DO NOT COME HERE during their special hours while the shelter at home order is in place. They do not have a good ordering system implemented and it is a complete sh*t show. I put my order in 10 mins after they opened up orders online. They gave me an hour window until the drink was ready which was fine as I was planning to get takeout nearby first. After arriving 5 mins early, I got in line since it was long and was hoping by the time I got up to the counter the order would be ready. Got to the counter and it wasn't ready but they did tell me nicely that I should wait to receive a text and that the time given me in the beginning was just an estimate and that she did see the order in the system. Considering the crazy times we currently live in I decided to be patient and waited an additional 30 min before getting back in then line that was getting longer and longer by the minute and cancel my order. Once I got to the counter, they told me that it was odd the order wasn't ready yet and that it should be. Upon checking they seem to have lost my order ticket and the order has not been made. She offered me a refund and to make my drinks without any toppings since they ran out of boba and ended up giving me one additional free drink. All this was 50 minutes AFTER my estimated time the order was supposed to be ready at. I'm all for supporting local businesses during this time but if it's going to cause this big of a chaos then it's better to close your door or at least come up with a more organized way to deal with large volume of orders. It seems many people also waited a long time for their orders as a lot of people were in the parking lot in their cars waiting. It's disappointing as I do love the drinks at this place! read more

Having been raised in the 626/LA area, I've been convinced that boba does not get any better and nowhere else compares. Until today. I never really write reviews for boba shops because I have been to tooooo many to the point where I'll probably be diabetic when I'm older. Anyways, after opening the door to Boba Bliss, I was shocked to see that there was already a line of about 10. At 11:15am. That's 15 minutes after opening! And after I had ordered, I looked back and saw that the line remained the same length. The line was moved very efficiently nonetheless and I was out of there in under 15 minutes. The menu was simple and gave a little description of what the drinks consisted of. The staff was very friendly and recommended the perfect adjustments and how to enjoy some of their specialty drinks. Ok let's get into the drinks. (So good that I actually got 2 for myself hehe) Boba: 10/10. Firm. Chewy. Then soft. Subtly, but not super sweet. Exactly how it should be. Mango matcha latte: Comes out with the sweetness. It looks really elegant and the matcha literally has a wave motion sitting on top of the milk. Mix it up and you get the perfect blend of an earthy matcha and fresh, sweet, and tart mango puree. Tastes like a mango sticky rice with matcha. Green thai tea: my sister went kind of basic and got this. I thought it was average, but she thought it was very good. Still can't go wrong with it if you aren't feeling too adventurous. My favorite... the Creme Brulee Pearl Tea Latte: get a scoop of the creme and sip on the drink. It's a combo of one of my favorite desserts and boba. My mind was blown when I took my first drink. The sugar on top was burnt perfectly like how Creme Brulee should be. This drink is on the sweeter side, but the sweet creme is complemented with milk and is totally worth the temporary sugar high. I wish it came in a bigger cup. Sadly, I don't know when's the next time I'll be back because it's an 8 hour drive, but, if I'm ever in the area, I will definitely swing by. read more

I've been here a few times now and am really liking the drinks! I would say the style is similar to Boba Guys and the execution is solid. The best drinks so far are the Creme Brûlée Boba and the Fresh Taro. The Strawberry Matcha tasted too mild for me but I wonder if it's because I changed it to 50% sweet. The Brown Sugar Fresh Milk is also good but maybe a bit too milky. The honey boba have a softer consistency, which some people may or may not like. read more

Boba Bliss has some of the best boba in town. I usually order the Strawberry Milk Bar or the Brown Sugar Pearl Fresh Milk. The boba is always soft and chewy. I have gone to Boba Bliss at least 20 times. Boba Bliss is in an easy location to find by car or bike. The parking lot is not the biggest but there are plenty of places to park. My go-to's are their unique items like Stumptown coffee with tea and milk or their rotating seasonal menu. The manager (owner?) of the store is always pleasant too and asking for feedback. The strawberry milk bar and thai tea are two of my favorites, I would definitely recommend trying them! They were super friendly throughout the whole process, they set up a day for us to sample all the potential flavors and walked us through all the options available to us. Their set-up on our day of the wedding was so pretty too! Nikki (who we worked with for the catering) went above and beyond to make the day so special for us. Came by Thursday around 4:30PM. There was a line but the employees worked fast to help die down the line. I was able to get my drink 15 minutes after standing in line. This was my first time and I was unsure what drink to get and the employee was very patient with me and helped me pick a drink to my liking. When I got the drink (mango matcha) it was very yummy and I can taste they use high quality matcha and real mango purée! You can see the employees hand smash the fruits themselves behind the counter. The store is on the smaller side but has seating options. The walls and store is brightly lit with white walls and bright lights. The entire store has a nice & calm atmosphere to it. Boba Bliss is the only milk tea place I have been to that is actually worth the hype and the long lines. They always have plenty of workers behind the bar, so your drink comes out quickly. Their drinks are never watery, which is usually what I dislike about some other boba places. The drinks are richer and a bit creamier, so if you prefer lighter or watery drinks, then this may not be the place for you. The quality of the drinks are always top notch, and I have never had a problem with consistency. Note: they do not have food/snacks and their menu isn't as long as other places, but what they do provide are quality signature drinks that they have perfected. Quality over quantity. All the staff and managers are kind, and they often pass out samples when the line gets long. Don't be surprised if you show up on a weekend and the line is out the door and down the sidewalk. It may seem ridiculous, but the wait is well worth it! Your drink will come out faster than it took you to wait in line. If you are sensitive to dairy, there are several milk alternatives that you can substitute into any drink. My favorite is swapping in oat milk - it doesn't change the consistency or taste of most drinks. The strawberry matcha with oat milk is my favorite drink, and the most photogenic drink :) read more

Stumbled upon this gem through my nephew & his girlfriend. We've been wanting to try this place and ever since we did, we just keep coming back for more. We always get three kinds of their drinks which is the Creme Brulee Pear w/Latte, Brown Sugar Pearl Fresh Milk & my boys' fave I'd the Chocolate Cookie Puff Cream. The top of the Creme Brulee drink is like the real Creme Brulee dessert. The hard brown sugar on top that they torched and it has that sweet cream on top of your drinkt that you can scoop. They also have u a mini spoon for you to enjoy the yummy top of your drink. Same with the Chocolate Cookie Puff Cream. It has that sweet cream on top along with some crumbled cookies on top. They're so good and addicting. These to drinks are smaller than their normal drinks but most of them come in a a big size cups. Their bobas are pretty good. They're a little sweet and soft and firm, it's perfect. They have a neutral gender restroom. It's only one. person at a time. It's clean and stocked at all times that I've been here. Overall experience is really 5 stars. The price is pretty decent and they're really worth the travel for us. I wouldn't mind trying the other drinks. The staff were all friendly too and knowledgeable. Plenty of space to park. If you're looking for a place for good boba drinks, you wouldn't be disappointed with this place. read more
