This visit, I ordered the matcha tiramisu with matcha ice cream. Hubby ordered the mango custard with vanilla ice cream. We scarfed up both cone shaped crepes in less than 5 minutes - and they were nice, light, and the perfect ending to Sunday chill dinner night out. NO STARS FOR THIS PLACE. While ordering my drink the RUDE, CARELESS owner was yelling to a very young lady(maybe 18 years old) in the back of the store. I heard the young lady said "I'm trying to explain to you that I did not open the water" but of course this careless woman did not even let her talk, nor cared that we all were hearing the whole thing. At first, I thought that it was just a small issue. After seating to wait for my drink in the corner(that's how loud she was), I could hear the RUDE WOMAN that continued to verbally abuse the young lady. This woman was screaming to the the young lady "LEAVE NOW AND NEVER COME BACK". The young lady left. I went and asked for my refund. I explained to the cashier that I was not going to sponsor a person this abusive, the young girl was truly scared and said to me "I have to call the owner to process the refund". The RUDE woman told her "what does that have to do with buying a drink"....I have to say I was surprised that out of the six or seven people waiting not one was bothered by this issue and continued to wait like if nothing was happening!! read more

I don't know what the other yelpers are talking about when they say this place has horrible boba. I come here all the time with my friends & the boba here is good. I always get the Milk Tea with boba because it tastes like how Milk Tea should taste. A lot of other places have a powdery or leafy taste to their Milk Tea. As for the boba/tapioca, the consistency is perfect. It's sticky and chewy. Not too hard & not too mushy. AND the shaved ice is fantabulously delicious. The price may be a little higher than a shaved ice elsewhere but it's HUGE. For $7.50, it can feed four people. It's topped with fresh strawberries, mangoes, banana, kiwi, and watermelons. The one thing that I agree with other yelpers is that the asian lady that works here is friendly and helpful. She's so bubbly and nice and willing to answer any questions you might have about any of the products on the menu. Another plus about Boba Time is that they have free wifi. read more

DO NOT COME HERE ! I would definitely give this place zero stars, but its not an option. Zero stars because of terrible terrible management! I had to leave after only TWO days of training, in which i was only being paid 10$ a day for 8 hrs. The owner was unbelievably disrespectful & inconsiderate of her employees, & on top of all RACIST! Her older employees say she wont hire african americans, unattractive people, or overweight people. In what world is this ok?!?!. Extremely illegal. i will be calling the labor commission soon. also: this place is over priced. its like 4$ dollars for a regular drink. the owners kindness is not genuine. she seemed so nice when i first went in there to buy a drink & she told me they were hiring. theres no wonder why there has been a "help wanted" sign outside that door for months. read more

I remember working here in late 2025. The owner treated ALL the employees very harshly and cruel, and would yell at her staff in front of customers. She even made harsh remarks calling a senior employee a "baby" and belittling her staff so harshly that a CUSTOMER stepped in to tell her "You don't treat your employees like that. Be respectful!" After that incident with a customer, I quit only three days in. I can't lie, the Boba was good and the place was clean, but her treatment to her staff is cruel & doesn't overweigh the negatives. I hope she can see the error in her ways, reflect, and make a positive change in her relations instead of how she was last year. Cool little boba spot. Located in a small strip mall, it doesn't really stand out so you would easily pass by it without noticing. The staff that work here are SUPER nice. I've been several times and the girls working the register have always been really friendly (and cute). They have a pretty good selection of drinks. Enough options to satisfy just about anyone. I can't quote on prices since I'm not a huge fan of boba drinks and I don't frequent boba shops. But I will say the the drinks I've had have been delicious. They even have this pastry type item that's made with some kind of pancake batter and filled with either red bean or Nutella. (Mmmmm.... Nutella....). Pretty good stuff. Definitely worth a try. If you're in Gardena, this is a really nice spot to check out if you're into boba. read more

I couldn't find good boba in texas but this place got the best boba ever! I enjoy milk tea at Boba Time every time. My friends said Taro tea was great too. A worker was also really nice and helpful. I think the most impressed thing was the cleaness. The restroom was clean. I could not smell anything like the other restaurant. I am very unhappy when i have to use disgusting restroom, but I liked using restroom while i was there. I know Many of you guys agree how i feel. I havn't tried coffee yet but my friends told me caramel macchiato and Cafe mocha were awesome. At last, there were also good korean restaurants and karaoke in the mall you can enjoy! :) read more

Im surprised that the other yelpers gave this place so little stars, I've been here a couple of times and love it. The woman that owns it is always very helpful and nice. The shaved ice is awesome; topped with FRESH fruit (strawberries, kiwi, banana, mango), jelly, red bean, and ice cream! and large enough for 4. I've had quite a few drinks off of their menu(taro slush, milk tea!, thai tea, etc.) and they never disappoint. During my most recent visit there, I decided to try a ham sandwich. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and the portion of the meal. I have yet to have a bad experience here, so I will continue to come here for my boba. read more

The golden boba that came with the mango slush had a nice texture and complimented the mango flavoring, which was very refreshing. The oreo was creamy and tasted like a milkshake. We were very satisfied. We came back a second time and the drinks came out the same. Delicious.

Like, "I'll be thinking about this turkey and cheese while I'm supposed to be working" good. Service is always smooth, they get you in, get you fed, and send you back into the world like a better, happier human. The place stays clean, easy, and efficient, which is dangerous because it makes it way too simple for me to justify coming back... again... and again. Most of the menu is tasty and filling, and every time I try something new I'm like, "Wow, so THIS is my new personality now." Lee's really doesn't miss. The bread is full and the cheese melts in your mouth. I order a banana boba but she misheard me and made a Vanilla boba wanted that banana but im not mad about it! The vanilla tastes as if it as a hint of a coffee bean flavor, very delicious! We all love our orders. We also got a donut deal for getting boba. We've deemed this place our new spot for whenever we come up north. The woman seemed to be the only one working. Hopefully solo shifts become less for her bc right after we came in, a line eventually formed, and it was three of us ordering together. If you're ordering together, make sure to not switch around orders. Wishing the best for this business!

When I recently called to place an order for two juices, she answered, heard me speak, kept saying "hello," and then hung up. When I called back, it sounded like the phone had been left off the hook. This was not the first uncomfortable interaction. On another occasion, I walked in to order juice, and instead of greeting me, the first thing Jenny said in a rude tone was, "Next time, call." She also looked visibly annoyed. I didn't mind waiting and would have understood if she had simply explained that the juices would take a few minutes. I've also witnessed customers waiting a long time without being acknowledged, even though the employees clearly saw them. Some eventually walked out because no one took their order. I really liked this place and its juices, but customers should not be made to feel like an inconvenience. If juices are advertised and sold here, customers shouldn't be treated badly for ordering them. Better customer service and a more respectful attitude are definitely needed. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back or recommending this place to others.
