I always order by pizza crispy....they bake it a bit longer, so the crust is fully cooked. I love the sausage they use because it is very crumbled and covers the entire pizza. Bob's is my fave old school pizza. Def a comfort food for me:) read more

I personally love their pizza, though most of my family does not. If you love it, then it's great but pricey (around pizza king pricey). Also, they figure their coupons weird - they take them off after calculating tax, so we pay more while they pay less tax? Had Bob's for the first time while visiting the in-laws. My MIL raved about how good they were. So we ordered the works pizza or whatever they call it. I mean...they're okay. Let me just say that my MIL has never had Jack's Pizza delivered. Bob's is like a knock off Jacks Pizza. The toppings are about the same right down to the sausage. The crust is a little thicker than Jacks and the sauce is less flavorful than Jacks. If I lived in a place where I could not get any other pizza places to deliver then I suppose Bob's would be okay. They only have delivery. Our pizza was delivered in like 30 minutes and the delivery driver was friendly enough. read more

Bobs is such a classic and delish place to get pizza. It definitely has the more "local" style/tasting pizza. The sausage is made in store and is a great texture. They put it under the cheese. I am staff at a Senior Living home, one of my residents ordered for himself and a friend. The delivery person was very rude to them and told the resident that he knew the prices because they haven't changed since he has been ordering from them. He told the resident he didn't have to pay for the food if he was going to complain and hell take I back to the place. We are newish to the neighborhood and wanted to try a local spot. The girl on the phone was very disinterested and sounded almost annoyed that I called. The pizza was cold, as it took 55 minutes to get here. It was VERY expensive. Set us back $20 for a 14" half pepperoni pizza. The pizza MIGHT have been good if it was hot. Maybe. The crust is a frozen pad, not thin and crispy but not thick enough to be soft either. There was hardly any sauce. The cheese and spice blend were ok. Has order from this location many times before, over all usually had a good experience. Occasionally will have a short delay but they usually take an hour and that wasn't a problem for us. However this evening I called in my order per usual, an hour and a half later I hadn't received my order so I call to check on it. I was told they never took my order after the young girl that answers the phone pass me on to a gentleman who thought the situation was funny and I was laying in his own words " if I had call to his location they would have my order". Just ordered pizza from Bobs Tu Your Door. OMG! Pizza was late, but not by the stores fault, but by the driver who smelled strongly of pot. My boys about got sick by the horrible smell. Called the manager/owner who was more worried about me saying it was late getting here than about the guy doing drugs on the job. Only if she would have just listened to me say it's because he was late because he stopped to smoke his pot. She said that she was surprised I knew what it smelled like because she didn't. REALLY?! This lady must be from another planet not to know what pot smells like. It was her way though because she obviously didn't care about her customers concern either. Pizza take out on a Friday night! Called in our order from work just before quitting time and it was ready and waiting when I arrived! We had a sausage, pepperoni, mushroom and green pepper pizza. The service was very friendly and I was even told not to waste my ink on printing coupons. Just let them know and they will honor the discount. Pizza was delicious and reminded us of a fave spot from our high school years in Illinois. Crust was perfect, sauce was on the lighter side (which we like) and cheese was plentiful. There are several different pizza styles around. This is not the softer crust/heavily sauced Papa Johns style, or the gourmet wood fired style., or the foldable crust NY style. This is the style that took America by storm in the 60s, and a very good version if it. The only place I know that makes their own sausage. Amazing amount of toppings. Not terribly saucy but lots of cheese. Great customer service. If you have a long wait it's probably because they are having a rush. No seating so it's carry out/ delivery only.
