Love Bob's but lately their customer service and professionalism has been lacking severely!!! Got over charged an extra $5 on my order and when I tried telling them about it they just shut me down and said they have no authorization to refund me back my money. (AND THIS IS THE "OWNER"..) If that's true or not, they don't have to be so rude and shut me down like the way they did. They told me I was lying about my charges on my account. I even told them how I bought an extra bbq sauce (different charge) and they said they have no records of that and basically I'm lying.... .__. They need to be more emphatic with customers and speak to them right. I get we're all working hard and sometimes you don't got time for customer issues but we're regulars, I would expect to be treated at least a little better since they know us... I guess not. At the end of the day I know it isn't a lot that I got charged but the way they spoke to us about our issue isn't right. For anyone wishing to have a quick and easy dinner, I highly suggest you not spending a penny here. My experience at Bob's Twin Kitchen was not only sickening but also upsetting. Going in the drive-thru I had to constantly repeat my order due to their speakers not properly working. Then to wait about 25 minutes to receive my order. Then to see they completely had gotten my order wrong was very frustrating. When I confronted the young lady that they had mixed up my order. She began to tell me that I was wrong. After showing Her my receipt. She then rolled her eyes and snatched the receipt out of my hand to take to her manager, then came back explaining that they now have to charge me for their mistakes. After 30 mins of my time was being wasted for somebody else mistakes I came to find bugs inside my food. I truly don't recommend this disappointing place to anyone. The location is unattractive, but I hoped the food would still be tasty because of the high ratings. Sad to say, the food was terrible and actually made my stomach hurt later that evening. I ordered a taco salad and the meat smelled bad. The other items were burgers and I give them about a "C". The fries were salty. When I told him that a service was only when table service is provided, he said the obvious...." This is fast food". I told him that's exactly why you do NOT charge the service charge for take out. I left the place and its probably a good thing, I don't want to have to argue with business in order to get what I paid for and then worry that they might put something in my food or not provide top notch service. bobs has always been an excellent place for a decent burger or some chili cheese fries. I haven't been too adventurous with their menu so I can't speak for the burritos or any other items. I visit bobs maybe 3 to 4 times a year and it's always a pleasant experience with great food. The accuracy of special orders is outstanding as they always get it right, the price is very well worth the quality of food you get. The only reason I knocked a star is because on my two most recent visits (one dine in) and the other drive through, is because it's beginning to look like the place needs some love, the inside smells like an old restaurant and it's not unusual to see a roach here or there. In the drive through the overall look of the building is weathered and the signs at the window have dead bugs. It's not a big issue to me but I could see how some might find it unacceptable or even a bit gruesome. read more
