Obviously other customers comments cant be or shouldn't be controlled by the company, but we were extremely disappointed to find out that since that comment was made, the Pride flag has been taken down. I had ran in to grab a drip before work one morning and noticed that some of the baristas also no longer had their Pride flag pins on. This clearly has details I am unaware of but it seems obvious that corporate had those images removed. This makes me and my friends feel very uncomfortable with how this situation was treated. I wouldn't recommend any of my friends to support this kind of activity. One very simple solution for you: Bring back the flag and you'll bring back our buisness! If you're worried about more complaints from individuals like the elderly woman, maybe fly an American flag as well I simply want people to feel safe and accepted.

When I brought it up again, the second staff member blamed the green color on my "no ice" request, even though other customers had drinks with clear pink strawberry layers. Ordering with no ice shouldn't make the strawberry ingredient completely disappear. And both of them looked pretty unfriendly too. Also that matcha drink was too sweet and ended up throwing it away. Given that this cafe charges premium prices compared to others, I expect much better and more honest customer service.

The pandan matcha had a lovely note of vanilla from the pandan. It was a little too sweet for me, would recommend 75% or 50%. The nice thing is you can request a shot of coffee for free. No milk subs but oat milk is used for the matcha drinks.

We came here after eating at Ohshima next door and were surprised by how clean and nice the inside was. First thing we noticed at the counter was that the menu was simple and easy to understand. Not a super large selection but we prefer this since it seems like the focus is on quality over quantity. We decided on a Black Milk Tea with boba and a Kiwi Green Tea. Both were amazing and reminded me of the quality of boba drinks in Taiwan! Even at regular sugar, the drinks were not super sweet like most drink shops here in the US. The boba was the right "QQ" consistency and the tea was so smooth! Looks like their menu and sweetness scale is definitely more on the traditional Taiwanese boba shop level. We drank them rather quickly as well considering we were pretty bloated from eating dinner already. We'd even say that the drinks were better than some of the ones we had in Taiwan! This place is absolutely amazing! We've been coming here for years, and even though there are plenty of Boba spots in Irvine just 15 minutes away, this remains our top choice. The boba here is simply the best we've ever had. The drinks are always incredibly fresh and bursting with flavor, making each visit a delightful experience. Came into this shop on a whim since we were looking for some boba close by. The owner of the shop was very nice and attentive. The boba, although not as sweet as other boba shops, was delicious and very flavorful. The pearls were soft and chewy. They do boba tea right. read more

Tastewise it was a decent milk tea and brulee does bring it up a notch. It doesn't beat tastea's tiger milk tea but it's better than a few places I've tried.
