Nice restaurant with good food. Our food was prepared within five minutes and was enjoyable. I've never been a big fan of Bojangles but this location was pretty good. The chicken sandwich and dirty rice were both tasty. Inside was clean and the lady at the counter was friendly. Good place to stop for a bite before boarding the Smoky Mountain Railroad, which is walking distance down the road. read more

Let me start off with this: I live 20 miles away from this place. I should have been more pro- active checking my order. So, putting my faith in my fellow mind kind, I went home. CHECK YOUR ORDER!!!!!! BIG ORDER: 1) 12 family meal w/ fixings, 2) 3 orders of 12 piece chicken supremes, 3) 4 potato rounds, 4) 1 fish sandwich 5) 2 extra cole slaw, All with the appropriate fixings. WHAT I GOT: 1 FAMILY 12 PIECE, 1 SUPREME, NO ROUNDS, NO EXTRA CONDIMENTS. So for the order we got, we have a total of 6 sauces. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND; 20 miles to town, 20 to the house, 20 back to Bojangles, and 20 back home AGAIN! I DID NOT GO BACK FOR THE THINGS THAT WERE NOT THERE! First timer at Bo's and overall it was good. Thanks to the man who took our drive through order; he was polite and patient as we figured out what to get. Bo's Box with cole slaw and fries, but the fries were over salted. Biscuits wonderful; saving them for breakfast. I do appreciate the limited use of single use disposable plastic- maybe a paper to go bag? Overall a good meal but fast food aint cheap food anymore! read more

Okay, so I'm not a huge fan of fast food and much less drive thru, but this Bojangles in Bryson City, NC has to be "T H E B E S T " Bojangles I've ever tasted. This is my second day here had it three times, again we don't normally eat at fast food chains but this particular location is a MUST try!!!!! The food is simmering hot, fresh and tasty! I don't know it's the mountain air, water, etc but what I can say is that the food is amazing! The service is also very efficient and effective, so if you see a huge line in the drive through don't leave! It moves pretty quickly and you would be missing out in one of the best Bojangles I've ever tried. I know, I know your like what's wrong with this dude and raving review but you gotta try this location if ever in town! read more

During your two visits so far to Bryson City, we've tried eating at other local places, but end up relying on this great Bojangles for consistent and excellent service. All of our orders have been correct, staff are friendly and timely. Delicious food for the road and getting a meal quickly. Very glad it's there. Still only drive-thru, but we ate in the car easily. read more

I have to say... Since they rebuilt this place is it my favorite location. I was going to the new Robbinsville store, but those folks could careless about the customer. Friendly is just not in the job description. However, to their defense, they are in Robbinsville. The girl at the counter taking the order was extremely bubbly and with a big smile. The girl filling the order was really happy and outgoing and again with a big smile. The management at this location must be doing something right. This was a Sunday night. The Robbinsville store needs to send some staff here for training. Thank you for keeping the brown gravy. This alone will keep me returning. Man! Was that chicken fresh and hot. Delicious! Just the way I like it. Thanks for always doing a great job. read more

Good and friendly BUT no free iced tea with meals like every other Bojangles I've ever been to. That's Lame! Also no dollar any size drink like most Bojangles. I guess it because there is no competition here ‍. Still annoying as it makes the meal cost 20% more than normal. Still delicious and friendly and that's what mostly matters. Ok 5 stars for fast food it's crazy but here's why. First I'm basing my stars on fast food not a good sit down or even upscale restaurant. Every time we've been the order is correct, the food is hot, the price is right and the chicken and sides are good tasting and service fast. I've been to lots of takeout during covid where the restaurants were closed and only take out and still the order is wrong or you drive home only to find out they forgot items and it pisses me off. You can't double check? But not here, it's never happened. I just wish they make some chicken gravy to go with those mashed tators. Crossing my fingers. read more

Good service and the food was great! We had breakfast - Cajun biscuit combo, biscuit and gravy combo, country ham biscuit and a cinnamon twist - all very good. Wanted something local but needed fast and this filled the bill perfectly! Only 4 stars because it is after all a fast food chain but so far has beat out every local place we've tried! read more

After a day of hiking and chilly temps a group of us decided on Bojangles for lunch. None of us had been to one before (we're from Chicago) so we compared it to our local KFC/Popeyes. It was very similar to those restaurants and Bojangles even had a $5 hearty meal similar to KFC's $5 fillups. The Mac & Cheese was surprisingly good. Fried chicken and biscuit were what I expected, nothing amazing. Group thought it was good, but nothing special or a must try. read more

Really enjoy eating here. The food is always fresh and the service is outstanding. You can really tell they take their jobs seriously and customer service is their number one priority. Went here twice while on vacation. Both times they had to bring stuff out to us, but the food was hot and tasty. The fried chicken was decent by the strips were very good. Good fries, too. I'd say above average for fast food. read more

My DH and I were wanting something fast but good and this place was excellent. We've been to many BoJ's but this one had a great staff and great food. We actually shared a meal as we usually do at a fast food place and the lady actually gave us an extra biscuit. We didn't ask for it. When we thanked her before we left she just smiled and said since we were sharing she thought she throw that in there for us. This was kinda close to closing so that may have been a way to try to get rid of some food but I thought it was a very nice jester and also one that we haven't had at any other BoJ or any fast food place for that matter. We would absolutely go back there next time we visit Bryson City. read more

Which was also the feel of the dining room, an old decrepit nursing home. Despite the nostalgic feelings this place evokes, I would eat and sleep somewhere else. I'm sorry but there's just no need to lie.

I wish I remembered their name because they were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They took the time to recommend drinks, suggest places around Bryson City to explore, and even gave us recommendations for campgrounds where we could stay that night. Those kinds of interactions are what make traveling so memorable. We had originally planned to grab food from the restaurant downstairs, but that didn't work out during our visit. Thankfully, the brewery itself more than made up for it with its relaxed atmosphere and outstanding hospitality. If you're looking for a laid-back rooftop spot to enjoy a local beer, listen to live music, or chat with friendly locals while exploring Bryson City, Mountain Layers Brewing Company is definitely worth a stop. We'd happily grab another drink here the next time we're in town.

The sign said they would start at 7:30, but they were just beginning to set up at that time and didn't look close to playing until much later. We were also a little disappointed that Friday karaoke wasn't happening because of the holiday weekend. We had really been looking forward to it. That said, the food absolutely made up for it. The chicken wings were outstanding--easily some of the best wings we had during our trip. The pork rinds were another surprise favorite and are perfect for sharing while enjoying a drink. CJ's has that laid-back, small-town mountain vibe that's easy to appreciate. If you're passing through Bryson City, it's a great place to stop, relax, and grab some food and drinks. My only recommendation is to call ahead if you're planning your evening around karaoke or live music, just to make sure the schedule is accurate. The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was welcoming, and it was a comfortable place to enjoy a meal. It's not always easy to find a place that delivers good food, good service, and good value, but High Test Deli did all three. We would definitely stop by again the next time we're in the area.
