Love this place! You want crispy thin crust pizza for reals? Love that thin crispness to the pizza. You gotta come here. It's a cute little shop maybe enough room for two people. Grab a slice or get their baked wings. That's what I'm getting right now 2 dozen wings. Very very good! Not over dried but very juicy succulent wings and not fried! It's bland. I know, I know..Mom & Pop shop and it's so nice to patronize the local places. But I found the pizza to be quite underwhelming. I had a salad and a medium pizza delivered to my hotel room. It was delivered fast but I had to fork over $20 for that order. And a tip to the delivery kid. The salad was lettuce and cucumbers. With a few diced tomatoes and olives. A generous portion. But mostly iceberg lettuce. No biggie. The pizza was a good looking pepperoni thin crust. They got the thin crust down pat. A light crunchy feel when eating. I was just very disappointed that it tasted so bland. I don't think they put any seasoning in the sauce. Even the pepperonis couldn't add enough flavor. Look folks, I love pizza. My motto is "There is no bad pizza". I didn't even finish this pie. I can devour a whole pizza on one sitting. It's just what I do. But this bland pie had me uninterested in eating the last slice. Best bet is to order a lot of toppings. read more

Wow I don't know how they got such great reviews but Ive ordered twice and both times I was underwhelmed. The first time I ordered a large pepperoni (it was around $18 so wasn't exactly one $ imo) and it was okay. Recently I ordered a bbq chicken pizza and it was like $24 and Ive definitely had better. The pizza at Uncle Giuseppe in ramsey and the pizza at Ridgemont on Kinderkamack were both better. I know because within a period of 2 weeks or so I ordered a large BBQ chicken from all three. This is certainly my opinion, so take it FWIW. BTW the large at Bobs is 16 inches and at the other two are both 18 inches. I do have to admit that Bob and his wife are very nice and lovely so Ill won't say that I won't ever be back however. read more

The pizza is delicious! We were in town to visit family and stopped in to get a quick bite to eat. Sarah was friendly and patient while my 2 year old decided what she wanted on her slice of pizza. It's a small place with only four seats but we stayed and ate there anyway. The service was amazing and Sarah and Bob chatted with us as we ate. This was our first time ordering from Bob's Thin Crust Pizza. We ordered a 16" grandma's cheese pie. I can't think of a thing I would change. The aroma in the car on the drive home of basil and olive oil enticed our appetites. The crust was crispy, the mozzarella was fresh and not salty, and the sauce and basil toppings were excellent. Based on the great reviews I had high expectations, I guess I was bound to be let down. We ordered a small pizza (thin crust), garlic knots and a stromboli, and I tried a bit of all three. The pizza was just ok, I thought the sauce was a bit too salty, the garlic knots were pretty good, and the stromboli I wasn't a fan of. I could eat pizza every day, all day, so when I see lots of great reviews, I have to jump on board. We tried Bob's for the first time recently, ordering a Sicilian, a Grandma pie and a calzone. The Grandma was one of the best I have ever had - so fresh, so delicious! I loved the sauce and cheese on the Sicilian, but my one complaint with this pizza was that the crust was a bit like cardboard. It was a little tough to eat, but we just cut off the bottom. It was still a great pie! The calzone was phenomenal! Not round like many places do, this rectangular shaped dough was filled with nicely seasoned ricotta and melty mozzarella cheese end to end. Came to Bob's for Saturday dinner earlier this fall. A few orders were being picked up. I ordered a plain slice to start and it was very good. Then decided on a chicken parm slice that also was very good. Washed it down with a can of Fuze half lemonade half iced tea. Brought a meatball sandwich home and it was okay not great. The dining area is a bit crammed but I managed. Staff is friendly and helpful. Bob appreciated hearing that I looked the place up on Yelp and was persuaded to drop by. Will be back! read more
