Food has always been good but recently the customer service hasn't we went into drive through and waited for a while and got ignored we passed a worker to ask if they were closed the girl with a nose piercing and red bob shirt completely ignored us and didn't even offer to take our order. horrible customer service I only went in because they've been popping up on my TikTok so I wanted to give them a try as a cancer patient with a disability. I have a service dog the owner and i know he is the owner because he's on TikTok all the time Hispanic man with gray hair came was yelling at me and telling me about my dog. It's a service dog we're just ordering and we were going to go outside and eat with my grandson. He was very rude and I will never ever respect someone who is rude to a disabled person with a terminal illness i told him I'm gonna go outside. Until a few years ago, I would have given Bob's another star. But, their prices have gotten so expensive for what you get, I had to take one off. My hometown has an old market that had a food counter. They had a specific style of taquitos, smothered in an avocado sauce and jack cheese. Every time I go back to my hometown, I grab some. I found out that Bob's makes a similar version, but they add lettuce. I'm totally fine with that! They used to be a good deal, but now they're almost twice what they used to cost. I can't justify paying that much for what it is. One good thing is that they do deliver, if you can get through on the phone. Snack bar food at sit down restaurant prices. read more

Came here today at 12pm was ready to order with the sweet young lady at the register when an older man (im assuming the owner) comes yelling out that no type of dogs are allowed in his building im like excuse me hes a service dog and he continued to yell nonsense so we left. Very rude unprofessional and not the way to talk to a customer or any person of any kind. read more

The chili cheese fries are not your typical L.A. hood spot chili cheese fries, so if you're looking for that, don't come here. Chili doesn't taste good at all. Nacho cheese is unusual, but good. Fat crinkle cut fries were good. read more

Worst Chile cheese friez. Taquitos have a mystry meat inside. Where did the best Taquito Supreme go? And the meat for the Pastrami is not good either. The cook/owner said he bought different meat. You can sure taste the cheapness. read more

Nice change and a local favorite. We only come for a few things. Normally we come for taquitos & fries. They never disappoint. But today we tried burgers and they were just ok. They were pretty small compared to other burger places. The onion rings were good. They are always friendly and food comes out timely for a fast food place. The place is small and fills up fast. Can't believe how much this has gone down hill in just 3 yrs. We started going there when it was Naugles on hwy 111 across from the courthouse, and now on Jackson street. Anyone who grew up in the old North Indio knows about this spot. It brings major nostalgia and memories from way back when. The food is cooked to perfection and there is usually always some sort of a sporting show on the TV. The staff is always super nice and makes sure we have everything we need. Been coming here for 7 years. I'll never get tired of eating their breakfast burritos. It has everything you want in it. It's a bit greasy but still really good especially with their sauce. The only thing for me is that the service at the drive through is slow. The recent time I went I was sitting in the drive through for 25 minutes and there was only 1 car ahead of me. read more

This place is the best little burger joint in Indio, not only is the Famous Healy Burger delicious you have to try the other half of the menu. The menudo on Saturday and Sundays is legit, the two taco chili cheese fries combo is my go to and of course the deluxe taquito meal with upgraded avocado cheese fries. This is a must stop if in Indio and just a couple of minutes south of I 10 off of Jackson off ramp. read more

Went here because I saw all the posts about the taquitos and the history of this place. Got two orders of the taquitos deluxe for 11 dollars. They were definitely larger then normal frozen taquitos which for is really a bad thing but for the price it wasn't what I was expecting. They were good but for 11 I would rather go to a legit Mexican food restaurant. Definitely a cool little cafe though. I liked all the football memorabilia inside. read more

I've been going here since I was a kid but today was a complete let down the young girl taking my order couldn't grasp the order after 3 different times of repeating myself, she copped an attitude. I heard one of the owners tell her to let the other girl take my order and this other girl was better even though at this point at the window she confirmed my order for the third time and it was still wrong, I gave up and said sure and just took what they got. The food isn't the same, the taquitos were soggy even though I asked for crispy, just gross & Pastrami was hard. With the cost of food going up, it's worth the price if the food quality is there but if it's not then it's just a waste of money and that's what I did tonight I wasted $45 on crap. read more
