    Chili Cheese Fries
    Courtney N.

The chili cheese fries are not your typical L.A. hood spot chili cheese fries, so if you're looking for that, don't come here. Chili doesn't taste good at all. Nacho cheese is unusual, but good. Fat crinkle cut fries were good.

Bob's Twin Kitchen is a staple in our community. My mom (may she rest in peace) put me on as a child as it was as often catered to our home in the early 2000's. The chili cheese fries are my favorite. If you're expecting meat in your chili, then this probably isn't the dish for you. The chili salsa itself is flavorful and spicy and I occasionally buy their jars to eat at home.

Nice change and a local favorite. We only come for a few things. Normally we come for taquitos & fries. They never disappoint. But today we tried burgers and they were just ok. They were pretty small compared to other burger places. The onion rings were good. They are always friendly and food comes out timely for a fast food place. The place is small and fills up fast. It could use an update to the decor but it's clean. We will come back for taquitos & fries but probably not anything else.

Our first time here and food was delicious!

Bacon Cheeseburger and chili cheese fries were awesome. Service was excellent. It was a pleasant first time experience.

Great food and nice people that serve you. The food takes a little bit to get done but it's worth the wait!

The wait staff was friendly and attentive without being overbearing--my coffee and water were constantly refilled without even having to ask, which always makes a difference. I ordered the BLTA along with their German pancake. The BLTA was exactly what you want--crispy bacon, fresh lettuce, creamy avocado, all put together on toasted bread, and paired perfectly with seasoned fries. Now the standout: the German pancake. Just a heads up--it takes about 15-20 minutes to come out, but it's 100% worth the wait. It's served hot, puffed up, and finished with powdered sugar and lemon. Light, slightly crisp on the edges, and soft in the middle--really well done. Overall, great food, great service, and a relaxed vibe. Definitely a place I'd come back to

Already from outside we could see the place was filled with diners and the entry was crowded. As we entered, we were told to stand by the side to be seated. We were seated within few minutes but getting a server to come to our table to take order took a long time. Eventually, our server came and apologized for the delay. He immediately took our order and brought water and bread. The server replenished the bread as we waited for our food. Eventually food arrived. The server checked in multiple times asking how the food was and if we needed anything further. The server was very nice and courteous. He even spent time joking with my kids. He made up for being late in the beginning. The steaks were cooked to perfection. Only thing missing was the onions and mushroom which were ordered to be put on the side. We never received it, no big deal. The price was affordable and food was filling. The atmosphere reminded me of Phil's BBQ in San Diego. Too bad neither Phil's nor Texas Roadhouse are in my area.

The menu keeps it simple: burgers, fries, shakes. But when you do the basics right, that's all you need. Everything is made fresh to order, but somehow they keep the wait time quick. We grabbed a round of burgers and split some fries, and everything came out fast and hot. Burgers: 10/10. This is what they're known for, and for good reason. Fully customizable (go for the double though, trust me), with gooey cheese, fresh toppings, and that perfect thousand island style spread. One of the best classic burgers I've had in a long time. Fries: Don't sleep on the specialty fries. I went with the Fiesta Fries and HOLY HELL WERE THESE GOOD! Ground beef, shredded cheese, G sauce, sour cream...BOMB. Definitely a crowd favorite. Drinks: Washed it all down with an ice cold lemonade. Perfection. :) The hospitality was just as solid as the food. The staff here are friendly, welcoming, and all around great vibes. A bit later, we get a notice from OpenTable that we did not check in so I called the restaurant the following day to ask them what happened, the nice young lady that answered the phone told us that they were open at the time of our reservation. If they were indeed open, what a turn off to have only two cars in the parking lot, pylons in front and trash stacked on the outdoor table, I can't imagine what the inside would look like or the kitchen.
