    Sugarcane Juice (Nước Mía)

Bo Ne house has been on my list for a very long time but I hadn't had the chance to try it until now. There is parking that can be validated when you go inside but it's through your phone and a QR code. There's a good amount of seating inside. I would definitely come back to try the Bo Ne plate but I just can't resist getting bun Bo hue when I see it. Staff: 5/5 really nice Sanitation: 3/5 could seem a little cleaner Sugarcane Juice (5/5) The sugarcane juice was sweet and tasted pretty fresh. I would definitely get it again if I was craving it. Bun Bo hue (4/5) I thought the soup was good but could have more depth in the flavor of it. It was a nice tolerable spice level. The soup came with an assortment of toppings and I enjoyed each one. Wagyu rice plate (4/5) I thought this dish was good but could use something else to round it out. The beef was really seasoned and tender. It had a salty sweet taste to it and didn't take much to cut even with a fork but it felt like the essence of the Wagyu was cooked out of it.

The staff here were incredibly friendly, and the food was delicious. I had been craving bò né for over a year, and this place completely satisfied that craving. The people I came with also really enjoyed their seafood hủ tiếu, and the seafood egg rolls were very good as well. I would definitely come back. Great food, welcoming service, and an overall excellent experience.

Great Vietnamese cuisine restaurant! I had their bun Bo hue and I loved it. The broth was very flavorful and the noodles and meat were cooked just right. The portioning was good and I was satisfied by the end of the meal. I did wish they added more veggies to my dish. I also had their spring rolls and it was good as well! The service was good. The server was nice and answered any questions we had. The food took some time to make. The pricing is somewhat fair, but I've seen photos on Yelp and reviews saying portioning can be small. The ambiance was good and comfortable. Plenty of seats and it was organized.

I came on a Saturday morning when they just opened and I didn't have to wait at all. Also they validate parking or take the street car which will drop you off right in front of the restaurant to not deal with parking. I tried the spring rolls, fish sauce wings, and, of course, their namesake. The Bo ne was so delicious and addictive! I loved how all of the flavors work well together so it's great to grab a bite with a little bit of everything on it with your baguette on the side. The chicken wings were also so perfectly crisp and caramelized I wish I could have those everyday. Honestly they paired well with the chili oil that they have on each table as well. Additionally I thought the place was so homey, clean, and everyone was so kind here. I'll be coming back soon!!

Wow is all I can say. I hope this place gets more business because the food is amazing. I rarely go to Vietnamese restaurant because I haven't found a really good restaurant yet besides food from my mom. And I rarely give out 5 stars to Vietnamese restaurant so I highly recommend this one :) Pro tip: if you park in the parking lot, don't pay for parking, go inside the restaurant and scan their parking app for free parking instead! Service was good. The people there are really really nice. They are really proud of their dishes. It's sad that we were the only people in the restaurant at lunch time so it was pretty quiet. Hopefully they get more business during the weekends and other days. I would hate for this one to go out of business because no one knows about them. Food: Signature steak and egg dish -- comes with one baguette, some raw veggies, and pate. Holy crap this was good. I had this dishes at other places before but this is probably the best one. The steak was tender and soft the sauce was nice and balanced. Everything went well together. But the star was the banh mi bread. That was probably one of the best banh mi bread I ever tasted. We had to order one more just because it was sooo good (extra $2). Pan fried pho noodle with seafood (pho ap chao) --- pretty good, not as flavorful as the steak and egg though. But it's nice that it still goes well with siracha and hoisin sauce similar to pho. Plenty of seafood and veggies too. Overall, I would come back for sure. This place is a gem!

Food - The portions looked small and we left surprisingly full! We got the wagyu rice plate, and it was nice and flavorful. Also got the egg rolls and they were tasty, just a small portion Service - Fast and friendly service. Felt very home-y. Ambiance - Nice natural lighting during the day. The booths are nice and there is usually some light music playing

My boyfriend and I came here for lunch over the weekend and had a very positive experience. Their staff is very friendly. It's also great that they validate parking in the parking lot, because parking is difficult to find in this area. I ordered the bo ne while my boyfriend got their grilled chicken rice. The bo ne was very flavorful and tasty. However, the fat on the beef needed to be rendered down more because it made the beef chewy. I didn't think the beef was very impressive even though it's touted to be wagyu. The grilled chicken rice was flavored well. However, as you can see from my picture, the chicken portion is quite small. This dish would be better if they added an extra 1/2 portion of chicken to accompany the rice.

Great food great service. Staff were attentive and welcoming! My parents enjoyed their Bo ne which is what this restaurant specializes in.

Loved that they had complimentary parking! Was able to get a table right away during lunch hours. Ordered the signature dish which came with fresh French bread and veggies. The flavors were amazing. Bright and clean restaurant with lots of seating. Complimentary Costco water bottles.

The food here was very good! It came out pretty quickly and they have an entire vegan menu, which is great. The servers were very kind and I thought the price was pretty reasonable for portion size with the soup. The inside of the restaurant was cozy and clean, though one of the TVs had Fox on, which was not necessarily my cup of tea. The entrance is on the side, not the front. I would definitely eat here or order from here again.

My family and I have been wanting to try Bo Ne House and More for a few weeks since they opened, and we finally made it there yesterday. I ordered the Bo Ne Wagyu, Banh Bot Chien, and an avocado smoothie. The service was great, everyone was friendly and attentive, and they checked in often. Parking is also convenient with 2 hours free when you scan the code inside. As for the food, the Bo Ne was okay. I personally don't think it's worth $22, as the beef didn't really look or taste like wagyu, it was pretty thin, less than an inch thick. The pâté was just alright, but I did enjoy the sauce on the Bo Ne, which was flavorful and tied the dish together nicely. The plate came with a side salad with no dressing, which was a little odd since most places serve it with at least some kind of sauce or vinaigrette. The avocado smoothie was also bland, even after I asked for extra sweetness. Overall, I think this place is okay, but a bit overpriced for what you get. The service and presentation are nice, but the food itself didn't quite meet expectations.

I received a message from the establishment. They apologized but I think their apology was meant for someone else, since they mentioned providing a compliment plate of bot chien (fried rice cake). For certain, my husband and I did not receive anything complementary and we paid full price for all the items including a tip. If anything you all forgot half of our orders and we had to remind the server about it twice. We understand it was a soft opening but my goodness you are so far from ready to run a business like a business. We also saw how you gave special treatment to the Instagram guy vs the rest of the other customers, since there were other tables with service issues around our table as well.

I came here on a cold rainy evening to try some delicious bo ne with a friend! We were worried about finding parking in Little Saigon but luckily they have free two hour parking available right in front of their restaurant! The service was so friendly and quick which I loved! We got the bo ne, banh mi, pho, and bun Bo hue which were all delightful and seasoned perfectly! I was such a big fan of their bo ne though which was addicting and savory especially with the crunchy banh mi! I would definitely go back again for the friendly service and delicious homey Vietnamese food!

I received a promo for $5 off so I tried to use it the previous time, but she didn't know how to apply it. Then another time when I order The Caribbean Plato with pulled roasted pork, when I got home, I discovered the wrong type of meat (grilled pork instead of pulled pork). For these reasons, I didn't go back for a long time. Today, I went again to get take out for my visitors. I called in the order so I didn't have to wait, but Gisela didn't understand my order and kept getting it wrong. I ordered 3 Caribbean Plato with pulled pork, and 1 Caribbean Plato with chicken thigh, but she kept repeating the wrong order back to me (2 pork, instead of 3, wrong type of meat, etc), so I tried it again and again, still no comprendo. I got frustrated and told her that I would just come in person to order. I was in a hurry, but I had no choice. When I got there, I ordered the same thing, but this time, I gestured the type of pork I wanted, using my hands to show pulled and tried to explain that I wanted the shredded kind, not the solid kind). Someone was with me so he heard my order in plain English. As I was waiting for my order, I decided to ask her once more just to be sure that it wasn't the grilled pork bc she made that mistake last time. Then she said my meat was grilling now. I was alarmed since they don't get the pulled pork from the grill. I told her that I wanted PULLED ROASTED PORK, not the solid grilled patty kind. She said something in Spanish to the guy who was putting my order together and he showed me a sample of the pulled pork so I said "YES" that's the one I want. She said they were already cooking the grilled pork. When I told her that she was giving me the wrong order, she said "it's too late". I was so upset so I said, "why is it so hard to understand my order?" Pulled pork is pulled pork, not grilled pork. I never even mentioned the word "grilled". A guy came out from the kitchen so I explained myself and he said what I want is the pulled roasted pork and I said, "that's what I ordered". She tried to explain something to him in Spanish, but he told her to just give me the pulled pork and I was on my way. She just ruined my day, and I could feel my blood pressure rising. I don't think I will ever return again. It's too hard to explain the right kind of meat to Gisela. Dining out and getting take out should be a pleasant experience, not a stressful one.

Happily, it delivered! We split the porchetta sandwich, which was quite tasty. Now, I will say it is not quite at the gold-standard level of the porchetta sandwich from the Roli Roti truck in San Francisco, but that is an extremely high bar. The bread here was fantastic, and the sandwich itself was full of flavor. The inside is cute, and watching two guys dedicate their lives to making sandwiches in the open kitchen is part of the fun... I also spotted a tray coming out of the oven that looked like thick, PERFECTLY crispy bacon, - so whatever sandwich that was going into is definitely what I'm ordering if I ever get here again. One warning, though: I hate the chairs. I am not a skinny person, and these chairs are just uncomfortable. There, I said it. Great sandwiches, fun little spot, and I would absolutely come back. After we already had waited in line. There was a line out the door when we got there. You order on a tablet and several people in front of us were quite slow ordering and it made the line take awhile. We waited at least 10-15 minutes in the line. They have an order ahead option I would utilize next time. The seasonal soup was kale and potato. It was very bland and watery. I wouldn't get it again. The bread was tough and chewy. You definitely get a jaw workout. Both of the warm sandwiches could have used a side of Au jus to soften the bread. The meat looks generous, but they do the sandwich trick. You fold the meat in the middle to make it look generous. But the ends are basically devoid of meat. Maybe a sliver. Flavors were really good. The mustard on the Cubano had a nice kick. Porchetta had a kick from the chimichurri and pickled peppers. Both were a little spicy and my son didn't love it so we ordered him a cold ham sandwich without the mustard. The cold meats are high quality as well, but definitely a little plain compared to the warm sandwiches. Overall 5/10 experience though. More evenly distributed meat and softer bread it would be A solid 10/10.
