I love this place. I work just down the street. Me and my coworker's always come here on lunch break. We get the chicken pho and split a sandwich. The employees are so kind. They've gotten so used to us that when we come in they remember what we get, are kind, and have quick service. They close at 10 so my coworker and I always have to rush over for our lunch before they close. Thanks guys, keep doing what you're doing. I absolutely dislike the fact that the young lady cash register does not speak any English. She looks like she has no idea what you want and looks very annoyed and rude. Service is terrible! Place is a mess and you need to be Vietnamese in order to get a decent service! And don't even think about it to ask for extra brown sauce or siracha hot sauce because they will have a heart attack! They are very cheap with condiments! Was upset at this place because it use to be an Arby's and the only one near me. So never decided to try it until last Thursday when I was feeling sick and thought soup would help. Man was I right, now I am upset for not ordering from this place before. Had the Spicy Beef Noodle soup and the soup broth was delicious. Added what noodles and veggies I wanted and had a great lunch. Was absolutely surprised on the quantity of soup I received too, never did I think a place would have served enough soup to make me full. It's a fast food Vietnamese restaurant. Not sure what to expect but it certainly wasn't the best or worse place I've been to. For a fast food place, it's got a pretty big menu with a variety of things to have. I got the basic pho with beef... and have definitely gotten better elsewhere. Maybe it's because it's suppose to be a fast food place, certainly looked like it, but the noodles were underdone, the broth was watery, and the beef was stringy. That being said, I got it in 2 minutes so if you're in a hurry. My husband had a rice charcoal pork dish that wasn't anything to brag about. It was quick and filled our stomachs like most fast food places would. No complaints really, just would prefer elsewhere for such things. read more

Ordered a bbq pork sandwich and a #1 pho. The bbq pork was dry and not edible. The noodles in the pho were over done and the broth did not have much flavor. On top of everything, the bbq pork sandwich took 20 minutes to make. I will not be back. read more

Honestly, this place is not bad nor good. It's pretty bland honestly but the sandwiches are pretty good. I usually stick with the BBQ pork on a French roll since that's probably the best thing I've eaten here. The pho is not really my cup of tea here since it's pretty flavorless and usually not hot like it should be plus the meat portions I've received in the past are not always the best. All and all, I'd suggest the sandwiches and the tea but if you want food in a hurry, eat here. read more

Returned for my usual Pho, ate there and that's when I noticed how filthy the restaurant was. I saw food and wrappers on the floor around nearly half the tables there and looked up and saw grease and dirt in the overhead vents, I actually had to walk around the trash just to leave. Love this place. It's cheap and good! Pho is always hot and fresh and tastes great. We eat here at least once a week when I don't feel like cooking. Haha and I even took some for lunch the next day. The food is good but the service definitely needs some work. We had to wait 15 minutes for egg rolls and we were actually charged for the sweet and sour dipping sauce which I thought was a little ridiculous. When this place first opened we where amazed of how inexpensive the prices where for the good sandwiches and drinks. My husband and I really enjoyed getting the pork sandwich with iced green tea, it was our favorite. But now they got rid of our favorite drink (iced green tea) which is really a bummer. I was craving for some pho on a raining night and I remember seeing this place recently while driving down azusa so I decided to give a shot. Went thru the drive thru and saw that soup was only served for dine in so I order some shrimp fried rice. When I got home I was so hungry and ready to grub took one bite that shit burned the hell out of tongue. It was super spicy and when I order it, it did not say on the menu that it was spicy.
