    Loaded fries

The burger and fries with cheese and bacon were good. It is fast food style, you order and get it once it's ready. The service was fast. The ambiance was fast food style. Walk in, no reservations. It is located inside the casino/hotel.

This chain is one of my favorite fast casual places for a burger. I've only seen it in Casinos and in Airports, but c'mon Bobby... expand to my neighborhood as your team makes one heck of a burger patty. I ordered the Nacho Burger and it was good. Did he name his cat after it? They were out of the salsa, which was the main reason I ordered it. I wish they would have told me and I would have ordered something else. I asked for some tomatoes and that was a good substitute. They open early and have breakfast burritos and brunch burgers with fried eggs on them. It was a good stop for some food at 10a when a lot of lunch places weren't open yet.

So first let me start by saying, I LOVE BOBBY FLAY! With that being said, I was a little disappointed with Bobby's Burgers. Come on Bobby, there was just nothing to the burger! I ordered the Bobby Bleu and expected something bold, but the bun was cold and flavorless, and the burger itself seriously lacked seasoning. I asked for onions, and apparently Bobby doesn't believe in onions on burgers, because instead of fresh red onion slices, I got a pile of chopped yellow onions that belong in a tuna salad! The fries were actually good, but that's about it. Honestly, I should've just gone to Shake Shack.

    Menu...scan, order, eat.

Bobby Flay's in Caesar's New Orleans seems to have a good fast casual menu selection, however, being fast casual, you never know, but there are plenty of FC restaurants around that have excellent food without a big name attached. I went to order a shake and inquired about a side item, nothing complicated. It was not busy or too late. The cashier was unfriendly, gave a half ass answer (right away...no tip). Other workers approached and between the cashiers dismissive attitude kept interrupting my order, completely rude...horrible customer service for food that is not cheap! After three attempts, I left. Gave my business with a generous tip to another vendor.

Really good burger, fries and rings. For a famous chef place this hits the mark. Get yourself one now! Services was very good

Located inside the casino, this is easy access if you have an id to enter the casino. I dropped in this morning for a quick breakfast and ordered a sandwich and a coffee. It was just okay for me. I didn't expect the sauce that was on the sandwich and didn't love it.

Sometimes (like in my case) they dont do to-go orders if its crazy busy. I came here on my last day in New Orleans and needed a cheeseburger. i got it to my exact requirements. This past week we visited and we could both tell right away things were different. The inside of the restaurant was filthy and I mean filthy. You could see the floor under the bar and in the kitchen hadn't been cleaned in months. The fryers hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. Everything just looked dirty and like no effort is put into cleaning and maintenance. We decided to eat anyway which was a mistake. We love their burgers that are cooked and steamed old school. We both ordered one. My wife ordered hers with bacon, which they charge over 3 bucks for. We both ordered our burger dressed with all the fixings. When my wife's burger came out it had no bacon and no fixings. I told the waiter and he said he would handled it. He never did as he started doing other orders. My burger had no flavor and it looked like the person that made it didn't care , which goes along with the restaurant cleanness. One thing that really turned us off was the was other guest were treated by staff. The "cook" was completely pissed off and had a horrible attitude. A group came in looking for a table and there wasn't room. He yelled at them that there wasn't room. They stood in the entrance area for a few moments and then he yelled at them that they needed to get out of the restaurant and wait outside. He told them this isn't a restroom so don't wait in line. The attitude and distain in his voice was overwhelming. A few minutes later a couple came in and found 2 seats at the bar. They decided to order food to go and was talking to the waiter. One of the 2 people ordering was standing behind the empty bar seat while they ordered. The cook yelled at this person that they needed to sit down. Both customers were stunned. The waiter told the cook they were making an order to go and the cook could be heard muttering under his breath. This little guy was nothing but attitude and seemed extremely pissed off the there. Maybe instead of being the restaurant traffic cop and total smart ass he should concentrate on getting orders straight since ours was screwed up and never fixed. Whatever charm this place had is gone along with the any effort to keep it up to clean standards.

I am a big fan of the schooner salad, which I get without ham. They have baked potatoes as big as your head that are always cooked to fluffy perfection. It is small, so you may have to wait a few minutes, but it is definitely worth it. They have tables inside and outside. There's also bar seating available. The cocktails are delicious and the staff is always friendly and welcoming.

Unfortunately, the customer service was a completely different experience. When I walked in and said I was there to pick up an order, the man and woman behind the bar looked at me strangely, whispered to each other, and then asked for my name. After confirming it, the gentleman only told me the total. No greeting, no smile, and I wasn't asked if I wanted to order a drink or anything else. When the woman handed me my food, I asked if I could have some ketchup. She responded with an attitude, saying, "There's some in the bag." I thanked her and left. When I got back to my work van, I opened the bag and found there was only one packet of ketchup. The food was excellent, but the service left me feeling very unwelcome. Based on how I was treated, I couldn't help but feel like I was being judged differently because of my ethnicity. I can't say for certain that was the reason, but that's honestly how the interaction made me feel. I hope management takes customer service seriously because everyone deserves to feel welcomed and treated with respect.

The 8oz filet mignon steak special is, dollar for dollar, the best steak I have ever had in a restaurant. Perfectly tender, marbled, and cooked and seasoned to perfection, and topped with a decadent garlic butter. Everything about it stands out, and it was exactly the warmth and hospitality I was looking to find in the French Quarter. Thank you!

Turtle Bay -- 4…read more Listen... this is MY spot. One of my favorite places and honestly one of the only places I'll sit down and eat in the French Quarter. I've been coming here for about 6 or 7 years now, and they are easily in my top three. The vibe? Dive bar, laid back, no fuss... but the FOOD? Don't sleep on it. Their menu is solid and I still haven't made it through everything yet. I've had the wings, which we actually got this visit but ate them so fast we didn't even get a picture. That should tell you enough right there. I've had the pizza, and my husband usually goes for a burger. Never any complaints. They've got plenty on tap and the drinks hit too. I love a good Electric Lemonade, but this time I kept it simple with an Angry Orchard. Now let's talk about what keeps me coming back... The steak. We got our old faithful, one of their signature steaks, the 10oz petite ribeye. This is exactly what made me fall in love with Turtle Bay in the first place. Normally it's around $13.95, comes with a twice stuffed potato and a slice of garlic bread. A DEAL. This time it was a little higher, but still under $15, which honestly is still more than fair with how prices are these days. And when I say it be hitting... it be hitting. Only reason this visit didn't get a full 5 stars? My steak was cooked a little over my liking. I usually go for medium, and this one leaned more done than I prefer. Not horrible, just not my usual perfection. But everything else? Still solid. The staff is always nice, always welcoming. I've never had a bad experience with them, and that matters. And I already know I'm coming back because I keep hearing the crawfish is FIRE. Yeah... I need to see that for myself. This is my happy place. Open 24/7, consistent, affordable, and just a real gem in the French Quarter. The Bay is Babe. Period.
