Not your normal problem- Went in right as the dinner crew was coming on and the other crew was leaving- picture a group of about 8 kids coming out for their shift- one girl getting ready to leave- one manager (back to me) restocking- I was waiting about 5 minutes (watching the group talking) finally I asked if someone could take my order- the group turned towards the manager and said she can- she replied "I can?" After a minute the girl getting ready to leave said she would take my order (I should have left) the order was wrong- (she left) by the time I got the right order it was 15 minutes later (taking care of by the new crew. read more

Most drive thru lines and mobile app orders at any Chick fil A are quick. I am sad to say that it is NOT that way at this location. The way that this Chick-fil-A was designed does not allow for fast service of either. Since it is located in a busy area off of 95, only stop here if you have plenty of time to wait and wait and wait and wait in line. My advice to management is that if you hire more workers, you could cycle customers through faster, making way more money per hour than you would be paying for the extra employees. read more

We got some catering (delivered) from this location last month. No issue with the order. We got a tray of nuggets, on the bland side. I wouldn't get those again. Doesn't have that outstanding chicken flavor their sandwiches have. We also got a tray of fruit, decent, a tad too many sliced apples for my taste which I didn't expect. The star was the mac and cheese, delicious, highly recommended! I would get catering again from them for gatherings, just select some other items. Decent overall but not outstanding. read more

We ate in store today for lunch with my 10 month old. There were tons of open and clean tables. There were also many high chairs. Each high chair had a sticky placemat to use for kids to eat on. I loved it. The food was great and fast. I would recommend this location. read more

Great overall service. The guy brought out our food and was very kinds, asking if we need anything, or if we were okay. Then the people that were walking around kept asking if we needed anything and asked if we were okay. There are three reasons why CFA is a great quick service restaurant: quality food, polite staff, and operational efficiency. All three are substandard at this location. It's without a doubt the worst Chick-fil-A that I've ever been to. After going there every weekday morning for months (I love CFAs breakfast, obviously) I just can't do it anymore. My order is incorrect at least 25% of the time, the staff, which rotates constantly, is apathetic, and I consistently wait 5-10 minutes for my online order. I have never seen a more disorganized, haphazard operation at a chick-fil-a, with staff bringing orders to cars 3-5 cars back in line while cars in front wait and wait for their orders. With issues this systematic, the Operator has to be the problem. They've been consistently happening for months, so I guess that corporate is blind to this. Stay away from this place if you're used to a standard Chick-fil-A experience! I'll wait until they replace this Operator or open another unit nearby. What a mess. read more

Always fantastic! When you need Chik-Fil-A you always get the same consistent goodness. That's what I love about this place. This time through, I had the grilled chicken sandwich, wife and kids shared nuggets and a regular chicken sandwich, loads of fries, and one peppermint shake. All were fantastic. The insides are still closed for Chick-fil-A but the drive-thru is very efficient. They have two lines for ordering that merge into one line to pick up your order. There are physical people working the lines outside taking your orders and payments and they're doing it with efficiency. When I arrived there was a decent sized line but I was able to place my order and have it in roughly 5 minutes. I ordered the egg white grilled chicken sandwich with side of fruit and a Coke zero. I took it back to my room and everything was just as it should be. The sandwich was hot and fresh and tasted as expected. The fruit was fresh and the right portion size. My fork and straw were included in the bag which makes dining out very easy and convenient. A very good location. read more

This is the second Chick fil a in our town (the other is on US1)and while the quality of the food is the same the service leaves a lot to be desired. The drive thru is usually painfully slow and they have been open a year and have yet to get it together. The service was great which isn't uncommon for their establishments, but I appreciated the server (shout out to you Megan) who gave us our food asking if we got everything we ordered (which we did). The dining room is closed, but you can still use the bathrooms inside and that was great since we needed a one-stop shop on our road trip to make the best time. Then to top it off it was probably the best nuggets and fries I've had from there in a long time- and that's saying something because I get a lot of Chick-fil-A and I wasn't even that hungry, it was just a convenient time and place to stop (my husband agrees also) Sorry for the long review, but I thought this place deserves it read more

Went through the drive-through, and they got our order wrong. When I went up to get it fixed, not only did they fix it quickly, but they gave me a coupon for a free chicken sandwich or biscuit. Chick-fil-a always has the best customer service. Nobody is perfect, it's how you deal with mistakes that really define customer service to me. read more
