Ordered here and the food was completely inedible, we had to throw it all away unfortunately. The fish was battered together, had mushy texture, and was made very sloppy. We weren't sure what we were even looking at. 1 basket came with 1 fish, the other with 2. I got the potatoes on the side, they had black spots and were sour. I try battered fish everywhere, even amusement parks and this was the worst quality by far. They do not have any quality control over here and there seems to be no management at all. I called for a refund, they said i had to email through the website so I did. No response so I called again a few days later and they still could not help me. Manager never seems to be there despite calling during day and at night. They said they would text their manager and alert her of the situation and they took down my information. I have still not heard back. Having to go through my bank, it should not be this difficult to get service. I would highly avoid this place, I do not trust that they are keeping up with any food safety. read more

The food is amazing! Flavor of everything was really really good. I was pleasantly surprised because when you first walk in you're expecting it to be like a boiling crab dupe. I give this place 5 stars!! WOW! On my way home to Sacramento, I wanted to grab a bite to eat and saw this place. The staff is awesome with making sure we were good, attentive and very nice. Jo was sweet to open my boil bag as I was struggling to. Now the boil it self was a soo tasty and felt like it was made with so much care. Recommend the daddy sauce (medium spice) and Cajun fries. First off, please be patient. They are new and food may take a bit but it's WORTH THE WAIT. Service was amazing, constantly being checked on and acknowledged. We orders the Street Daddy Corn-amazing, will order again Mahalo Shrimp-amazing, will order again Crawfish and head on Shrimp-get it with daddy sauce and OMG spice level if you like a kick. Very flavorful and spicy at the same time. We've had the competitors, CNS and CM and they have the best flavor so far and everything cooked perfectly. The wings were also huge and nicely battered. Have to say this was my first time trying this location and wasn't all that impressed. Walked in and there was one table of eight that was already eating, placed my to go order. Had to wait 35 minutes for my order to be ready for two items in the meantime, several tables came in while I was waiting. Unfortunately, after waiting 35 minutes I got my order and left, but as I was driving home, I got home to figure out that both orders were incorrect, I called And spoke to the young lady who helped me, the reaction wasn't quite what I expected. She asked if I wanted to come back, I asked her how long it would take. She said they were terribly backed up so I just gave up. Went in with no expectations. Having been to the other seafood crab/cajun places in town and having been disappointed, I wanted to try this place out. First off, this location is a bit iffy because many restaurants have failed in this spot. It's across from the World Market/Old Navy in Stevenson Ranch. The space is not that big inside, so that's a little concerning also. The decor is not yet completed because they haven't been open for that long, so I'm not really taking that into account with my trading (right now, there are no vibes really). The food was better than what I thought it was going to be! The snow crab was my family's favorite, but the fried shrimp and peeled shrimp were also delicious. Loved the scent of the cooking food wafting from the kitchen....and the jasmine rice mixed with the garlicky butter shrimp was on point. The corn, potatoes and sausage also tasted delicious. This place never miss! I have tried almost everything and it's so GOOD! Personally I love the sauce, it's exactly how I love it chunky and they do not miss on the garlic. They give you plenty of it. I do like things spicy and I will say the medium spicy is really spicy! Mild is perfect amount of spiciness. The cashier is super nice and patience when I'm ordering and food comes out pretty good! Personally I think it's the best seafood boil in SC and their Malo Malo fish is to die for in my opinion. I wish I can show a picture but I couldn't wait to dig in. BEWARE of spending your money here. they will REFUSE to give a refund. i really loved this business but this'll be the last time i'm going there. i called in a big order for valentine's day because i knew they were busy so we would eat it at home. i always call in so they don't have the delivery services take profit id rather the business to. we went out picked up the order.we were busy and i didn't get to eat till later. but when i opened my meal the order was wrong. i ordered the deck cadets meal with lobster crab and shrimp. the only thing in there was shrimp. and i'm not paying 100+ for just shrimp. they were already closed but i tried calling in to see if they would answer and they did. i'm always polite and explained the situation i understand they were busy cause of valentine's day . but the "manager" was extremely rude. they kept saying i was at fault. and confusing my order. thinking i ordered it online. it's like the guy was even trying to listen to me. i had to explain what happened 4x. at that point i didn't want to come there again cause of the way he was speaking to me. i kept asking him just talk to me normally you don't have to be rude, im a person your a person there's no need for this. and when he put the phone down i could hear him talking about me to someone else in spanish in the background. so unprofessional. i understand i called late i wasn't expecting for them to remake it today and i made that clear. i told him id bring in the bag it was just a bag full of just shrimp. and i was initially willing to wait for them to remake it but i didn't want the food anymore after the way i was treated. he actually said it's your fault. i said it's my fault??!! and he said YES. this isn't my fault the order should've been correct in the first place. i trusted them to get the order right. i understand it was a busy day but it's not my fault you guys messed up the order. and when i asked for a refund he didn't want to give it to me. like why would i want to eat there after the way you spoke to me. ruined my valentine's day, great thanks. and i always loved coming here for crab boil ordering for me and my friends and family. but not after today. update: i spoke to the "manager" again. he apologized for the way he spoke to me. when i brought up him blaming me he tried to deny it. he's giving me excuses for not providing a refund. that the owner isn't replying and he's in san diego. it doesn't matter who's where ANY buisness CAN give refunds especially when they completely messed up the order. he just wants to remake it, but why would i want to go back. they haven't contacted me again and i left a message. Decided to give this place a try because all other crab places didn't open til 3. We walked in and were surprised by how small it was. We also waited quite a while for someone to seat us even though the place was empty. Once we were seated, however, service was great. We ordered the peeled shrimp, snow crab and king crab in the daddy sauce medium heat. We also added some boiled eggs and extra sauce. The sauce was REALLY good, super flavorful. The spice was more mild. All of the food was REALLY good and we will definitely be coming back here! The only suggestion I have is to perhaps decorate a little more. The ambiance is not there, it feels like you're eating in a box. Seafood places are supposed to be fun with lots of decor. The food is amazing, just need the decor to match the good food! read more
