    Greek salad with chicken

This restaurant is very good. I enjoyed the Greek salad with chicken. My husband had the chicken Gyro with fries. Excellant service

I found Bodrum on Yelp. We like to try places that are new to us. We love to visit locally owned restaurants. We chose a cozy corner booth by the window. It created our own space- love! The staff- kind and helpful. The food- oh my - we LOVED everything!! Servings on top platters are generous and include a variety of deliciousness. I can't wait to go back. Yummmmmm

Beautifully decorated restaurant and very nice ambiance. Our server was very friendly. He gave us complimentary lentil soup which I love! I got İskender and my husband got the combo shish kebab I think - both were very delicious! If we ever go back to Jacksonville again, we'll definitely go to Bodrum!

This is a great little Greek restaurant. The food was amazing. I had the kebob combo, both the chicken and the beef were wonderful. And the humus is so creamy.

I ordered online and the meal was ready in 15 minutes just as the eta stated online. Off to a wonderful start! When I entered the restaurant, it smelled like a mixture of vomit and old garbage. I have not ordered from here in some time, because my last meal was mediocre. I like to give people another chance. I've never smelled this foul smell here in the past. My falafel seemed old, dry, tasteless, and seriously overcooked. The hummus here is usually bland so no surprise there. It's a protein source. The crappy falafel hurt my heart though. The tabouli was okay. The rice was weird but edible. For $15, I won't return. It's sad to see local spots decline.

Everything we had was amazing! I can't believe how fresh and delicious everything is. Very amazing service with a beautiful atmosphere. The best Mediterranean restaurant in Jacksonville 100%

Don't judge the restaurant by the outside, once you go in the decoration is on point with a Mediterranean feel and filled with Nazar Boncuk or commonly known as the blue evil eye in Turkey; even the wooden tables have it. As for the food the hummus was creamy and delicious. The lamb gyro was pretty standard with tzatziki sauce and a lot of fries. My mom ordered the chicken bowl and she said it was delicious and that it could've been perfectly shared cause it was pretty big. Service was ok, they seemed bored I don't know.

This is in our opinion the best Mediterranean restaurant in town. Food is always delicious and fresh, with their authentic Mediterranean dishes. Service is being always excellent, and the restaurant looks extremely clean.

This is one of my favorite middle eastern / Greek places ever . The food is always super hot , very good and I want to eat the entire menu over time . The musaka has me in love - the hummus is so good and the lamb chop and chicken gyro and fries all so good .

We loved our lunch here! Stopped in because we were in the area, and I'm so happy we did! Got the grape leaves and mixed grill to share, they gave us free soup to start which was delicious and so comforting I loved the lentil soup! Grape leaves came next, delicious served warm, the leaves were tender and had that delicious lemon pop to them. Then the mixed grill came out, steak and chicken grilled skewer were SO good!! The gyro meat was tasty, the only thing I didn't love was the lamb chop it was just a little over cooked, but everything else was excellent! This was enough for 3 adults to eat off of, big portions! They then brought us out a tiny Turkish tea, love it, really enjoyed eating here! :)

This was our first time at BODRUM MEDITERRANEAN KITCHEN! We wanted to try something different for Valentine's Day lunch. We were in the area and decided to try BODRUM. Wow; I loved the Beef Shish Kebab Sandwich. The Tabouli Salad wasn't my favorite but I tried it anyway. My wife had the Chicken Shish Kebab Sandwich. She loved it as well as the Tabouli salad. Food was great! Service was fast and friendly! Restaurant was clean and very well decorated. We will definitely be back in the future. If you haven't tried them yet you need to!

The inside is beautiful and they have a lot of Turkish products. I ordered spicy & regular hummus and some sigara borek. The hummus was delicious but the sigara borek was such a delight. So fila and cheese inside- it's a must try if you like

The service was wonderful and cannot deny the hospitality of the owners and the servers. With all that being said I rely heavily on the food quality, taste and portions to determine my rating. The bread was delicious with the side of herb butter. The soup was very underwhelming with a light lemon taste but the rice and chicken was something that I expected more. I'm Filipino and reminded me of a Filipino lugaw. (A cheap food). The grape leaves were ok, but not to my taste. Felt like the filling could be more flavorful. The salad was delicious with very fresh flavors. The octopus was cooked to perfection. Nothing to complain about. With my entree, the lamb souvlaki was underwhelming at a price of $28.99. I would expect more than 6 pieces of lamb. The chicken dish reminded me of a Chicken Francese but with rice. Overall, a good experience but not a great one.

The standout dishes for me were the grilled octopus, the fresh Greek salad, the warm bread with herbed butter, and especially the chicken riganati, which was packed with lemony flavor. Unfortunately, the dolmades and avgolemono soup fell a bit flat for my taste. My husband ordered the lamb souvlaki and it appeared the rice was more a filler with not even a handful of meat for the price. My main critique is that the portion sizes felt a little small for the price. Overall, though, the charming ambiance, friendly service, and decent dishes.

It was a little bit of a drive away, near the beach, and there was absolutely no parking on a Friday night. My husband dropped me off and circled while I placed a few to go orders. It was a cute little shop with donuts, shakes, and ice cream. The donuts are not traditional donuts; more like deep fried donut holes that are covered with all kinds of yummy toppings. They're also served nice and hot and in 10 packs. They had lots of cool donut flavors like: Dark Delight, Maple Bacon, , White Tella, and Love U Matcha, The prices range from $8.75 to $9.50 per box. They all sounded yummy; but we decided on Twix Fix, drizzled with caramel, melted chocolate, and cookies, and Lotus Crunch, which was topped with melted Biscoff cookies. Our order was ready in about 5 minutes and the bag of donuts was nice and warm. We ate them when we got back home. They were more chewy and heavier than regular donut holes, but rich and delicious. You could really only eat a few; so a box of 10 is a decent sized dessert for 2 people to share. Lukumades is definitely a very unique donut experience and worth supporting because they're not a huge chain. You'll be glad you tried them....and its worth the drive.

If you are striving for that "Olive Garden Salad + Bread combo"... let me suggest Kofta's version which is the Coban Salad and Puffy Bread. They're not offered as an all you can eat combo, but it should keep you filled between the two. - Coban Salad (5/5): A must try, soooo delicious. Fresh ingredients. The dressing, I could drink them in shot glasses. - Puffy Bread (5/5): It's made to order. Comes out nice and hot and puffy. Plenty to share with others. - From the Grill menu. But Dinner items are not too pricey. Lastly, Buffets are also offered...on Sundays I believe. I haven't tried it yet but it definitely gives me a great reason to come back to Kofta.

From the moment we walked in, the space felt clean, bright, and welcoming, with a simple Mediterranean style that made it comfortable to dine in. There was a steady stream of customers coming and going, both dining in and picking up takeout, which immediately told us this place has built a loyal following. The food is where The Great Greek really shines. We started with the four dip combo, and honestly, that alone is worth the visit. The hummus was smooth, creamy, and full of flavor without being heavy. The tirokafteri had a bold kick that built just enough heat to keep things interesting. Paired with plenty of warm, soft pita, it is an easy dish to share and one we would happily order every time. For our main dishes, I ordered the gyro, which I often use as a benchmark when trying a Greek restaurant. The meat was flavorful, the pita was fresh, and the tzatziki sauce really stood out, tying everything together beautifully. The feta fries were another highlight and were hard to stop eating. Susan ordered the Atlantic salmon, and it ended up being the biggest surprise of the meal. It was cooked perfectly, well seasoned, and paired with sides that complemented the fish rather than overpowering it. Portion sizes are generous, pricing feels very fair for the quality and amount of food, and service was friendly and efficient throughout our visit. Even though this is a counter service restaurant, staff brought the food to the table and checked in to make sure everything was just right. We even left with leftovers and dessert to enjoy later, which is always a good sign. What we thought would be a quick meal turned into a really enjoyable dining experience. This is a restaurant we will absolutely be returning to and one we are happy to recommend to anyone looking for great Greek food done well.
