    Not a Chedder Bo...

Where are the cheddar Bo's? This store doesn't carry cheddar Bo's, which was disappointing & upsetting as we love them most. I've been craving a cheddar bo, only to find out it's GONE! Forever... Does Bojangles even carry them any more??? Isn't this a law, is the US Government becoming corrupt by the lack of cheddar BO's? #BringbacktheChedderBo's

First timer at Bo's and overall it was good. Thanks to the man who took our drive through order; he was polite and patient as we figured out what to get. Bo's Box with cole slaw and fries, but the fries were over salted. Biscuits wonderful; saving them for breakfast. I do appreciate the limited use of single use disposable plastic- maybe a paper to go bag? Overall a good meal but fast food aint cheap food anymore!

I have to say... Since they rebuilt this place is it my favorite location. I was going to the new Robbinsville store, but those folks could careless about the customer. Friendly is just not in the job description. However, to their defense, they are in Robbinsville. The girl at the counter taking the order was extremely bubbly and with a big smile. The girl filling the order was really happy and outgoing and again with a big smile. The management at this location must be doing something right. This was a Sunday night. The Robbinsville store needs to send some staff here for training. Thank you for keeping the brown gravy. This alone will keep me returning. Man! Was that chicken fresh and hot. Delicious! Just the way I like it. Thanks for always doing a great job.

Honestly where else can a DJ call out your order! Gotta love that hokey microphone they use at bojangles! Why do they still use that thing???

One of the best Bojangles I have ever been to. Hot food and very friendly staff. Wish we could get more like this in GA.

Food is cheap and of very poor quality and the bar only serves the cheapest liquor. A financial injection and serious overhaul is what this place needs, but the way it looks is that it will continue to do business until it can't do business no more and I suspect that once that happens will close forever. Our meal was perhaps the worst meal I had, maybe ever. Sadly cooked frozen veg, canned soup and potato pearls turned mash. Nursing home grub. Which was also the feel of the dining room, an old decrepit nursing home. Despite the nostalgic feelings this place evokes, I would eat and sleep somewhere else. I'm sorry but there's just no need to lie.

The brewery has a great rooftop atmosphere that's perfect for relaxing with a drink while taking in downtown Bryson City. They also host live music, although we weren't able to stay long enough to catch the performance. The highlight of our visit was definitely the bartender. I wish I remembered their name because they were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They took the time to recommend drinks, suggest places around Bryson City to explore, and even gave us recommendations for campgrounds where we could stay that night. Those kinds of interactions are what make traveling so memorable. We had originally planned to grab food from the restaurant downstairs, but that didn't work out during our visit. Thankfully, the brewery itself more than made up for it with its relaxed atmosphere and outstanding hospitality. If you're looking for a laid-back rooftop spot to enjoy a local beer, listen to live music, or chat with friendly locals while exploring Bryson City, Mountain Layers Brewing Company is definitely worth a stop. We'd happily grab another drink here the next time we're in town.

They had a young one-man musician performing, and while I can't remember his name, he did an excellent job. He honestly ended up being our favorite live entertainment of the entire trip. His performance was one of the reasons we wanted to come back. On our second visit for the Fourth of July, we were excited to catch the advertised live band. The sign said they would start at 7:30, but they were just beginning to set up at that time and didn't look close to playing until much later. We were also a little disappointed that Friday karaoke wasn't happening because of the holiday weekend. We had really been looking forward to it. That said, the food absolutely made up for it. The chicken wings were outstanding--easily some of the best wings we had during our trip. The pork rinds were another surprise favorite and are perfect for sharing while enjoying a drink. CJ's has that laid-back, small-town mountain vibe that's easy to appreciate. If you're passing through Bryson City, it's a great place to stop, relax, and grab some food and drinks. My only recommendation is to call ahead if you're planning your evening around karaoke or live music, just to make sure the schedule is accurate. We'll definitely stop back the next time we're in Bryson City. Great food, friendly atmosphere, and a place that's worth checking out.

The brewery itself has a great setup with both indoor and outdoor seating, a full liquor bar in addition to their beers, and a stage for live music. It's in a perfect downtown location, making it easy to walk around Bryson City and explore everything nearby before or after your visit. We tried the Brussels sprouts appetizer along with a couple of their local beers, and both were really good. The only thing that missed the mark for us was the live band that night. Music is incredibly subjective, and they're probably a great fit for many people, but the style just wasn't what we were expecting. Coming from Tampa, we're spoiled with an amazing local music scene and were hoping for something with a little more variety and crowd interaction. Ironically, the highlight of the performance was an adorable little girl who got up and danced her heart out--she absolutely stole the show with her energy and had everyone smiling! After the fireworks, the brewery was hosting an after-party, which looked like a great way to keep the celebration going. Overall, I wouldn't let one band's performance influence my opinion of Bryson City Brewing. The venue, atmosphere, food, drinks, and location all made for a great experience. If you're visiting Bryson City, I'd absolutely recommend stopping in. Looking forward to seeing a different band the next time I'm in town!
