I'm here for breakfast. Sunday 12-16-18 9:45am. 4 tables have people sitting as they eat, one person was in front of us in line. The cashier was coughing and obviously had a nasty cold. The coffee can was empty so asked for some from behind the counter. It was cold. Like ice cold. They brought our two biscuits out to us but said they would bring out the rounds when they cooked. We were finished with our biscuits and they never brought the potatoes so we went back through the line of people coming back in complaining about their drive through order being wrong. Always loved Bojangles and would go every time I'd travel to a city they were in and now they are in my city! This new location is killin' it! Had my order ready before I could fill up my Mountain Dew! The French Fries are legendary with great spices, must try! Got my usual of a country ham biscuit (amazing) and a Bacon, Egg and Cheese biscuit. Biscuits were warm and fluffy and perfect. Although there are other franchises in the St. Augustine area that sell fried chicken and biscuits, we drive to the Bojangles off state road 16 and I-95 to buy the most delicious, large pieces of chicken in town. Not only is it great value but the folks who work there go out of their way to make sure you have a great meal. If you love Bojangles, I have to warn you: this Bojangles is so nice that you'll compare all other Bojangles to it and I have yet to find another that's as good. We were treated incredibly politely despite the fact that we came in as they were opening on a morning they were dealing with callouts. They communicated the situation clearly, politely, and respectfully. The food was as good as any other Bojangles, but this is one of 2 locations I've seen where the hot sauce, honey, and jams are out for you to grab yourself; it's very nice considering I often forget to ask for it when I order. And, above all else, it's the cleanest Bojangles I've seen. Many others have polite staff members, and they all have good food, but I have yet to find a Bojangles as clean and modern as this one. I cannot express in words the feeling that washed over me when I saw their bathroom. On a road trip, a good bathroom can make or break a rest stop, and using this bathroom after hours on the road was an unforgettably calming experience. Stopped in for a quick bite on our road trip and was pleasantly surprised! The staff greeted us with a warm welcome and the restaurant is very clean...and fancy! The cashiers were very friendly and the manager came by during our meal to make sure we had everything we needed. The restrooms were tidy and even had hand lotion from bath and body works and breath mints. This was a refreshing experience and we will be back the next time we drive through the area! This was the absolute worse experience I have ever had at a fast food place. It took 30 minutes to get our food and the order wasn't even right. The employees were screaming and yelling at each other. When we finally got our food the fries were never made and we did not want to wait any longer. They also forget half of the order for the people in front of us because it was so unorganized. Try a different location. read more

Been to a few Bojangles in the past in other states. There where ok... this Bojangles is INSANE!! First I would like to start with the staff, friendly, swift, and efficient. The restaurant is spotless the manager here really takes pride in their job and you can see this in the staff. I only am giving the one star because yelp requires it. I have had bojangles in states from North Carolina to this specific location, therefore I expect a standard of the level of service and quality that I did NOT receive by any means. My family and I went to through the drive thru at around 10:20 pm ish. While I understand this is close to closing, basic quality and HEALTH standards should be met. Upon receiving my order of three cajun filet biscuit combos and a country ham combo with four SWEET teas I found some very troubling issues. Two of the sweet teas were essentially water. If i had wanted a water i would've ordered one, however I paid for sweet tea. Secondly, all four fries were completely unseasoned, I did not ordered it this way FYI. Thirdly, and the biggest issue I have with this location is that one of the cajun chicken filet biscuits I ordered, was served to me UNCOOKED. This is a major health issue that could easily lead to salmonella among other diseases such as food poisoning. STAY AWAY from this location whatever you do. read more
