 2 employees working quickly with a busy lunch rush. While waiting for my turn, I browsed the menu and was especially interested by the fish and sauce options they had. Different from other places I'd been to before. Once they got to me, service was fast and friendly. Prices are very fair for poke and among one of the cheaper compared to other options in the area. They had a great tea bar selection as well! Definitely will return to try other flavor combinations for both food and drink!

First time at this poke spot. The portions were amazing and the girl working even got me a fresh batch of rice. I got 3 proteins and basically all the toppings. Sauces tasted delicious. I will definitely be coming back! The shop was also small and cute with a good vibe.

Overall it's not a bad place to grab a quick poke bowl. I have had better quality bowls for less at other locations. Also, there is not a whole lot of protein options compared to almost every other place I've been. Other places offer a lot more options, but if you like the basics of tuna & salmon, this place will do. The service was nice, the two who helped me out were nice. The ambiance is clean, but you definitely don't want to sit around there. There is no outside or inside tables & even if it was the door is on a very busy street with nothing special... the highlight of your possible view will be seeing a police chase that started at the Walmart across the street haha. Overall though like I said it's not great, but it's a good place to stop for a quick bowl.

First time here. Good food. Refresing cause they sell milk tea and smoothies too. The staff were super nice and helpful. Like you would really feel super accomodated. Theres not much enough chairs and tables. Thats the only con that i can think off. But price is reasonable for the food. Will come back for sure in case im in the area. read more

The service was very friendly and the gentlemen that helped me was very helpful and gave us great recommendations. The fish is fresh and they have a lot of options for your protein including tofu. I am a big fan of Poke and this place is actually pretty great! Of course I've had LemonShark and Low Key Poke, but I have to say the quality of the fish is better at Bluewater. Only knocked a star off because they only have canned,bottled drinks and their prep line seems cramped and a little inefficient. Also very minimal seating so when they get busy at lunch time, youre stuck finding a seat at the crappy chinese food restaurant. read more

I'm going to give this a "Redlands 5 star review" (meaning five stars for Redlands). It is the best poke joint in Redlands. I like the choices of protein. Though I've been there twice, I ordered the same three proteins, Hawaiian Ahi, Ahi, and salmon. Unlike some other places, you order by the number of proteins and then you pick your base. The raw fish is fresh tasting. They have a lot of new-to-me sauces, but I just chose the mild ones. A note, the Hawaiian ahi is a little spicy. I like the toppings, but I'd recommend they add crispy garlic, and cucumber salad. The drinks are a little limited for my tastes. I would like to see them add San Pelegrino soft drinks, which pair well with poke. Right now, they have little cards that are good until the end of January which give you 50 percent off a second bowl, or a free drink. I was especially impressed with the staff both time. They were helpful, knew what they were doing and super friendly. read more

The first thing you notice is how small this place is...BUT!! That is it's only area of improvement as far as I am concerned. The prices are not expensive and the fish/protein is phenomenal! I am a bit of a Poke Snob and I must tell you, their fish was great! And the sauces as well. I think that they may add more fruit or vegetables as they grow but everything is fresh and extremely tasty! Some of the local places that serve Poke, who shall remain nameless, just don't have the variety and frankly the spicy sauces I enjoy. Looking for a great spot to take home a great dinner or lunch? This is my favorite poke spot in Redlands! The food is always super fresh, and the staff here are absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure that the food I was ordering was gluten free, dairy free and sugar free since I am on such a restricted diet. If they couldn't answer a question I had about the ingredients, they would make a phone call to try to find me an answer. Hands down freshest poke and best customer service. This is definitely my go to spot. read more

Extremely wonderful staff. They're are very friendly. They even gave us a complimentary mini boba! The fish is great quality. And their custom sauce combinations blew my mind. I had their #2 and it was soooooo delicious. I never knew you could mix 4-5 different sauces together to make something wonderful. I will definitely come back again soon. I am still fairly new to the area and had kind of given up on finding a decent poke place! But the search is over, this place is amazing! The staff was so helpful and really did their best to introduce us into what they offered and gave us sampling to help us build a perfect poke bowl. The protein was fresh and flavorful! And the rice was great too! Condiments and sauces were also fresh and flavorful. I really left impressed and my Poke craving was more than fulfilled. Thank you Ron for offering amazing service! It is good but I would not say it's great. I have definitely had better. For one, the value is not there. For the price I paid (about $13-14 dollars) for three scoops I expect a lot more food. There weren't many options for toppings and the amount of base they give you is minimal. Also the bowl was so small I couldn't mix my poke. The sauces are not very tasty. Overall I will be looking for another spot nearby for my poke cravings. Lastly, but most importantly, the fish did not taste very fresh---soggy like it has been defrosted. read more

Poke here was straight fire!! Right when I walked in I was greeted by Omar and he helped me throughout the whole process. I haven't been here before and wasn't sure which protein to get and he offered me samples of their popular proteins (I got the spicy tuna and hawaiian salmon/tuna) He also helped me with the sauces. They have so many I was tempted to just try them all but I ended up getting the number 1 sauce Oh and they have hot cheetos for toppings Only thing I didn't really like is how they don't really have a lot of tables but my poke bowl was so good I swear I finished it in like 5 minutes (and I got a 5 scoop) I would definitely have to come back and hopefully I'll get to try their drinks next time. It's hard to find a poke place with good fresh fish, but this place gets it right! Absolutely love the Hawaiian Salmon and Hawaiian Tuna fish options. Also the workers and service is extremely kind! One thing I would add to their menu is crispy wontons, but that's just a minor preference. But I definitely plan on eating here regularly! read more

Simple flavor, with very slight salt added to it. -But because of how dry it was, I had to rely on the mac salad to enhance this... 3) Teriyaki Beef: -Probably my favorite of the 3 meats. -This one had the most flavor to it and was sauced perfectly. -Teriyaki sauce was the perfect medium of savory and sweet. -However, this meat was also a bit dry and tough, but not as much as the other 2. 4) Mac Salad: -You can never go wrong with Mac Salad and this definitely made some of the meats more palatable, but there wasn't enough to make it THAT much better. Maybe it's because we came 30 min right before closing or my expectations were much too high as a Hawaiian fast food enjoyer, but I was a bit disappointed and didn't eat much of this dinner. My order was done before I paid, because of the system, taking it's time...I guess. When my total popped up on the screen, it was much higher than I expected. Then I realized, it auto populated a tip on there. Anyone not paying attention, can easily miss that, and I'm one of those people that goes through prompts fast. But I knew my total should have been in the $8 range and it was $10 and some change. When I took the tip off, it went back down to $8. They are one of those places, that charge for using a card as well. On the other hand, the wontons were good.

Interesting mix of sweet, creamy, savory, and umami. I'm not the biggest fan of turkey, but turkey tail isn't a very common "cut of meat" to order. Really rich, tender, and a bit greasy, but if you love turkey, this is perfect for you. Nice mix of flavors with this order and has the most variety. The owner Mr Olivier is really an artisan French baker, very professional and friendly, and I was able to practice my French with him. The service by his daughter Ella was great, she was quick to offer her service with a beautiful smile. The ambiance is very nice and homey. Maison La Jolie will be from now on my destination for buying bread and pastries!

I ordered a hot rose cardamom latte with oatmilk which was just ok for me, my co-worker ordered an iced strawberry latte with orange cold foam ,but received an iced strawberry matcha instead. Luckily she also likes matcha and it was really good, so she wasn't that disappointed. My other co-workers ordered a hot honey cinnamon cappuccino with oatmilk, an iced golden hour from the spring menu, a cortado and a cinnamon roll. The golden hour was an iced mango lemonade topped with matcha and she loved it. The cortado tasted real authentic according to my other co-worker. The cinnamon roll shared amongst a few of us was to die for! We're definitely coming back.

I've been coming to Bluewater Poke for a while now and the service is always top-notch. The owner is super friendly and really makes you feel welcome every time you walk in, which is definitely a big plus. The food is always fresh and flavorful, and I love how customizable the poke bowls are. However, I've run into an issue the last two or three times I've eaten here. Unfortunately, after eating, I've ended up running to the restroom within a couple of hours. It's really odd because I've never had this problem before, and I can't figure out what's causing it. I don't want to jump to conclusions, but I'm not sure if I'll be back until I know for sure if this is a recurring issue. The food tastes great, but I'm a bit hesitant to return given how things have been lately. Hopefully this is just a fluke, but I thought I'd share my experience in case others run into the same issue. So I am a lemon shark poke fan but tried this place last night and I have to say I loved it as well. I appreciate that lemon shark has much more toppings however I like how they mix all the toppings for you here. Also , I took notice of how polite the two gentlemen working were very good service. The bowls seem about the same size as lemon shark however the protein scoops seemed smaller. The blue water crab is soo good and the crunchy onion topping has tons of flavor. I ordered a large bowl with 3 scoops (Salmon, Shrimp, Tuna) white rice, avocado, green onion, eel sauce, house ponzu, crispy onions, and hot Cheetos. This was the first time I had hot Cheetos in any of the poke places I've ordered from, and was surprised at how well it went with the rest of the ingredients.
