My favorite go-to drink lately is a cheese foam jasmine tea. The best place for them is Happy Lemon, another boba shop kinda down the street. They feel like the originator and are the best version i've tasted. However, I am grateful that Boba Time serves them now since I frequent this food plaza often for Boiling Point and others. I'll get my drink from here whenever I can. My problem Boba Time's cheese foam drink is the proportions. It only comes in one size (as far as I know, cause they never ask what I want and there's one pricing) And it's a pretty tall cup, so it comes with A LOT of tea, some boba at the bottom and foam at the top. I don't think it melds well together. My boba was still hot and syrupy sitting at the bottom. A small amount of ice and foam floats at the top. And you're not supposed to just stir and mix it, otherwise the foam's sea salt flavor would just get lost in the tea. So overall it's a filling drink to get through the tea before you really get that great mix of all 3. I guess i'd like the option to order a smaller size so it's a better flavor experience. I'm also not always sure what some of the flavors are, but usually when I go for boba it's busy and I feel guilty asking when people are waiting. It was so refreshing to get such great service, an awesome explanation, and such a great product. We've been back three times and every time we try something new and area really happy with what we get. They very specifically told us that if we hate what we get, let them know. Looking at some of the reviews that are negative shocks me, as we've had boba available every time (boba takes a long time to make/cool down so we understand when it's not available), the drinks have been on point, and our service and prices have always matched.
