On yesterday we stopped to eat at Bombshells after an amazing time at ACTIVATE to continue the birthday celebration for my daughter's birthday. Our server was sent to the table. It was obvious she did not want to serve us. We tried small talk compliments about nails. I observed when she serve other table she smiled and was pleasant. However our table received the flat effect. The order was incorrect, we were charged for blue cheese dressing we didn't order. I was Houston for annual RCI Hospitality stockholders meeting, so after the meeting I decided to have lunch at Bombshells Tomball which I have never visited before. The bartender was very sweet girl named Hannah, she suggested the chicken sandwich because I was too tired to decide what to eat for lunch after my early morning drive from Austin to Houston for the meeting. Lucky to be their first customer for the day, Hannah was very animated and did a good job talking to me about movies and other topics. Jay the manager was helpful too bringing out my order from the kitchen and helping Hannah with redeeming my officer's club points. I hope to visit again and the other Bombshells in the Houston area. read more

Decided to go to Bombshells for lunch before we headed to the movies. Always love this place the waitresses are polite and fun to talk to. If I had to recommend an appetizer try the torpedoes of you like spicy snacks. They are so good!!! I went for a lighter lunch because I wasn't sure if I was gonna grab popcorn at the movies...so the Betty Boop was a perfect wrap the heat of the pepper jack and coolness of the avocado. My sister-in-law who was with me had the toro toro tacos and really liked them. Waitress was sweet and we enjoyed her company when she popped by to check us. I gave Bombshells four stars because the timing of the food coming out could have been better. read more

I was super excited to take my Navy veteran dad here for his birthday. The ambiance of the place was nice and the hostess sat us promptly and obliged our request to sit at a table instead of a booth. After being sat, that is when the problems with service started. It took 15 minutes for a waitress to finally acknowledge us and get our drink orders. Drinks delivered and they were wrong. We just ordered tea and coke. Took another 15 minutes for her to correct and come by to take our order. Food then took approximately 45 minutes to come out and our meals did not even come out at the same time. Now the food was good, I will give them kudos for that but the service was just horrible. Had to repeatedly ask for drink refills. I even had to wait unusually long to get my bill and pay. I definitely won't be returning here and would recommend others stay away. My 78 year old dad didn't even get a happy birthday from the waitress even when I said it was his birthday. She could care less. read more

Attempted to order through DoorDash but my order was canceled by the restaurant claiming it was a duplicate order. I waited over 2 hours for the order and multiple dashers were assigned my order but were unable to retrieve it from the restaurant. I call multiple times with no one picking the phone up. Worse experience ever and DoorDash themselves does not deserve a horrible review. This restaurant does. Worse part is they took 2 hours to cancel at 11pm leaving me very limited options on my alternative meal for the night. Will NEVER order from here again. I would hope they treat their in person guests a lot better. DO BETTER! Be transparent if you're short staffed and having a hard time. I ordered bone-in wings. Got boneless. Tried to tell my server and she said the kitchen "would not remake my wings". Also got an extra order of super disgusting Tajin/lime wings? Don't even make that flavor. It's horrible. So besides the obvious reasons to come to a Brazen restaurant, we came for the UFC fight. The venue is clean and well designed. The staff is friendly (of course) and will sometimes sit at your table. Despite being a fight night, I had no trouble with speedy service and accurate orders. The beer selection could use some work, but you cannot always expect a lot from a chains. Walked in and got seated. No one ever came by to offer anything to drink or take our order so we finally just walked out. Several waitresses walked by and didn't even bother to help. Another booth had two employees sitting in it doing nothing but talking to each other. No one ever acknowledged us at all. We finally got up and left and they didn't even notice LOL. I'll stick with twin peaks. Better food. Better service. Edit: I actually went back and read other reviews and saw other people saying the same thing. Issues with no service for 30 minutes. The manager or whoever she is responded several times saying "I will pass this along to ensure this is fixed". She clearly hasn't fixed anything because it's still happening. read more
