I used to go here often before covid but decided to revisit this place. I am closer to Angelos but decided to go farther to visit this place (I regret not going to Angelos). The food from previous visits was good but this visit, I had a bad experience with one of their staff regarding my order. It made the food taste bad to the point I couldn't even finish it (I was forcing myself to try to finish the food). Because of this I will not ever come back. Yes we came here for the hype of the tite. Here was our experience on a late Thursday evening. AMBIANCE: Parking: Plenty of parking for about 15 cars. It has one of its own parking space. Seating: All inside seating for about 10-15 groups that generally accommodate 4 people each. Feels: It's in an isolated plaza and not the most popping place. The restaurant itself is pretty cool and spacious. Fairly maintained and Mexican music playing in the background. It's a place for everyone, families, low-key date nights, or late night munchies. FOOD: Colossal Burger (Recommend) The presentation was messy but as expected. You get the generally works of beef patties and rueben. A pretty meaty and fulfilling meal. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Alright. I've only had the breakfast burrito so this review is based on that. I was down the street at Costco Business Center and needed something to start the day. Yelp reviews were good so I phone ordered a bacon breakfast burrito. It was awesome! I can't stand runny eggs in a breakfast burrito. All the ingredients were fully cooked and in good proportion. I could taste meat, salsa, eggs, hashbrowns and cheese. A++ And they have a drive-through. So the order took about 3 minutes to get and pay for. That's a plus! read more

I went to Bob Burger this morning to order a breakfast burrito (I.e. bacon, sausage, eggs and hash browns). They totally rip you off. All they give you is nothing but hashbrowns, barely any sausage, barely any bacon and I can't find any eggs. The burrito is extra tiny compared to my hand. For the price that you pay for, it is definitely not worth it. Factoring cost of inflation and not getting what you ordered is horrible. At least add a little bit more meat (I.e. bacon, sausage) and eggs. If you're craving for a breakfast burrito, don't go here. Not worth the time or the money. read more

Was looking for a local burger place and Bob's burgers came up. As I thought it was funny because of the cartoon, I decided to come here and give them a try. Overall, the food was great. We had some burger specials and the burgers were a good size, juicy and with good taste. The fries were also fresh and crispy. The amount of fries given was pretty good. I myself had a club sandwich and it was a big sandwich. The portion was big enough to share with someone. If in the area and looking for a burger place, I do recommend Bob's Burgers. read more

We stopped by here on my lunch break yesterday. I got the Double Cheesburger with fries. They were slammin. I dont know whats wrong with the drinks here. Probably not going on wish list for another bite. I had a taste for a burger and doing the BK, or MickyDs things is out of the question. I figured I would give something new a try... since there's a TV show with the same name I thought maybe these guys would capitalize on the name recognition and make an awesome burger... not really the case! I ordered a bacon cheeseburger - opening the bag I noticed a few onion rings which I didn't order. They were cold and old and looked like they got dropped in accidentally. The burger looked well put together, but upon further review I noticed that the patty was super thin, with burnt edges where the cheese sat on the grill too long. The bacon was old, hard salty and bitter - it was literally nothing but a super thick pile of lettuce outside of that. All together it didn't taste horrible but you couldn't really taste meat, just that salty burnt note. Not terribly satisfying. Probably not worth another visit... read more

I would always eat here as a kid, and their burgers are always made upon order and they give you lots of fries and onion rings as well!! Their prices are affordable and their burgers are huge!!! Corporate food chains cannot touch this place. I have been coming here for over 20 years, loyal. This is the best Charbroil Burger joint around. I always get a burger and fries because they're big and filling. They always throw in a few onion rings with your order. Hot, crispy, lightly salted, and soft in the middle; their fries are like steak fries. You cannot beat that charbroiled taste from the grill. If your Mexican, Greek, American Grandfather opened a restaurant in 1970 and hadn't updated the decor since then, kaboom, you'd have Bob's Burgers. I'm only assuming this place came before the awesome cartoon show, Bob's Burgers is a greasy spoon styled diner with something on the menu for everyone. Burritos, Tacos, Tuna Salads, Pastrami Sandwiches, Gyro, Chili Cheese Fries and of course hamburgers. The menu is daunting as it is confusing, so I went full basic B and ordered a cheeseburger with Chili Fries, and within two minutes it was ready. I can appreciate fast food, but the speediness was a little suspect. No joke, the burger was very good, super thick, juicy and the veggies on top were fresh and crisp. The chili fries, on the other hand, were pretty gross, I'd say the chili was the main culprit with the grossness, the fries minus the chili came out crispy and tasty. If you come here, avoid chili covered anything and stick with classics and/or maybe try the pastrami burrito. I mean the first three people infront of me ordered, and it looked pretty great. I stopped to eat at Bob's Burgers 13891 Beach Blvd. in Westminster. The place was nice and clean. John the cashier was super nice & friendly. He was very helpful in ordering my meal. Tony a friend I met at Bob's is a regular customer at this location. When he orders, Bob's Breakfast Special of pancakes, eggs with bacon, they give him a jar with peanut butter, that he adds to his pancakes! Foy my Appetizer: The House salad; lettuce, tomato, cucumber with side of ranch dressing. A very large salad that I enjoyed. delish! For my Entrée; I ordered: The Steak Dinner Platter; Steak, onion rings, French fries and toast; The steak cooked medium/well cooked to perfection. I drank a Diet Coke to balance my meal. Delicious! Came to visit for the day from San Diego and googled burger places near the Westminster Mall. Saw Bob's online and it did not disappoint. The food was out quickly (10min). The burgers were huge and onion rings perfectly made. I wish I had room to try the fried zucchini. The place was super clean and the Staff were very nice and friendly. They greeted us right away and gave me extra condiments when I asked. The bathrooms were being cleaned when I got there but it was spotless when they finished so I didn't mind the wait. Ill definitely make a stop the next time im in town. Reminded me of my favorite beach burger spot Angelo's. They give each other some good competition! This place is good, i live in Huntington Beach and I can go to a number of charbroiled hamburger places. I make the trip out here because it's really good. I always get a ground beef taco (eat it right when you get it because it will get a bit soggy) the burgers are on point and the service is always fast. It's a go to for when I want a cheese burger. These guys must've hit the jackpot once the show started airing on Adult Swim. At first blush, the prices seem a bit on the high end, but when you see how truly filling everything is, it's not bad. I had the colossus burger which is a rare combination of tasty and massive. Included in it are the standard add ons to a burger (meat, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, etc.) as well as some other cured meat (maybe pastrami or corned beef?). I came here to try the Chili Cheese Fries, and honestly wasn't very impressed. First: the drive-thru lane is really tight so watch out for that. I'm not taking off stars for this. Second: The staff could use some work, or at least the person that took my order. I understand, it's a job. That doesn't mean you should sound like you're internally dying as you ask for my order. Third: A $0.50 fee for card transactions? At a fast food restaurant? What? I've literally never heard of this ever. Obviously I agreed to it because what else was I supposed to do? Now for the food. I had really high expectations for the Chili cheese fries, judging by the reviews. The presentation is nice, the food looks great (I'll add a photo). However, that's probably where most of the effort went. It's very cheesy. The fries are mediocre, nothing special. The chili is good, but very minimal compared to the cheese. I'm not exaggerating. If you want better balance, visit Tommy's or Weinerschnitzel. Weinerschnitzel in my opinion is much better and cheaper as well. The portion size isn't that bad though. The box is pretty big. All in all, I'd rate my experience a 3/5. A lot of work could be done but I don't think I'd come back. read more

Sorry Bob, I have some bad news. I really tried to enjoy the pastrami combo but it was probably the second worst pastrami I've ever had; lacking flavor and had a strange texture, I didn't finish it. The fries were ok but not great. Staff were polite and moderately friendly. The restaurant was very clean as was the restroom. Judging by other comments...anything other than the burgers may be a bad choice. If the goal was mediocrity, you nailed it. There's something on this menu for everyone! Even your extra picky fetuses! No frills or thrills here. In this day and age of boba-mania and poki bowl chaos you get served good ole quality comfort food. The entire establishment is outdated. From it's plain, white interior paint job from the tight fitting tables/booths. And you know what? That's ok. Because the focus is on the food. The food is always cooked fresh to order. The hottest and crispiest fries that never taste like old oil, never any spots on my iceburg lettuce, friendly and quick service. What else do you need? Affordability? RAW FOOD BEWARE! Not to mention after going back and me not wanting to make a fuss infront of other customers I just asked for a new chicken salad but to please make sure it was fully cooked and I couldnt believe what they did. After my chicken was brought home raw and sat for atleast 1 hour until I could return they literally re-cooked it and put it back in my salad and it ended up being HARD AS ROCKS!. Glad I took pics bcuz the egg I got looked like they took a bite out of it (out of spite) and threw it back in also. Then to top it off ranch container was tossed on top of my salad, god knows how many hands touched it since they dont wear gloves. Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE! I've been coming here for over 20 YEARS when I turned 18 and started working for western dental across the street. Many of the employees became like friends since knowing them for so long. Most of them have since left and took not only the great customer service but the quality of food and pride of cooking with them. It's real unfortunate the COOK now is terrible and doesnt care about the food he puts out. OWNER if u dont make changes u will loose alot of loyal customers and eventually your business.
