Ham, corn, mashed potatoes, Turkey, and green beans

Came here last weekend with my family. Took a second to be seated. Then it took a lot longer for everything else. I don't like being rude about employees, but the server we had was a total ditz. My mom's boyfriend was doing the over the top sarcastic back handed compliments with her the whole time. We put our drink orders in, which took a bit to get back. Then when we were ready to order food, she only put my kids orders in and ran off and started taking other customers orders while we were left in confusion as to why we hadn't been able to place ours at the same time. Also, PLEASE train your servers on what GLUTEN FREE means. I asked her if they had anything that was, and she said, "what's gluten free?" I can't make this up. I ended up ordering a salad with grilled chicken and Italian dressing. My daughter had pancakes with eggs and asked for sausage, but they still gave her bacon. She never came back with the check, so we ended up walking to the front to pay. Probably won't be back for sit down again. My grandmother ordered their food to go for Easter dinner, and I do have to say that what food I was able to eat, was very delicious. It was Turkey, Ham, Mashed potatoes, green beans, and corn. Hopefully some day Bob Evans will offer Gluten Free options. I love dinner rolls and hate that I have to miss out.

The Melon was a bit hard and it wasn't juicy like usual. The Bacon was good and crispy. The Caramel Apple French Toast was amazing!!!

It was a chilly in the back. The vent was cold. Our server Karen was exceptional. Our food was so good. We were a table of five. Our food was served hot and Karen was intentional to ensure we were satisfied with our meal. One person in our party's eggs were not prepared properly unfortunately it couldn't be resolved, however Karen spoke with her manager and they adjusted the bill. I love when your server cares for the customer. We had a great experience and we would return.

Fried chicken. Took 45 + minutes to get this. They were not that busy, 10 people or so in the restaurant.

Very disappointed with service and time to prepare food 45+ minutes and they were not busy at all. Corporate needs to visit this location and make changes.

We all were told 20 minute wait in between each seating, cause the employee needed to break...11:00am.. she needed a smoke break

Outstanding! I highly recommend this one!…read moreGreat atmosphere & Cool owners!!!! They have totally revamped the restaurant. So cool !

HEALTH WARNING: Read before you visit…read more We stopped in for breakfast, drawn in by what the reviews describe as a "quaint Japanese-style eatery." What we found was something else entirely. FOOD & VALUE We had two glasses of tap water (which tasted sour), a sandwich with fries, and an American breakfast. The sandwich was just okay. The fries were actually good. Everything else failed: the scrambled eggs were flavorless and visibly undercooked, the bacon came as two thin, unevenly cooked strips, and the toast was served without butter. When we asked, the cook had to search for some -- only to return with butter that was frozen solid and jelly so dried out it resembled fruit leather. They were also out of hash browns, which seems remarkable given how few customers were there at the time. SERVICE When the bell rang signaling our food was ready, the bartender was on his phone and didn't move. I walked up to collect it myself (signs do say "Pick up here"), only to find half our order wasn't ready. The bartender then told the cook he couldn't help look for butter because he had to "go put down the steaks" -- at 10:30 in the morning. The cook himself was pleasant and genuinely tried to help. The front-of-house staff, not so much. SANITATION A live cockroach was on the floor next to our table when we sat down. We're from Florida, so a stray bug doesn't automatically send us out the door -- but in hindsight, it should have. More alarming: the return tray held plates of pot stickers that had clearly been sitting there overnight, since the restaurant only serves a breakfast menu in the morning. That is a food safety issue, not a quirk. HEALTH INSPECTION RECORD After leaving, we looked up the inspection history. A report from May 2026 -- just three weeks ago -- documented four violations at this location, three of which were classified as High Priority. You can verify this yourself at floridafoodsafety.org. THE REVIEWS The overwhelming majority of reviews rate this place 4.7-5 stars. Based on what we experienced firsthand -- and what the health inspection record confirms -- we do not understand how that is possible. Draw your own conclusions. We left after a few bites. Save your money and your stomach.

Our server, Brett went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. He offered a lot of suggestions and when we had a problem with the Coca Cola ribs being incredibly tough and over cooked, he didn't miss a beat offering to get me something else. The Coca Cola ribs could not even be cut with a steak knife. Not exactly falling off the bone. I decided to take home the Pork Chop Marsala with the Au gratin potatoes. My Mom really enjoyed the Asian Wings and Drums off the Happy Hour Menu. We also got the Pretzel too. My Brother thought his Cheeseburger was just okay and it didn't have much flavor. His fries were also just okay. We were celebrating my brother Jonathan's birthday week, so it was definitely a let down.

The atmosphere and concept are very similar, and we were told it's owned by the same people, which makes perfect sense. It has that same modern, open food hall feel with several great restaurant options to choose from all in one spot. We ate at Fat Maggie's, and the smash burgers were absolutely delicious -- perfectly cooked, flavorful, and easily some of the best burgers we've had in the area. The space itself is beautiful, clean, and family-friendly, and it's great that everyone can pick something different depending on what they're in the mood for. The workers seemed less interested in being there and when one of them put our number in to be texted, must have been wrong because they didn't text us or find us so we recognized that we didn't have our food and needed to walk and check. This place is in a new building among the old, gentrified. Overall it was a nice establishment and if we were passing through, we might come again.

He was very social and answered all our questions and socialized about personal life as well. We ordered the Cuban eggrolls, and they were quite good but had smaller cubes of ham as opposed to pictures showing slices in some older pictures posted to this establishment. The drinks were spot-on. Although I may sound disappointed, I'm looking forward to trying more on the menu that they have to offer. I plan to return to try more. Recommended!

The atmosphere is dive bar friendly and there are so many cool niche areas for photos. Really loved the raised unfinished ceiling and the naked white brick wall which covered the side wall of the tavern. When you enter there is a hostess to great you. And our server almost appeared immediately. She explained the menu to us and the specials. What a great first impression. Unfortunately, there was a key piece of info we missed. There is a full bar, draft beer options and a decent wine selection. I ordered a draft beer and a flight of Mimosas. The beer was good, the mimosa flight not so much. Oh, and they have brunch specials on Saturday and Sunday, including unlimited mimosas at a 2 hour limit. For food, ordered the classic breakfast plate and a breakfast burger. Food was pretty good, but the burger was from a frozen patty, so not the best. Unfortunately they have some policy where they charge an extra $1 for the eggs. It is posted in the front, but nowhere on the menu. Suffice to say that experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Pun intended. They did remove the $1 but it took more effort that I would have liked and unfortunately the review and the server's tip suffered as a result.
