Okay food and drinks, but way overpriced. Inattentive and lackadaisical staff. With so many other choices on the lake, we won't be back.

This is the last time we will give this place another try. Food is good but service is unacceptable, servers rude. Never have enough help.

Food was good! Drinks are good! Our waitress was great! HOWEVER...the slowest service EVER! We had a party if 13 and a baby in a high chair. Took 2.5 hours to get our food. Not exaggerating even a little! Management clearly needs to step in. Our waitress did everything she could to make us happy but waiting with kids for this long for food is insane! Took 90 minutes to get 3 burgers, sliders and a caprese appetizer. Absolutely embarrassing. While the food was good, we will not be back.

Addendum to previous bitchy post. I seemed we picked the perfect storm day to stop here. My closing thoughts: manager was attentive and apologetic. They got hit with a staffing issue that some vacation places get post holiday. Food was delightful and would be Worth a Reasonable wait. Best kept secret at the lake in regards to food. Scallop sliders and chicken ragoons are awesome

Fun atmosphere. They have an adults only and a family side of their pool which was great for my young kiddos so we didn't feel like we were bothering anyone. The new pool is beautiful. The food is great. The hummus appetizer was good, but the pita chips served with it were beyond amazing. Their salads are all yummy and my kids liked the hot dogs and grilled cheese- plain and simple. read more

I have been there a couple of times since they expanded the restaurant, deck and pool and added an outdoor bar and stage. The additions and renovations are fabulous and they have added additional boat slips which makes it easy to enjoy by water. They also have plenty of parking for cars. On our first visit in late May it appeared they were working out the kinks a bit although the staff was friendly and they warned us they had just officially opened. Since then they seem to operating on all cylinders, the food is great and the staff is very friendly. My family just loves the smash burger but the fish tacos are great too! read more

Decent food and fun location on the lake. Had the veggie wrap with French fries and it was very good. Good presentation too!Servers were very friendly, service was on the slow side but it was busy when went for a late lunch. Very noisy due to the enthusiastic crowd. This is basically a bar with attached pool and above-average food that caters to the Lake crowd. read more

Went to Boathouse, extremely poor service, the lake is a competitive environment, and the boathouse fails miserably. I have been to countless lake restaurants and have never experienced such poor service. I spent two hours at this restaurant and never received food. The table next to us received their pizza and it was cold. I would have rather went to Wendy's or any other establishment. I do not know how this place keeps the doors open. Recommend going to any other lake restaurant. read more

Waitress was very nice and attentive. When i went to tell the bar tender that both types of soda were extremely she glared intensely! Fish tacos great but scallop sliders were not on Hawaiian buns as described. French fries not done. read more

Simply for providing a pool for my kids to swim in during our 45 minute wait for the table we did not receive, is the only reason a star is provided. The hostess was completely dismissive to our party, the bar waitress did not check for our needs during our wait, and then when our table did become available, another party took it without any hesitation from the hostess standing right next to it. We have visited many restaurants on the Lake, who have welcomed family parties of 8 easily, and this restaurant did not provide service at all comparable to their competitors. Pass this restaurant opportunity up, simply due to the complete lack of customer service. The atmosphere is comfortable & welcoming, but beyond they have a lot to learn for catering to the Lake's customer base. read more

We almost didn't come here for lunch because of the reviews, but we were pleasantly surprised how good the food was. The service and food quality was great- even on a busy holiday weekend. The shrimp appetizer and nachos were especially good. read more

Probably the best unknown place on the lake. Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon and enjoyed great boat parking, awesome view, great food, and the kids loved the outdoor pool. Have been going here for the past year and it has become our favorite spot on this side of the lake. I should have taken some pictures but will update at a later time. I'm guessing this place is seasonal, but on the North Shore it would be nice to have some winter alternatives. If I had any suggestions for improvement it would be too have more selections on tshirts. I tried to buy one but they didn't have my size.. read more

This could be one of my family and friends' favorite spots on the lake. The food and service is just so far from good, though. They sure didn't do much to make us forget that one of our fish tacos was filled completely with a huge piece of fish skin. read more

We visited this place two times over the 2017 and were terribly disappointed both times with the service. Very very slow, even by lake standards. The last time did us in...didn't tell us they were out of fries until they brought our food out, which was nearly an hour after we ordered. This was already after no soda. Didn't offer to comp anything and just offered jalapeno chips (WTH??). Won't be back again...too many other choices at the lake! read more

Great place to go! The food is higher end and not just bar food! We stop for drinks, appetizers or supper after we park our boat at the marina, usually more than once a day! Leah the bartender is outstanding. We ordered supper one evening and were enjoying the view and drinks when the chef sent us complimentary chicken ragoon because he thought we'd been waiting too long (not true). read more

The food was not up to par with the prices. Appetizers were very bland with flavoring and the service was slow waiting for drinks to be refilled. Music was being played way too loud and it made an uncomfortable environment to sit and eat with the family. Overall I was not pleased at all with the restaurant. read more

We live up the hill and can hear the music from our patio. Most of the time it is pretty good. There has been a couple of times the singers should of stayed home...probably karaoke night. Thought we would stop by and try out the food. Found the food good, but Pricey for the portions. Poor beer selection...just the normal selection. No craft beers. read more

The food, good. The service, embarrassing. We were staying close so went here for a quick bite on Saturday night when we got in town- it was drunken and slammed, I'm a bit more forgiving in this scenario as I've been a waitress myself. We went back on a Monday during the day to hang out at the pool, there were maybe 5 people in the bar and had to beg to get drinks, then had to flag down the waitress to try and pay our tab (she wouldn't give me the tab and told me the total was ten dollars more than it actually was), once I paid after seeing the actual amount, it took me flagging down the waitress again after 20 minutes to get the change. While I was waiting,three other groups came and left as they didn't get an ounce of acknowledgement, let alone a menu. Cool setup, but it's not worth the frustration. read more

Service was absolutely terrible! One waitress for the entire restaurant. Food was good once we got it. My daughter's order was wrong. No one seemed to care to fix it. Had to ask three times. She finally got the right order when everyone else was done eating. No wonder it wasn't busy. The locals must know better. read more

We came here by boat on Fri night of Memorial day weekend for a late dinner. It wasn't that crowded. Our server was just fair, not super. There were only 7 of us and we had to wait about 45 min for our food (but at least we were warned ahead of time). The menu has changed and not for the better. Who takes chicken rangoon off their menu? Not sure why they would take most of the burgers off the menu either. My friend's chicken tenders were cold so she had to send them back. When they came back out she said they were horrible. I ordered the pork tacos and got shrimp tacos. They were good I'm just glad I'm not allergic to shrimp. Two people at our table ordered smoked wings and when she brought the first order of them out she said that's all they have, yet somehow later she brought out the other order. We usually visit the Boathouse several times during the summer, but I won't be back. Very disappointed. read more
