The main reason for the 2 stars is that they say a .50$ fee is charged if you use a credit card for purchase in any order under 15$. While us would normally be acceptable, when I asked if I had to have exact change when paying in cash, the replied I did. So I have cash to pay with, but it's the restaurant that is making this policy of exact change. I shouldn't be charged for using the credit card to pay when I actually did have cash. read more

I ordered from here no more than an hour ago. Disappointed.... I ordered a steak sandwich with no onion, mustard, relish and pickles. I mentioned that my son was allergic. And ofcourse it had onions and mustard. And the meat was cold. This sandwich was probably sitting there, as if someone changed there mind about it. I ordered at the window, they do not repeat your order to confirm h upon window just ask for the amount, this isn't my complaint however, the staff along with their supervisors are extremely petty, rather than keep customer retention & give the customer 1 thousand islands they charge you 50c, so I asked if they could give it to me as a courtesy & after asking of maybe a supervisor could authorize that she said no until I convinced her yes however the receipt will officially say 50c discount but once I opened my bad there was no thousand islands, nor at least the ketchup & chills that technically belong to me since they come with my order, the staff are unprofessional & don't want to satisfy their customers, they must be very miserable to decline something that should be given for free to begin with, I've heard these micro chargers go to them as well and not the business so even more reason why I should not have to pay for this, I was pretty consistent customer & this experience was the tipping point of no longer buying here, I know this may seem petty on my end as well but it's the principle of the matter but they did me dirty and lied, shady bastards. read more

Love this place! Me and my family have been coming here for more than 18 years! We would always get their breakfast muffins back in the day as well as the chili cheese fries they have always been consistent with their flavor that's why we always go back, their combo plates are good as well. read more

I realize that all bobos are the same, but the ppl aren't. I am extremely disappointed at the fact that at this particular location they charged me an additional .50c to use my card and at the lynwood location they don't. This place is my go to place for burgers when I don't want to drive that far. We have been coming to this place for over 6 years or so my son was little and flavor has no change. Flavor of them are fresh and clean. I like there onion rings are so good. But my go to thing is chilly cheese fries with 1000 island the best oh my a bowl full of calories so worth it jejeje. Salad are very good as we'll so fresh and good. Pretty good good place to eat the price fits the potion of the meal. I tried the #1 and it was good. Nothing really special. I noticed they used sweet pickles instead of normal dill pickles which wasn't too bad. The fries are really good. The only thing I didn't like was that the syrup in the soda machine must have been low because my cherry coke was a bit watered down. Other then that the place is solid. Whenever I'm down near the suegros' house in sur gate and in the mood for a good ol Fast food meal, which ain't that often, Bobo's is an easy sell. The hamburgers are about as basic a fast food burger as you'll find, but they are delicious and the thousand island is a decent sauce for what it is. The fries orders are GINORMOUS. This here is the to go burger joint!! Not only are their burgers good but they have a big menu with both breakfast and lunch items and from what I've ordered are all well worth it. I would highly recommend the pastrami chili cheese fries! Best fries in town!!! No only that but they have pretty fast service. I give this Bobo's a 3.5 star review for their breakfast.. They're service if pretty quick, offers reasonable prices, and decent portions. I usually get the French toast with eggs and sausage.
