I am usually not one to eat pizza with a lot of toppings but this place definitely changed my mind. I was recommended this place and am glad I listened. We ordered the prosciutto pizza and it did not disappoint whatsoever. We got it for delivery and it was super fresh so I can imagine how it tastes at the actual store. Tasty, not greasy at all and was made with quality for sure. Even the box was classy. It got delivered within 20 minutes which I thought was awesome considering how nice and homemade the pizza appeared. I actually am curious to visit this place in person now. Thank you for your service!

Manti was so yummy. Bread was also good. The service was way too slow. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Decor was nice.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Really not good. Cold. Clumpy tasting "sauce".

Ordered lamb tagine here. Came out lukewarm, bland, and with barely any lamb; the sauce around it was clearly cornstarch/thickener flavored and somehow processed-tasting. THE most disappointing meal on a cold winter storm night. Server was extremely snippity on a busy night but helpful. Really wouldn't return unless trying the wood fired pizza. But all too disappointed in the $28 processed tasting cold food, which additionally left me hungry after dinner; I had to go home and eat a second dinner after this. And I don't even eat that much at a time!!! Not 1 star for the delicious bread.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]What a delicious and reasonably priced neighborhood Turkish restaurant with private room-style outdoor seating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We came here on a Sunday night and were able to get a reservation for a party of 4 a few hours before. We were seated immediately upon arriving and checked on at a good cadence so that we didn't feel smothered or neglected. Of what we got: The baba ganoush was our standout starter. It had the right amount of homemade chunky yet creamy texture and flavorful smokiness. The hummus was also solid, with a hint of lemon-y flavor added. Both starters paired well with the bread they provided, which we were able to get refilled to get our perfect ratios of bread to dip. The lamb tangine was warm, flavorful, and cooked to the perfect tenderness. It came with a side of rice, which was perfect to soak in the flavorful stew. The adana kebab had a chewier, oilier cut of lamb, which was also delicious but didn't have vegetables or rice included to balance out the oiliness. Every dish we had was delicious and well-prepared. I would come back to try more of their menu options!

My friend and I came here for dinner. There was outdoor seating, but we opted for indoor seating. The interior was mostly blue with yellow accents, along with a relaxed, Mediterranean vibe. We were served complimentary yummy, warm, soft bread with olive oil. I ordered the Pirzola, which were grilled Colorado Lamb Chops ($32.95), served with Turkish rice and veggies. The Lamb Chops were cooked to perfection with nice grill marks. They were melt in your mouth tender, juicy, and well seasoned. The rice was also fluffy and flavorful. Vegetables included tomato, carrots, yellow squash and zucchini. I also got to try the Spinach Pizza, which consisted of cream sauce, mozzarella fior di latte, along with shaved Parmesan cheese. This was delightfully cheesy with well done thin crust, however I'm not really a fan of spinach. Service was good. I thought the prices were very reasonable, especially for the Upper West Side. I would definitely like to return to try the sampling platter of all the appetizers, Roasted Branzino, Moussaka, as well as the Pear and Walnut Pizza.

Bodrum is an absolute gem!' i can't believe i lived here so long and this was my first time dining in this wonderful establishment it's genuine ingredients and authentic flavors. i got a pizza and a kebob plate. both were lamb dishes and it was phenomenal. i can't wait to go here again. the service was very helpful and warm. i really appreciate the staff for being really kind and offering assistance with selections. they are great! the ambiance is so cozy and perfect for a night out with your partner. it's very intimate and not noisy at all. there's also plenty of outside seating too! i will come back here again and again. Thank you Bodrum for being real! A++ !

Popped in while in the area for my mother's birthday. Staff was super attentive and warm, and guided me about what items were halal. Food was fresh, warm and tasty! Would come back! Bathroom was also very clean.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Amazing food, service, and ambience- would definitely recommend![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We stopped by as soon as they opened at 11:30am and tried the manti (Turkish ground beef dumplings) for an appetizer and it was incredible and a must try! We also shared the chicken wrap and it was great! Decent portions for both and the waiters were very kind.

Definitely my favorite Turkish restaurant in the city. The homemade bread with olive oil here, I just can't stop eating.... I've been coming here for years and I like all their appetizers, zucchini pancakes to Baba ghanoush, then lamb tagine, Moussaka, I enjoyed them all. I haven't had a bad meal or service here. Make sure to reserve your table!

The pizza options are gone on the website menu but still on the Yelp page... is there no longer pizza options available?

Just ate there last week and they had pizza!

Do they have any dairy free pizza option?

To be honest I don't think so. I am Turkish and this is a Turkish restaurant. We are big into federal cheeses and cheese products so unless they have like a vegetable pizza that I didn't see on the menu I don't think they're going to have any dairy…

The arancini was a standout: perfectly crisp on the outside, creamy inside, and served with a rich, delicious sauce that tied it all together. We ended on the tiramisu, which was absolutely worth saving room. It was light, flavorful, and a perfect finish to the meal. What really elevated the experience, though, was the staff. Everyone was genuinely kind and helpful--especially notable for New York--and it made the whole evening feel relaxed and welcoming. A small heads-up: it's a bit tricky to find, so give yourself extra time. That said, the hidden, underground subway setting is part of the charm and makes the whole experience feel unique. I'd love to see more restaurants creatively use these kinds of spaces in the future.

To start with the good: the arancini were perfectly passable, and the Sicilian pie was enjoyed by all. I would describe it as more of a Detroit style actually, with a super crispy crust and nice textural contrast. On the other hand, we did not enjoy the seasonal vegetable pie or the nepo pie. I generally really like this sort of no-cheese, umami-heavy pizza, but the nepo was so salty! I'm not sure what specific ingredient was missing, but missing it was. My hopes for a recreation of the rossa pie I enjoyed at Farina prior to their closure were dashed. As for the vegetable pie, the vegetables tasted like the frozen veggies one might find in what was once marketed as a "TV dinner". It was a shame, since the sauce of the white pie was otherwise pretty good.

RIGHT BY THE DOOR. Do people not realize that putting a bar near a door on a freezing cold night benefits no one? Good thing I did not order alcohol or I would have froze to death. Seriously, none of the pies stood out in grand memory. All I can think of is, well, nothing. Nothing positive anyway. The names of the pies are funny, and the staff is friendly, but besides that, the quality of the food for lack of a better word, dare I say it, sucks. Hoping to salvage the meal, I ordered their Chicken Parmesan. It was the Hail Mary pass that unfortunately did not connect. The cutlets are overcooked and dry, and the red sauce cooked with it has minimal tomato flavor. At least the spaghetti is cooked to a nice al dente and mellow garlic butter flavor, but like the sauce cooked in, it is also minimal. Part of the problem I feel is they are trying to go for a vibe that has a New York and modern feel. It does not work. Stay true to one or the other. Or at least look at other business models. I will use another pizzeria in Bushwick that exemplifies it perfectly. It is a hipster pizzeria in a hipster neighborhood. Through balance, it creates an ambiance both welcoming and warm without losing any of its Bushwick character. It does this by not beating you over the head with hipster vibes, just enough to let you know that you are in Bushwick. The band Franz Ferdinand was playing as I was wrapping up. Rather than take the pizza out, I suggest you throw it out. Overall pizza rating: 1.7/5

The first thing you notice is the main bar wall, with its exposed centuries-old brick that has survived every bit of chaos this city could throw at it. It's subtly backlit from with a warm, amber glow that highlights every single historic groove and imperfection, making the whole room look like it's breathing. I have to say the centerpiece of the entire narrow room is the bar itself, and let me tell you, it is an absolute stunner of a contrast. Instead of the usual dark, sticky tavern wood, they've dropped in a long, continuous slab of pristine, elegantly smooth white stone. It glows under the soft lighting like a block of polished marble. There are no strobe lights and no obnoxious, skull-rattling bass in this joint. Instead, the room is wrapped in a blanket of incredibly chill music that matches the pulse of the room perfectly. It's just loud enough to drown out the noise in your own head, but quiet enough that you don't have to scream over the smooth white counter to be heard. People aren't here to be seen on TikTok; they're here to disappear for an hour or three. You slide into a chair, order a proper Old Fashioned from a bartender who doesn't rush the pour, and watch the ice melt against the amber-lit brick. It's the ultimate underground exhale--a perfect, narrow slice of peace in a city that never shuts up. Cheers!
