We stopped by on a weekday afternoon. Two young men were working. We were immediately greeted, welcomed, & engaged with in conversation about it being our first visit. The shop is cute & clean. It's has 4 tables of seating, seats along a wall, plenty of games, a variety of adorable merchandise, photo walls, & different packaged snacks for sale. Music plays. An order kiosk is available, but we ordered at the counter & had our questions answered. The menu is extensive. We chose a Thai Milk Tea with Boba (25% sweetness) & a Creamy Vietnamese Coffee with Boba. As I sipped on my mild tasting Thai Milk Tea after leaving, it wasn't my personal favorite & I would try something else next time. However, the mister's Vietnamese Coffee was flavorful & not too strong, which I did enjoy. The boba was nice & soft. Service & hospitality pushed this to a 5 star rating for such a lovely customer experience. Boba storie tea is probably one of my favorite boba spots in the Sacramento area. It's a cute little boba shopping in the shopping center off of Elkhorn Blvd and Andrea Blvd. The owner is super sweet and helpful if you need drink recommendations. There's a menu on the wall and when I tell you it a huge variety of drinks you cannot go wrong. My favorite is the strawberry cheesecake it's so good and refreshing and well worth the price. All and all, one of the best boba teas I've had. My daughters and I get a lot of boba and we've tried quite a few different places. Went here today with my oldest and was pleasantly surprised. The staff were beyond friendly and the boba itself was top notch. I've had some mediocre and great boba before but this place is up there with the best of them. It's located on the end of an old strip mall that you wouldn't expect such an adorable little store, with their velvety pink chairs, IG photo backdrop, and cutesy earrings for sale. I went with the mangonada and added mango popping boba. It was delicious and refreshing. After a few sips, I realized that it had regular boba and not the mango I ordered, but I didn't say anything, because I was enjoying my drink nonetheless. The owner came over and apologized and said he put the wrong boba, and asked if I wanted a new one. Before I could even answer, he said "I'll make you a new one" and walked away. Just a few minutes later, I was halfway through my original drink and he brought out the new one with the right boba. That's what I call awesome customer service! I walked into the Cafe and was immediately impressed by the decor and the employee behind the counter. I believe his name was Mark. He greeted me right away and let me take my time looking at the menu. I had no clue what to order for myself and I'm lactose intolerant so milk tea is not it. I went with the brown sugar milk tea with oatmilk and 75%sweet. You can adjust the sweetness on some drinks which is great in my opinion. My daughter likes the honeydew milk tea. Cute little boba shop that opened up May of this year. It was my frist time coming here. We were greeted by the kind owner who patiently answered our questions and made recommendations. As we waited for our drinks, I took pictures of the cute decor and checked out the merch they sold. Then I played some board games they had with my son while we enjoyed our beverages. The mango, strawberry, and avocado smoothies were not made from fresh fruit, so if that's what you prefer, I wouldn't recommend any of the smoothies. Despite that they weren't made from fresh fruit, they were still delicious and creamy. The mangonada was made from mango puree and was perfect blance of sweet, salty, with a pinch of heat! The honeydew slushy was refreshing and perfect for a hot day. Overall, I would give the drinks we ordered 4 stars and the ambiance and customer service 5 stars. I would definitely come back.
