I honestly was disappointed with this place and I had high hopes because it has such good reviews. I ended up here because my go to boba place was closed. The service was good, thank you for being warm and welcoming. The boba itself though was mediocre. My husband said it perfectly it tasted very powdery. I ordered the honeydew and the brown sugar milk tea, both were disappointing. Maybe we went on an off night, but honestly our drinks are still in the fridge after two sips and they'll probably get trashed. I personally would not return and venture on to a new boba place. There aren't many boba options in this area, but we were glad to have visited Boba City. Tucked away in a quiet plaza, it's nothing eye opening. But the interior was bright and clean, the staff was welcoming. We tried a classic boba milk tea and Thai tea. The boba were very chewy and the tea was silky smooth. Walked in after playing pickleball and needed something refreshing. The girl at the counter was patient and courteous with us. She handed us " a how to order card" which was a great idea. I tried the pineapple butterfly tea with lychee jellies. Yummy. For a bit over 5$ for a medium boba - it was cheap compared to other tea establishments. My tea hit the spot. This place is so good. We tried the Oreo banana and mango yogurt smoothies with boba. The milk is lactose free and they also have almond milk. The mango yogurt was amazing. 10/10. Creamy, not too sweet. The boba was fresh. The Oreo banana was good, but just make sure you like chocolate before trying it. Service was very fast and the cashier was super helpful with picking out what we liked. Looking forward to going back and trying some other flavors. read more

I was driving by one evening and noticed they were the only ones open when everyone else was closed due to severe weather, I too like to live on the wild side You like Squid Games? well they have a Dalgona toffee coffee! Like the cookies from the show and Like the show, they were to die for. They had two photo ops set up but I passed it up since the wind had me looking like an electric shock victim. This place is LEGIT. Walked up there with my hubby and kiddos and we got a strawberry smoothie with no boba for my toddler, a brown sugar milk tea with boba for me and a cookies n cream milk tea with boba for the hubs and all 3 things were absolutely DELICIOUS. The lady there was SOOO nice and gave us samples of their ice cream which is all made in house. We tried the cereal milk one, the Thai tea one and kiwi and OMG they were all amazing. Rich, creamy and full of flavor. The kiwi was my favorite. It was light and refreshing. We will 100000% be regulars here. I hope more ppl come by to get their boba fix bc this place needs to stick around. I was a little weary of having yet ANOTHER Boba place open up near us, but I'm honestly so glad it did. I used to come here frequently and the last few times I have been here I ordered my usual tea (brown sugar milk tea with boba) and it no loner taste how is usually does. The past three times the tapioca has not been sweet as usual, it has been tasting very bland although still chewy and cooked properly. The drink itself taste watered down. The last drink I had brought me to change my review as it was disappointing and I ended up throwing one of my drinks away. The customer service was still very good and everyone there is kind and attentive. Came in today because I saw they had Dalgona Coffee and wanted to try them out. I just moved out to Dallas from Los Angeles and was missing my usual coffee shop that sold Dalgona coffee. The lady taking orders was extremely sweet and nice to talk to while I waited for my order. The Dalgona coffee itself is very good! Even better than shop I went to back in LA! It had a stronger coffee taste but paired with the caramelized boba and the dalgona toffee it was perfect! The boba was a good texture, not too gooey and not too hard. My wife and I have tried Boba City on 2 separate occasions. One occasion being on a Friday night and another on a weekday. Both occasions were met with extremely pleasant customer service and delightful sweets. Their boba drinks are a bit different, but are tasty like you would expect from a boba spot. However, unlike other boba spots there is ice cream! I'll be honest in stating I didn't think a boba spot would sell a food product that captivated me, but that's what Boba City did. The ice cream is so creamy and some flavors have wonderful textures. Like I totally expected some regular store bought quality ice cream, but I was pleasantly surprised! I was caught off guard when they asked how long my drive home was. I answered honestly and they proceeded to put ice in a bag and plastic wrapped the ice cream containers as a make shift cooler. The food and drinks are more than able to hold up against competitors. The service is simply unmatched. My wife and I will come back more often! :) read more
