I stopped in and while the sandwiches and salads in the cooler looked good (and are priced the same as the ones they make fresh), I opted to have something hot that was made to order. The "Boom Chick" is spiced turkey on a ciabatta roll with spicy mustard and crumbled blue cheese, toasted. And then they add lettuce (whole leaves, not shredded) and tomato. I'd suggest that you skip the lettuce as it only makes it messy. Good sandwich and filling, quite a mess so grab some napkins. read more

On the downside, the bread is a bit dry but on the flip of that at least the chipotle gives the meal a real nice kick! Other than that, it tastes like a pretty basic sammie. Really unfortunate experience here. And I eat here all the time but management needs to understand what's happening. I watched a girl, shoulder length brown hair, carry out a cleaning bucket with soapy water and place it on the counter. With the same gloves, wipe a surface area clean of food into a different container and then use THE SAME GLOVES and start transferring fresh bread from bread bags into large Tupperware containers. same girl, same gloves, starts taking food orders and making sandwiches. Love their red velvet cupcakes!! Every time I have been at the Airport they are always sold out but this time I was luck to get 4 of them and was one happy camper. The staff is not that friendly but I just wanted the cupcakes paid for them and kept it moving. After multiple attempts to fix my problem with corporate, I am now resorting to social media. Back in mid September I ordered 2 breakfast sandwich's and they were incorrect. Not even close. The service was mediocre at best. So I reached out to the number on the receipt and voiced my concerns. I was contacted by 2 separate team members that both claim that they would send me a check (I sent copy of receipt to both). I have not heard from anyone and have reached out multiple times Still no check or response. The point is that if you have a "guarantee" and you failed the customer. The eggs on my wrap felt like they had just come out of the freezer. One would look for a 18.00 sandwich with water to be hot.

They were short on a lot of ingredients and did not post notice of it. Despite that, they took my order, started making the sandwich, and then told me they don't have the right cheese or meat for it. Okay-- so I ask them to make a different sandwich and they gave me attitude since they had already prepared the bread with mayo, which I guess is an unacceptable waste to them. Then they proceeded to charge me at the register for the sandwich they couldn't make instead of the cheaper substitute sandwich I chose. read more

Entire experience was very stressful and the end result was not worth it. Throughout the sandwich making process multiple people are working on your sandwich and it isn't clear what role any are playing or who to tell what you want. They were out of honey maple turkey and way too much mustard was added to the sandwich (completely overwhelmed the taste). Giant chocolate chip cookie tasted like corn bread. I had a honey turkey and bree sandwhich with honey mustard. The bread was blah, not fresh, but not stale. The guts of the sandwhich were tasty, but not tasty enough to overcome the mediocre bread. The sandwhich was overpriced, but in line with the price gouging that comes with being a captive audience at an airport. Handed the cashier a $10.00 bill to buy a juice bottle. She was so busy talking to the fellow loitering near her stand that she barely glanced as she rang up the purchase and gave me change for a $5. Worst service ever. The cashier directly in front of us was so busy staring at the person next to her make a sandwich she just ignored us for the longest time. The cashier next to her kept telling us "she can help you" but the first cashier just kept staring off into the abyss. Overall: decently fast hot sandwich that is miles above the other options in the terminal. Not exciting and expensive. Food: Hot Cuban on wheat. the meats were salty and oily. The veggies were good though. This food stop is at a central location in the A terminal. That's pretty much the only thing that makes this store. The store is set up as a walk through line, a la subway. Boar's Head claims to be a premium line of meats but I just tasted expensive salty meat. This restaurant has A decent atmosphere and food, however I as a single diner was seated in a corridor that lead to the open and noisy kitchen. It seems like this is where they put 1-2s. Took about 10 minutes to be greeted. My spinach salad with chicken would have been great is the server remembered to place the order with chicken. I had them toast it also because it would've been a cold sandwich otherwise. It was almost $10. I don't like spicy foods and it was too spicy for me. I had not been to the cafe in many years due to the fact, I always find the staff to be rude.. 10/20/20 I decided to go there to get a soup. As I approach the counter I saw someone had left their yogurt so I said to the African American lady who appeared to be management due to she was dressed differently from the staff members. she was doing something in the refrigerator so, I said I think someone left this since I was the only one in the line. She ignored me twice and I just laid it back down and then she decided to pick it up. Another staff member fixed my soup said the young lady at the register would give me a spoon. So when I got my soup after I paid I did not have a spoon. So I asked can I have a spoon please, and then she said someone was coming with them which is something I did not know . Well when the African American (management) with the spoons came to deliver the Caucasian young lady working the register say very loudly so I can hear she needs to quit rushing me and than the management person yes I know she was liked that with me.... so with all this being said if the lady that was in management would of open her mouth and spoken to me I would of not said anything about the yogurt twice and if the young lady at the register (who refuse to give me her name) would of said your spoon will be here shortly I would not of asked for it but, since I was told I was getting it at the register I asked...Im not sure if this staff thinks customers are suppose to read their minds but they may want to open their mouth and communicate! read more

Horrible customer service and experience. Recently went to this place to get a sandwich. The two women working behind the counter seemed to have no idea what they were doing. I ordered a chicken sandwich with Brie. I asked for honey mustard on it. Instead of putting it all over the sandwich, they just put one large pile in the middle of the bread. I then watched them cut the rind side of the Brie and put it on my sandwich. I asked her if I could have cheese instead of rind and she just cut it smaller and put it on the sandwich. Then she put turkey instead of chicken. I corrected her and she took the turkey that had already been placed on top of the mustard off the sandwich and back into the bin. Disgusting. Around 9am on a Tuesday, they kept the line moving. We were through the line and served in less than 5 minutes. The cashier was very friendly and happy - always nice to see at an airport restaurant. I had the florentine breakfast wrap (microwaved egg rounds, feta, spinach, tomatoes, vinaigrette, add banana peppers) as my late morning breakfast. The sandwich was messy, but the wax paper wrap prevented it from getting all over my outfit as I ate it.
