    Pho dac biet small

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Cute very authentic homey style pho place in ID.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The place was run by three order Vietnamese ladies. I ordered pho dac biet, it was a cleaner broth flavor and the noddles were a bit more chewier/ softer. Seemed little on the salty side to me.

The service here is great! You have individual sauce for the fresh shrimp roll, and the Vietnamese coffee is given ice with it. The Pho broth tastes great!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Ancient looking hole in the wall, which adds to its charm.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Bathroom was surprisingly very clean.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Food was good. Their pho broth was very flavorful as was the chow mein. Vegetables in the chow mein were still fresh and crunchy (not from frozen). The sauce for the chow mein has good flavor but I wish it was kept a little dryer. Prices were very reasonable. Beef for the pho was very tender. Bookmarked them for future visit.

Upon arrival I was greeted by the waiter and since I was alone he said I can sit where I please. He was very polite and asked if I needed help with the menu. Since this isn't my first time ordering pho I didn't need any help and knew what i wanted. You can tell this beef broth was made with love from grandma. I decided to dress up my pho but you can eat it as is. I'll definitely will be back since it's a few mins from my house. I love collecting authentic pho spots

I am a PHONATIC, and I have tried my fair share of pho. This place knocked it out of the park. It tastes homey and the aeronautics of the broth send me into a food trance. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I was the only customer in there, and I do not see how.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Cons: service was kind of blah, they were too busy chit chatting to check on me. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It is on the rougher side of town.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Favorite pho in the city, been coming to this spot for 10+ years. I walk in and they know my order. When the veggie broth is good you know the rest of the menu will be as well! Don't be a whiney whitey about the service, you get up to pay in Vietnamese spots. Figure it out, it'll be ok Love love love this spot, their motto is "see you tomorrow " and it's true... at least weekly

We came here for lunch on a cold, wintery day, looking to warm up and stumble upon a gem. The food was exactly what you would expect. We got the #2 Spring Rolls - These were nice and fresh, what you expect from a typical Pho place. #4 Fried Batter Shrimp - These were so good! Take advantage of them. They were perfectly fried, and will probably come back just for this yum! #8 Beef Pho - The Pho was okay. I've definitely had better, but it's still worth a try if you're new to this cuisine or for a quick comfort pick-me-up moment. And #26 - Vermicelli Noodles with Stir-fried Beef--my partner really liked it compared to other places we've tried. The place is definitely no frills, which usually serves the best food sometimes, but sadly, it seems someone peed in their front door area because the whole front of the restaurant smelled terrible; most of us had to sit towards the back of the restaurant to avoid the stench. This is not their fault, of course, and probably won't be the case moving forward, but it definitely ruined our appetite at first, sadly. The service was also what you would expect from a no-frills Pho place; we quickly put in our order, everything came quickly within ten minutes, and the server came to take payment--just two interactions, nothing extra. Ngl, we prefer this, so it's not a knock on the place at all. The service was professional and friendly overall, but nothing extra for sure. We might give this place another go, especially for their fried foods. Those fried shrimp live in my head rent-free!

Pho with Round Steak, Fatty Brisket and Tripe Noodle Soup

[[HIGHLIGHT]]A true hole-in-the-wall gem in Seattle's International District.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] When it comes to pho, the broth is everything--and they absolutely nail it here. It's balanced and silky, with a deep, fully extracted bone flavor that's rich without being heavy. The meat is aromatic and tender, and the bowl is generously portioned with a great amount of it. Simple, comforting, and done right.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]This is a small "mom & pop" restaurant, tucked in a side street in International District.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We ordered Beef Noodle Soup (Pho) and Short Ribs w/ Rice. Since I'm Vietnamese, I am a little particular with my Vietnamese food and the seasoning. However, the food is still good and recommend for a quick bite when you're hungry.

So I started by calling up to see if they had chili oil and mushrooms the woman I spoke to on the phone was so sweet and let me know they did have it available!!! So we went there [[HIGHLIGHT]]of course the ambience was great it's a smaller restaurant but those are always the best !!![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I ordered a brisket pho the broth was sooo good not salty and had a good beef flavor the meat wasn't spoiled or tatse old and it was a peaceful spot .my friend ordered a rice plate the chicken was tender and flavorful I appreciate places like this my server was a young lady who I asked many questions about the restaurant and she kindly answered them all. I would give this place 10 stars if I could and the chili oil is spicy and delicious often a requirement to have chilli oil for my pho

    Vermicelli Noodle w/chicken

Pho Ba is everything a good Vietnamese joint should be. Cozy, unpretentious, and not much in the way of service. All good signs, and the food did not disappoint. I came for a banh mi, but was thrown off by the distinct lack of banh mi on the menu, so I ordered one of my other go-tos, a vermicelli bowl, with chicken this time. (They do have banh mi by the way, those are on separate menus taped to the wall. Choices were made, I'm just the messenger.) The noodle bowl was delicious. A great traditional sweet-savory sauce on the chicken, plus some sautéed onions included which was a nice touch. The veggies (the standard lettuce, cucumber, carrot, daikon, cucumber, and bean sprouts) were all fresh, as was the mint - an important touch. The vermicelli were nicely cooked, not overly soft, and the fish sauce was spot on. A really satisfying lunch, and I'll definitely be back for one of those elusive sandwiches. I hear they're good.

Each visit left me feeling like I had wasted both my time and money. I've had both the Pho Dac Biet and Pho Saté, and each broth fell short for different reasons. The meat portions were sparse, and the pricing does not justify the quality or quantity of the food. There are simply too many better pho options in the area at this price point.

You have to dip it in the fish sauce or else there is no flavor. Just something minor but I wish the pickled veggies were more separated. As for flavor, it had an extremely prominent coconut taste- it usually isn't so strong in banh khot so I wasn't so fond of this. My family did really enjoy the com tam and banh mi chao. I only had one bite of each, but I would get these items again. Their drinks on the other hand, were delightful. I got the tamarind black tea and my step dad got the lychee green tea. Both were super refreshing and even addicting. I think they tend to do sweet items better, including their rice crispy treats that they sell on the front counter. Service: (4/5) The service here didn't really stand out much but I didn't pay much mind to it. They were very nice but there was a sense of disorganization, mostly due to us not being acknowledged when we first walked in and having some of our food forgotten about.
