Had my first meal here tonight, and I'm looking forward to many more meals! I love that they're completely gluten free here. I have to eat that way for health reasons, so knowing this is a safe zone for me was amazingly refreshing. Plus, it's real food and plenty of varied options - even cookies! I had their cilantro noodles with roasted cauliflower, butternut squash, pork loin, avocado, and chose a cilantro pesto sauce. All of it was delicious! I had made an online order, and my husbands' meal had allergens I didn't know were present. I had notated the allergies he had and the manager called me to warn me of the present allergens and offered other items to replace it. He was very pleasant and very accommodating. WOW! I was blown away. The amazing flavors of every item and the combination makes you just want more. The portion size is amazing for the price and IT'S ALL GLUTEN FREE! I was amazed. Food is absolutely delicious- love the concept! Staff is always friendly and courteous. Definitely need to add some kind of shade on the window as the two large tables in the front get blinded in the evening. Also would love to see them add the beer/wine option. Their drink selection is definitely lacking. Soda or a couple juices (lemonade was very tart) or water. Would be nice to have the option if you go in there for dinner to have a glass of beer or wine with the yummy, delicious meal! read more

So excited they opened a Bolay in my hometown! I live in west palm beach but have a lot of friends and family in Orlando and I visit all the time. This place is so amazing. It's one of those spots that you find yourself eating at like 3 or 4 times a week lol Its become part of my daily routine after I finish working out or training a client. High quality food, the staff is very friendly every time I've been in and they have THE BEST COOKIES EVER! My favorite bol to get is the lemon chicken and steak with black rice, sweet potatoes, goat cheese, avocado and broccoli. The portion sizes are huge which is great for a big guy like me. I highly recommend giving this place a try if you haven't yet! I'll be stopping by the orlando location in a couple days, cant wait! read more

i love the fresh and healthy options that bolay has to offer! my go to was the large vegetarian bol with jasmine rice, spinach, and two portions each of ginger broccoli and herb roasted potatoes - the creamy sauce brought it all together perfectly. now you have to choose proteins, so no more doubling up on veggies (at least through their app and on uber eats, it could be different in store). however, i'm excited to try their miso glazed tofu as my protein choice! bolay has been super helpful and delicious as i transition to a fully vegan diet. read more

I got FOOD POISONING from eating at this Bolay in Lake Nona. Be careful and beware about going here during the pandemic. They are probably using old vegetables. I had shrimp, broccoli, kale, and green beans. My friend did not get sick. She had the same except the broccoli. It was definitely not cooked well or it was old broccoli. read more

Let me start by saying I LoVE Bolay. You would never know that it's gluten free. I enjoy the always changing menu. I can always find something to mix together differently. Their food has so much flavor and always fresh. If you have questions they take their time with you, allow you to taste and have the patience and the best costumer service. My only reason why I'm giving a 3 star is the disappointment that they got rid of my all time favorite cookie....snickerdoodle! I hope they bring it back so I can enjoy my meal with a sweet ending of my favorite cookie! read more

I wanted to go here to get some pressed juice but ended up dining in since I like to try new food. The whole menu is totally gluten free and you can choose between a small or large bowl. Since I've never been here before I had to go small but I was pleasantly surprised. I chose the cilantro noodles as my base, the sesame tofu as my protein, and the sweet potatoes and balsamic mushrooms as my veggies. I added Parmesan cheese and topped it off with cilantro pesto sauce. It was all yummy! Honestly, I could've just had the noodles, mushrooms, cheese, and sauce and I would've been all good. Lastly, I got the sweet melons juice and it was very good. The place is nice and roomy with some high tables to sit along with longer ones with benches. The staff was very friendly and we were immediately greeted upon entering. One young lady explained the concept and said we could even try some of the items they had. Great experience but a bit pricy. However, I will definitely be back again since I really enjoyed my meal. read more

Bolay has become a family favorite. We frequently eat here often. We love the atmosphere! The staff is very welcoming and accommodating.

After living in the Lake Nona area for the past two years, it's been a spectacle watching all the new restaurants pop up on Narcoossee. After seeing Bolay pop up, I was immediately curious as to what it was, and after seeing the menu online I decided that I needed to try it! I was extremely impressed! I may be a little biased because I'm a huge fan of bowls with large selections of toppings, but the options they have are so different and refreshing. I was getting a little tired of the same old Chipotle and was looking for something a little more "fresh" tasting, and Bolay was the perfect place to get that. I decided to get the quinoa with Brussels sprouts, mushrooms, steak au jus (delicious), tomatoes, and spicy Thai sauce. The way that all these foods blended together so well was amazing. The steak was probably the highlight considering I love my steak on the rare side. I will definitely be back for more and to try some difference options, and I will definitely recommend! read more

I used to crave chipotle but those days are long gone. The food at this location was so flavorful and fresh tasting. I do not think I could ever go back to chipotle. They had a ton of options that they let you sample if you want. My favorite was their black rice and bbq chicken. I had a small bowl and it was more than enough. At the end of the visit their manager on staff, Randall, checked to see how the food was. Overall would definitely come back. read more
