Missed some areas of the pergola with the power wash and asked about any other boards that needed replacement. He didn't act on that. Power wash on pergola was inadequate and left a lot of paint chips coming off on the deck. Anything above the estimate on the deck, The charge was a little excessive. Asked about sanding, he kept on evading the subject and just carried on with the staining. Didn't really give me a choice of stain. Says he uses brown on older decks. Not happy with the color.Noticed an additional board on the pergola that needed replacing after payment and asked if he would come back for that. Again, evading the issue. Finally told me he was not going to come back. I found his work to be inadequate at best. I'm sorry I hired him for my job and need to hire somebody else to address the issues.
