Not only had forgotten to log our order, I had to eat soup off a plate because I never got a bowl, and lastly did not bother returning the refill of sauce that we asked for. My wife and I were plenty patient but each one of the above were from different staff on the floor. We ended up barely touching the food and paying the full bill. Came on a Tuesday when they opened and left right before 12 and surprising there was still some tables open. First time at this location. We arrived around 8:20pm and got seated around 9pm. The wait was quite long but it was peak dinner time so people were still eating when we put ourselves on the waitlist. Regardless, we got seated fairly quickly considering the circumstances and I was able to see that the waiters try their best to accommodate for all party sizes. I got the Beef pot and usually order mild spice for my pots but I decided to try medium and it was not a good choice because medium was spiiicyyyyy (I'm not too good with spice). I decided to get the Scallion Gravy Rice (upcharge) instead of regular white rice or vermicelli and it was very yummy! It's an upcharge but I never regret the extra dollar and change. We also got the garlic pork belly as an appetizer (not pictured) and it tastes amazing when eaten with a mix of the garlic soy sauce and garlic bean paste (the garlic pork belly is thin sliced pork belly btw) The workers were amazing and special shoutout to Sylvia who went above and beyond by making sure we had everything and brought over anything we needed in a timely manner! Will be back for more but it does get cold once everyone's fires die down and body heat dissipates as people leave the restaurant make sure to bring a jacket to stay warm! The food here is always on point. Love trying new flavors so I got the creamy rose and it is SO worth it! Flavors are perfect. The wait time is roughly 15-40min depending what time you arrive. Waiters are quick and check on you periodically, but respond fast if you wave them down. Seats are comfortable and lights are dim which makes the experience relaxing. Came in after a late public hearing in Pomona and we're lucky this place was still open. We walked in about 25 minutes before they closed at 11 PM. We noticed the restaurant signage on the building was out so we almost missed the suite. We were seated right away- probably 3 other tables in there with patrons. One of my favorite Taiwanese hot pot restaurant. The menus are on the end of the tables on a pull-cord. Pull and scan and I appreciate the card was not sticky. Got waters right away while we were looking at the menu. Not our first time at a Boiling Point so we knew what we wanted. Husband got Milk Cream Curry and I got the Beef. Probably got our orders within 5 minutes after ordering. My favorite dipping sauce is the Garlic Soy - there are a total of 4 sauces labeled in both English and what I presume to be Chinese. My beef soup had a very generous serving of beef and it was very good quality- you could taste it in the meat. I ordered my soup with rice and husband got noodles which comes packaged separately for you to drop into your soup and cook. All the vegetables were so good when they were cooked in the soup- even the corn. They did a last call at 11 PM which was nice because most restaurants do it 10 to 15 minutes before they close. We didn't get anything else but they were nice enough to fill up our waters for us and turned off our burners upon request. When they dropped off the check they also gave us the Lemon jelly snack. Overall I liked the cleanliness of the restaurant and was extremely pleased with the service we got even though it was right around closing. Reserved a table for the lunch special and wait time was packed for their lunch but I was not bothered by it much. Received a free tea drink and chose the refreshing Honey Green Tea. Loved the welcoming small establishment this was with very quick service. Decided to try #9 Miso Hot Soup and I loved they gave a side of noodles. Beef with the vegetables were delicious and the broth was so good. I also tried the #04 Beef Hot Soup and loved the quality of the beef. I think my eyes were bigger than my stomach by how big #09 was for one person but I was happy to take the leftovers back. Everyone in there is wearing a full jacket, and many people wear knit hats to try to stay warm. It ruins the entire experience. The good news is if you order to go and ask for no spice they still provide you with the sause packs to adjust the flavor yourself. The seasonal 3 cups chicken hot pot was a nice change of pace, just sweet enough. The fermented tofu runs a little spicy for my taste but works well with a base food such as rice or vermicelli. My husband and I got food poisoning after having their Togo orders this Tuesday night. My husband had ongoing diarrhea. And my symptoms are more severe than my husband, I had severe vomiting and diarrhea. Very very bad experience. Took a while to get seated today for hot pot this evening. They use a text wait list system which is okay as you get a text acknowledgment after you sign in and a reminder text when your table is ready. The place is quite small and we were seated at a tiny table for two. Which is very crowded for a hot pot place. The place is clean but they don't do a good job of cleaning the tables and chairs. We had to ask our server to set the tables and chairs. After being seated it took a little while before they took our order. We ordered the number 4 which is the beef hot pot, medium spicy with noodles. The wait for food was surprisingly long as they already have the soup base ready and just need to drop in the pre cut and measured ingredients. The hot pot was very tasty and filled with great fresh ingredients. So a good experience with the food. So overall three stars. read more

I came here on my birthday and got one hotpot completely free (only works day of birthday, they check ID). I thought the sauce containers were a bit annoying since they were tall and had really small spoons. The day I came they didn't have any rice available so had to get vermicelli noodles. In terms of food, I thought the broth here was better than other BP I've been to. The creamy curry hotpot hit the spot and green tea was a tad sweet but was delicious. I came here around 11:30 AM and managed to beat the lunch rush. Luckily we were seated and had no wait. There's a huge parking lot in this plaza so we also had problem finding parking. I got the beef hot pot and it was delicious. Because we came during lunch we also got a tea and it was less expensive. I got mild but it's pretty spicy. Even though it was quite spicy I liked it. They had a good amount of beef and toppings. In the end I don't think I finished the noodles because it was so much food. There's usually always a wait time here but you can sign up on the check in list and they'll text you when the table is ready. Korean Bean Paste 3.5-4/5: Usually this is my go-to, I love the included noodles and the fish cakes goes well with the house sauce. This time, it came out kinda oily. My friend told me they changed ip the recipe or something that makes me more oily :( such a shame because it's my favorite dish. Milk Cream Hot Soup 4.5/5: It was more like curry with a topping cream. It was so flavorful where you don't really need to house sauce because that's how flavorful the broth and cream was. Beef Hot Soup 4/5: This is probably one of the more popular ones but great go to. It was flavorful and there's lot of proteins and topping. Pork intestine 4/5: It was very soft and great paired with a hot soup. Definitely an acquired taste tho ! Come during lunch for a complimentary green or black tea. Interesting that the average star rating is only 3 stars. I thought the food quality and taste was great and that the service was on par with other Chinese food establishments. So if managing expectations appropriately, it won't be stellar service, but certainly was efficient. We got lucky as we came in early (around 11am) and got a table right away in the half empty restaurant. By the time we were about halfway through our meal, the dining room filled up and there was quite a wait outside. Menus are QR code scanning only. Don't be confused by the two sides QR code placard, one is for the menu and the other for retail items. One of the walls also had helpful pictures of each of the main hot pot soup options. I had #3 the Korean inspired pot. Each entree (less than $15) comes with your choice of rice or vermicelli, your choice of spice level (mild is the lowest for the Korean bowl), and for lunch a green or black tea. After ordering, I thought the food came out fairly quickly but that could also be because we were there early. A steaming pot came out and the server lit the fire underneath to keep it piping hot. It was quite a site as the the bowl was a bit shallow so the toppings looked like they were overflowing (in other words, plenty of food)! For the Korean bowl, it comes with a bit of meat, ramen, bean sprouts, kimchi, an assortment of seafood type balls, tofu, rice cake, and veggies. I got the vermicelli but in hind sight should have ordered rice because it was a lot of noodle between the ramen and vermicelli. Everything was super good, esp dunking it into the garlic bean past sauce on every table. I did wish there was more protein in lieu of all the carbs. The servers came around regularly to refill beef stock as the liquid boiled out from the heat. The green tea, albiet sweet, provided good relief from the heat both temperature wise and spice wise. An enjoyable meal all in all and definitely great value given the price, quality and quantity, esp for lunch. read more

The waitress was having a hard day so i understood the lack of customer service. When she brought us food, she was very rude and had a kick of attitude. As for the food, don't even order.
