I've only ever seen so few boba places have multiple sizes for their drinks. Price wise it's slightly more expensive than the typical boba spot but it's got more a whole variety from regular tea/milk tea to lemonade and coffee to even snacks. I got the "peach please lemonade" and the "brulee'd Thai tea". The Thai tea is very good its on the creamy side... They out creme on the top of it with a hint of brown sugar specks to which I personally do not like... if I want brown sugar in a drink on want it completely dissolved in rather than chewing on little bits and pieces but that's just a poor sensory thing on my end. The drink doesn't come with any toppings u have to include boba to which I did and it's pretty good! Not too chewy and not top hard in my opinion. The lemonade that I got i got with 50% sweetness which I thought was the perfect amount of sweet. It was nice and refreshing but since it's a lemonade I feel that it overtook the flavor of peach and other that was in the drink. The color is a nice cute light pink however. Yum yum! We ordered the appetizer box w 3 different options, we picked the mozzarella sticks, fish balls and the popcorn chicken. I do not recommend the mozzarella sticks, they were just okay. I loved the fish balls and the popcorn chicken (the seasoning on the popcorn chicken was too spicy for me) My friend let me cut up the chicken give her the more seasoned pieces, that is a true friend right there. The cashier took my order and was super friendly. She packaged up the order and provided napkins, sauces, and utensils. I really enjoyed the decorations and seating area inside. Came for their anniversary and BOGO offer. I think I ended waiting a little over 35 minutes. But it was a chance to save almost $10. So not bad. I got the crème brulee latte and the strawberry dream latte. Both were rich and yummy. I don't usually get milk teas (fruit tea fan here) so these were a splurge for me. I was the only patron in the store, and the interior was clean and spacious, with comfortable couch seating. There were also a few high top tables outside. Bobaholics is a must go spot every time I am in San Jose. I'm addicted to their creme brulee drinks. I've tried so many boba spots in San Jose, but this one is better than other ones I've tried. One of the things that makes this shop unique is that they offer lactose free milk, which I appreciate greatly. Milk tea is my drink of choice, but it doesn't always agree with my tummy. Plus they offer a 32 ounce drink which seems excessive, but glorious when I have to share. They have a really full menu with a large variety of drinks and food. They offer dessert drinks, classic milk teas, creme brulee lattes, fruit teas, lemonade and coffee. In addition, they have a full menu of appetizers from crab rangoon, fried mushrooms, calamari to fries. There are so many options and so many things to choose from. This spot gets pretty busy so bring your patience. Sometimes they have a lot of staff which are able to man the registers and still make the drinks and food. But when they don't, they have a station where you can order. Personally, I don't like these stations especially if there's a line behind me. Sad to say that I finally had a bad experience with Bobaholics. We ordered fries and popcorn chicken to snack on. At $10 for popcorn chicken, which is pricier than other boba shops in the area might as will be its own meal, the portion was small. We also asked for it to be extra spicy and it was not evenly coated, plus there was barely spice at all. I got cajun fries here just a week ago and it was crispy and delicious. Unfortunately this time, the fries were stale and soggy, even after it looked freshly made. It was like we were chewing cardboard. The portion was much smaller this second time around too. This place is so close to my house, but didn't know how great this place is since we had our usual boba places by 99 Ranch market complex. After a terrible boba experience in the city we decided to come here to make up for the bad experience. We ordered the Brown Sugar Milk Tea with no pearls from their Brown Sugar series.
