Had fish & chips. Fries were soggy. Fish was tasteless & greasy. Fried okra was so hard we could not eat it. The onion rings were tempura fried & very greasy & not at all crispy. First time for me. I ordered the Black and Blue burger with sweet potato fries. They didn't have cinnamon butter for the fries. Very good burger but a little pricey at $16. The waitress named Ashton was extremely friendly. She was on top of it and we didn't have to wait for anything. Next visit I plan on trying the Big Dill burger. I was hesitant because of the mixed reviews but I have been several times now and I have enjoyed each time. I highly recommend the truffle burger, the cheeseburger salad or the cheeseburger salad wrap. The loaded Brussels sprouts are incredible. Everything I had has been good. read more

Food was ok, not great. However, when you pay you bill with cash, I expect ALL my change. My bill was 39.59. I paid with a $50 bill. Change due is supposed to be $10.41. Instead, I only got back $10. What happened to my change? When are we being penalized for paying in cash? There were no adults there for me to escalate this issue to. Only teens were working the front door, wait staff. The point is, its not the $0.41 owed to me, its the principle. For this reason, they lost my business. We've visited this restaurant three times. The first time shortly after they opened and everything was okay. The 2nd time was a disaster from both the food and service aspect (see my previous review). The 3rd and final time was because we were pressed for time and had limited options close by. We sat down at 3:00pm on a Friday afternoon and there were only 2 people at the bar, and 2 people at another table. The hostess seated us without a word and walked away. We waited more than 5 minutes and never saw any waitstaff, in the mean time the hostess walked out front and began waving (and literally dancing around) for someone aprroaching from the parking lot. We finally gave up and left to go next door to get subs from Publix. The owners of this establishment clearly haven't made any effort to hire a manager to provide training and oversight of the restaurant. Therefore, it will not be any suprise when we see a sign announcing that it's closed and the space is back up for lease. As a footnote to confirm the owners lack of interest, you'll notice that there won't be any response to this review, nor do you see any response to the other negative reviews. When ownership has no interest in their business, you should consider it a red flag. read more

While the food at the restaurant is pretty good. The hostess treated us as if we didn't exist. Seating the people in front of us immediately then telling us there was a 20 minute wait and then looked at us blankly. We asked her please put us on the list and she reluctantly did. After a few minutes we noticed a group led to a table and seated who arrived after us. My wife went to the hostess and asked why , as she was seating another group who also arrived after us. The service was terrible. I asked for a burger with no pickles, and it came loaded with pickles. We barely saw our server and had to ask the staff cleaning tables for drink refills and other basic things. At one point, it took so long to get a beer that I had to get up and go inside to ask for it. Instead, I was served warm sweet tea. I'm never coming here to eat again. Overall - OK, but not great! The highlight of the dinner was the appetizer pretzel (which was compted because it took a half hour to get it to us). Their draft beers are also good but pretty expensive. My wife had a burger and she said it was also pretty good. I, on the other hand, made a mistake and ordered their wings. First of all, I am from Buffalo, NY so I know a good buffalo wing. I always order my wings "extra crispy" with "light sauce" (buffalo sauce of course). Not sure if the waitress just didn't care or if they can't read in the kitchen, but my wings arrived extra soggy and extra soupy! Way under cooked and way over sauced. I complained, but it went nowhere. Needless to say, I'll be going back to Buffalo Wild Wings for the best wings outside of Buffalo, NY and their burgers are fantastic as well and their beer selection is just as good but a lot less expensive.
