sad that I was fairly excited to try this place. Called around 8 to ask what time they close and she said 9. Showed up today around 8:50 and they already had doors locked. Younger girl & guy were putting up chairs he gave me a closed signal and I said all I wanted was popcorn chicken to go. He insisted they were closed. I come here almost every week and I love trying their different fruit slushes. I also love the boba, it's the perfect amount of chewiness. We also always get food when we come, garlic fries are AMAZINGGG! Popcorn chicken, Pad Thai, and fried rice are also some of my favorites. I've never had a problem with the service, they're friendly and quick. Once a Lollicup but transformed to Boba Tea Zone in the past few years. I've noticed that a lot of Lollicup franchises tend to follow this pattern. The milk tea boba is your typical scooped out of the refrigerator milk tea. Overly sweet, but I guess that's what makes it delicious. However, you can get the same kind of milk tea over at any Banh Mi Cali for ~$1.25. This fills my boba fix whenever I'm too lazy to drive all the way over to Rowland Heights because it's closer to my current location. Terrible place. Terrible service. Terrible phone skills Called in an order and ended up getting the worst service. First off the guy who answered the phone kept making me repeat myself over and over because he couldn't understand. All I asked for was a mild popcorn chicken. A large milk tea. And a large Thai tea pudding. Not so difficult. But he made it more complicated than it needed to be. When we called he quoted us 5-10 min. But after waiting 20 minutes inside the restaurant we finally asked them what was going on. He said "oh I've been looking for you". But we were right in front of them the whole time. This place is really great it looks nice. In the inside they have couches, tables & WIFI. They close I believe at 9 pm which is okay it's not too early. The strawberry slushy was really good I loved it (: ! & I also bought mango & blueberry for my bf & brother & they said it was pretty good ! The reason I gave them 4 stars was because customer service was bad ! They guy working didn't greet us (which was ok I guess) he looked miserable and annoyed. Afraid of getting caught in unwanted circumstances, if you're from around the area then you know the neighborhood isn't great. On that note, I'm surprised this place charges what the big chain boba places charge. I know this used to be a lollicup, but it no longer is so they can lower their prices. But sadly, I've only seen it go up from the first time I've been here which I believe is about a month ago. It's usually around $3.50-$4 for a regular w/ add-ons like boba or pudding. Their pudding seems to be steeped in caramel making it very sweet. While their almond milk tea lacked almond flavor. The passionfruit snow bubble was good except a bit watery. I love this place! I'm a little picky about my pho and my boba, but I do like this place A LOT! Most things on the menu are about $7, and they have various Vietnamese foods. There's only one type of pho with beef, but they have other yummy soups and a ramen-looking one that is quite good. The boba teas are delicious, and runs about $3-5. Solid Boba here it wasnt chewy or hard perfectly soft. They Have a big space here so its cool to have your friends for a drink and chill. This is a nice little spot on Mission. Theres great parking and inside is huge which is great to relax or do homework. The boba was a little expensive but tasted good. this place kinda sucked. the music playing so loud combined with the fact that our worker was too quiet to speak up made ordering complicated. we ordered a milk tea w boba, they didn't have any boba, so we asked for whipped cream instead. they gave us like two squirts of it on top lol. not nearly enough to fill the lid of the cup. the milk tea was plainly average & not anything to write home about. we ordered popcorn chicken, wasn't told there would be a wait, but we had waited 30 minutes only for that to be completely average too. overall, completely disappointing read more

I tried the strawberry green tea here and it sucks. They do not make real tea; pretty sure they just mix flavored syrup with water because my drink was ridiculously sweet. If you like unreasonably sugary drinks, this might be the place for you? Me, not so much. read more

The atmosphere is super cute and spacious on the inside. Popcorn chicken was great, lots of fried basil which I love. Egg rolls - amazing. Do not order the chow neon though. We got chicken in there (choice of that or shrimp) which was not great, made my mom sick. The noodles are like those yellow packaged ones you can get at the market.
