My car was parked in a handicapped spot and they moved it into the bay from there, with the handicapped placard in full view. The battery showed up sooner than expected and was installed right away. I thanked Roman for making things happen so quickly. When I went to get my car, I saw that it was parked far out in the parking lot, about as far as you can go. There were lots of open spots, but I felt it was done intentionally. I asked the two people in the bay area if they could move my car closer as I am disabled - they were not busy, they were on their phones. Their response to my request was to turn their backs to me. I got to my car and called Roman inside and told him that it was really shitty that they had done that. He absolutely did not care. I will never go back to this location. I was shocked at how awful they would treat a customer.

He even asked permission if they can perform a longer test drive (50 to 70 miles). As per BMW's guidelines, this type of repair requires it, and I obviously said yes If you need a loaner, you need to schedule in advance but they were able to find me one that same day.
