This spot smelled SO clean when I walked in, I loved it. The bagels are great, filling and tasty. Very friendly lady at the front, a smile goes a long way. I am a fan and will be coming back often, at least every time I make a stop at Trader Joe's next door.

    Toasted but cold.

Hmmm. I was excited to try this place finally but I won't be a repeat customer. The customer service was very NY, if that's what they're going for? The guy taking orders and questions at times from customers had a idgaf attitude. I felt like I was annoying the cashier with my purchase. I ordered a plain bagel with plain cream cheese and cucumber. It came out fairly quickly. It was toasted but cold. The price of the bagel was fair, a little over $5 with tax. I wasn't wow'd by the customer service or the food overall. This place is a skip for me going forward. Should you try it? Sure why not but keep expectations low.

I'm so glad I gave Boichik another chance! This was my first visit to this location and the experience was awesome! I was immediately greeted with a smile by the young lady working in the morning. She told us to take our time deciding. Her colleague was also super nice and spilled the beans on the newest Fall cream cheese: Apple Ginger Pumpkin Spice! Eats: *Daily Special Egg Salad with avocado, cucumber, tomato, red onion on Garlic bagel *Tuna Salad on Everything bagel *Sesame bagel with Apple Ginger Pumpkin Spice CC I also got a Guava Cold Brew Iced Tea, flavor changes daily. Soo refreshing and lightly sweetened. I learned from the past that New Yorkers don't toast their bagels so I made sure to ask for mine toasted. They're also thicker than California bagels. Gotta add cucumber to the tuna salad next time. It needs that and some red onions for more moisture plus crunch. The tuna was kinda dry, maybe needs more mayo. Apple ginger pumpkin spice cream cheese was the perfect Fall preview! It was sweet but tasted so good with cinnamony goodness. It had either diced apple or soft bits of ginger. The egg salad daily special was messy but delicious! Loved all the included veggies. There's some seating inside to enjoy a quick breakfast. Service was fantastic and my order was prepared so fast. Can't wait to go back!

Boichik bagels has a cute shop in Los Gatos near the Trader Joe's. The service is friendly and somewhat efficient. They basically only do one thing and they do it pretty well. They have a limited selection of bagels and an even smaller selection of drinks. We got the hat trick bagel sandwich on an everything bagel. It was very tasty and well prepared/seasoned. The bagel itself was delicious with a wonderful chewy texture. It was $18 but it came with a generous amount of lox and avocado.

Traveling for work, needs coffee and a decent breakfast.... A bagel with cream cheese and lox & cucumbers!!! This place is NEW, and make a great bagel sandwich and bagels to go, bialy too!! They are gonna give other bagel shops a run for the $$ , pleasant interior, really good fresh coffee, service with a smile and very helpful! Ambience is bright and cheerful with merch too!! Boichik Bagels has gotten a lot of media coverage, so I was very excited to try it out! I got the classic lox bagel on pumpernickel. They load up on the cream cheese, which is more cream- than cheese-leaning. It's right off of 17 so it's a great place to pick something up for a hike along the coast. Service was very fast and straightforward. Not a super big fan of tomato in my lox bagels and the bagel was a little dense for my liking, rather than chewy or pillowy. An okay bagel overall but I've had better elsewhere!

This is a small bagel shop with great bagels! The servers are friendly and quick. The everything bagel with cream cheese was very flavorful.

I stopped by the plaza for a personal appointment. It's been a while in the area, so I was surprised to find Boichik bagels in place of the former Vietnamese restaurant that was there. Not knocking on the previous establishment, which I did like a lot, but your girl loves a good sandwich. I stopped by the bagel shop around 12pm on a Friday. The place wasn't busy at all, so I received immediate and quick service by the friendly staff members. I would've opted for "The Classic," but the daily special looked fun. It consisted of Boichik Bagels' pink label cream cheese, deli egg salad, sprouts, cucumber, and tomatoes. First thing I noted was how big the sandwich was. It was stuffed with all the fixings and brimming from the egg salad and cream cheese. The everything bagel was nicely seasoned, and I enjoyed getting bursts of salt. The ingredients tasted fresh. Standard egg salad, but the cream cheese was delightfully light and creamy. I'll definitely be back to try a daily special, and I'm looking forward to trying their other spreads especially with that impressive quality of the pink label cream cheese.

From the young man who took my order to the young lady who handed me my order both were very happy, helpful and joyful. I got my order very quickly for a busy Saturday, and the bagel was nice and toasted with ample spread. I'm looking forward to going back.

We tried their Hat Trick everything bagel with lox, cream cheese, and avocado and it was so delicious. The shop has cute branding and swag available for purchase. The staff is friendly and efficient and there are both indoor and outdoor seating options.

Noelle's Yelp Notebook 2024 Post Pandemic Chronicles Dear Boichik Bagels, You are where amazing happens :) I first came across your bagels at the frozen food section at Hankook Supermarket. Then I came across your bagels at Zanotto's Family Market in the Willow Glen area of San Jose. Next I found your bagels in a special freezer case (stand alone) at Lunardis. Lastly, I saw via IG that you actually had Bagel Cafes in the SF Bay Area??? I followed you on Instagram. Then I was hoping you'd open a spot close to home. My prayers were answered (thanks be to Hashem!) and you opened up in Los Gatos. I will brave that crazy parking lot for your amazing bagels!!! I love that you have a Mezuzah on the entry way!!! My son went to the APJCC for preschool back in the day :) Nod to the tribe!!! I was warmly greeted by your extremely friendly and helpful staff. I placed my order for bagels to go with shmear. I bought black and whites, a tote bag, an insulated cooler bag, a Boichik bagel pin, drinks and a bagel for eating at your lovely bagel shop. It was love at first bite, crispy and toasted on the outside of my everything bagel with chewiness inside with my tahini and fig shmear - the best of both worlds, savory and sweet. It must be noted in my love letter / yelp review that your frozen bagels taste just as good as your in store bagels. The tahini and fig seasonal shmear was so good I found myself sometimes eating it on a spoon by itself (guilty as charged!) So glad you're in Los Gatos! You're exactly what we needed. You are my bagel happy place :) Mazel Tov!!! See you soon!! Love, Sweet Noelle Noelle's Notes The best bagels in the SF Bay Area Friendly and kind staff

Delicious new bagel spot in Los Gatos. It is in the same plaza as Trader Joe's. Plenty of parking. The store has tables, so you can eat inside. The service is quick! I got my order within 5 minutes. I got a sesame bagel with chive cream cheese. The combination of the warm and toasted bagel went well with the chive cream cheese.

There was no cutlery on the table when we sat down. We absolutely did not remove anything. Still, he accused us of moving it and made the situation unnecessarily uncomfortable. To avoid creating a scene, we moved. After sitting nearby, I calmly told him that I was with my family and that he could have handled the situation politely instead of making accusations. His response was rude and dismissive, basically telling me not to bring it up again. I then went inside and explained the situation to the owner/manager. She admitted that she was the one who had cleared the cutlery, which means the other customer was completely wrong to accuse us. My expectation was that she would at least acknowledge this properly or tell the customer that we had done nothing wrong. Instead, she admitted and did nothing. On top of that, our order was just sitting there waiting, and no one even announced our name or made a proper effort to let us know it was ready. So not only was the customer experience handled poorly, but the basic service was lacking too. That was the most disappointing part. Customers should not be made to feel disrespected or falsely accused, especially when the staff knows what actually happened. A simple clarification from the owner could have prevented the whole situation from escalating and could have made us feel respected. The food or atmosphere does not matter if customers are treated this way. Very

It truly made me miss Yogurtland and I almost wanted to find a Yogurtland and go there and then. The toppings were old.
