Came to have drinks and eat with friends! Service and drinks were great! Had fast service. However, a server by the name of Georgina was serving and then sat with a table and started eating a salad. Me and 3 of my friends came in just to get a couple drinks, they sat us "upstairs" and it was not busy at all. We waited 15 minutes before I went back to the hostess to let her know we hadn't been seen yet. She apologized and said someone would be right over, and then that took another 5 minutes. The women working the area we were sitting in seemed to be on break and watching the game instead of helping the tables. The table next to us waited longer than we did. Here at this restaurant as we speak...I would not recommend anyone come here until they get it together. The drinks are water down and the service is straight from Sesame Street. The waitresses have an attitude and no customer service or hygiene training. She ran out of paper so she wrote our order on her hand and yes, she forgot things ordered. When she took our order she ran it to some guy and they literally had a ten minute conversation about his love life and we are waiting on her to place our order. I asked for queso and would appreciate the next time having it without our waitress long dirty fingernail sitting inside of it. I just said forget it because the people with me feel sorry for this chick. Absolutely horrible service. We walked in at 6:50. Our server approached us very dismissively and she did not want to deal with he is, took our order then left. I watched our beer sit in the expos window of the bar for 18 minutes and not one server ran the beer, the bartender never once called it out, and our server staying just out of earshot walked by it to attend to another table multiple times. When I finally flagged down a manager, the beer had sat there for 17 minutes. The manager apologized, poured new beers and we proceeded to sit for another 15 minutes before another server came up and asked us if we wanted to order. We politely told her no we would just pay for the beers and the manager that knew we sat there for at that point 33 minutes with no service, handed us a tab for two draft beers!!! I know restaurants have a comp sheet to retain customers. I've been in the industry for many years. I would never have charged for the beers nor let an additional 14 minutes pass before another server approached the table. This place is a joke. We've been there many times and have seen the digression but this time was the pits. Unless you're 22 broke unemployed uneducated and hard up, find another restaurant. Came in last week after hearing good reviews about this place. My server Pariz was very arrogant. She never came to check on us until it was time to pay. When we ordered our food her tone was very dismissive almost as a fast food worker. Also she didn't greet us for about 20 minutes of us sitting there. Another server checked on us more than she did. I never got the other servers name but she was exceptionally nice. Overall the experience with Pariz was enough to not make me come back. read more

I have never been mistreated and talked down on by a manager. we went in on a nov 1 at night close to closing when the male manager harassed us about a meal that was bad . he threaten to put us out and make us take a to go box and pay for the food . he also called us liars and threaten to call police . so once we called police he lied to police and said he never told us to get out . manipulative and very rude nasty and immature attitude. We've been in the area for about a year and finally decided to give Bombshells a chance on a Monday for dinner. We got there around 5:15. It was pretty empty, everyone who was dining in was sitting at the bar, about 12 people, us in clouded. There were 3 ladies behind the bar and my boyfriend and I were attended right away. Nice girl, we got our drinks and waited to order for 15 mins. She finally got to us after talking with the other clients. Once we ordered our food didn't come back for 35 mins. When we got it we weren't given utensils. The girl didn't come back to refill our drinks or ask how the food came out. We were missing some stuff. I got the hell cat wings. They taste like sweet buffalo, wasn't a big fan. The dry rub wings weren't crispy and they were skimpy on the seasoning. $3 wells are nice but wouldn't go back. Mediocre food and service. read more

The girls have extremely bad attitudes serving at the bar and made my clients that I took out to watch the World Series Game extremely uncomfortable. I have been a loyal supporter of this business for a long time. But the new Staff does not understand costumer service and the management is completely useless. We stopped in for dessert after a movie and were seriously unimpressed. We asked to sit on the patio as it was so noisy inside that talking would have been an impossibility. The female server couldn't have been less interested in doing her job and seemed to have an attitude. We placed our dessert orders and requested waters with them. We waited over 30 minutes for our order to come out (one was a slice of cake!) and the waters came out 11 minutes later. Never during all this time did ANYONE approach us to see if we might need something. Only when she returned the check did her demeanor warm up. Hmmmmm It's very disappointing to see a newer establishment that seems not to care. The only reason I gave two stars is due to the quality of the desserts and the great music. Food came out wrong and 45 minutes after we ordered. We asked the server for the correct food and she came back and Informed us that the kitchen would not make the correct wings... Thursday 5/25 shift needs to go. They're trash just like their cooking l. 25 minutes to get beer as we watched them go from cold to Luke warm at the bar. I finally had to go up there and say that they were mine. The bartender responded and said oh ok we didn't know where they were supposed to go, so there is obviously an issue in house with seating. My husband suggested this place as it was right next to the movie theater. I asked him if this place was like Hooters, given the name. He assured me that it wasn't and even looked at other reviews that stated it was family friendly. It is JUST like Hooters and offers a classier version of such. The girls are wearing crop tops and mini skirts that showcase their best assets. I'm totally okay with this, you do you. But, I had a bellybutton in my face when ordering and it just made me a slight uncomfortable. Especially because I had no makeup on and looked like a slob. These girls were clearly superior to me and my self-esteem went down 17 notches. The food was alright, and the service was good. We can't really complain. I called the day before to make sure they would be showing the UFC main card for 9/26/20. The staff got with the manager to verify and they told me they would. I got to the location at 6pm and they did show the prelims of UFC but then changed the channel. I asked about it and they told me they were not showing the main fight. I asked to speak to the manager about the issue . A blonde short haired lady spoke to me saying that there was a confusion . I told her I had called yesterday to make sure and had I known that I would of spent my money elsewhere . Pretty disappointed in spending my money there and not elsewhere. I was not the only one asking about the fight either. Everyone appeared to be there for that reason as well. District 249 it is for next time !!! read more

Literally the worst service. If you are a female paying for service in this establishment it is a waste of hard earned dollars. The managers don't care that the service is crappy. Oh and they don't follow 50% capacity rules. So maybe Mayor Turner needs to get involved. I have given this place multiple tries. I spoke to a manager who did nothing. If your servers have time to sit at a table and play on their phones then there should be no excuse to have an empty drink. This place simply feels amazing. It is wide open, well laid out and nicely done. I went here with a buddy for Happy Hour so did not try the food but the drink service was great. My buddy wasn't sure what he wanted. He said he liked margaritas but wanted something new and the waitress ordered him the perfect drink. He loved it. I was very surprised that this is similar to a Hooters and the gals wear very little clothes. The two waitresses we had were sweet and really quality but very distracting to have so many partially clad ladies around. Okay, they were fully clad but not much cloth in important places. If you don't have the proper "equipment" you'll probably get ignored. I don't know if the girls are seeking attention or if they're actually trying to earn money. We tip well and we are insanely kind to our servers, all being in the industry ourselves. There was 0 reason for us to sit as long as we did. On Saturday June 29 around 930 pm, I went to Bombshells on Hwy 249 in Tomball along with my fellow veteran friend I hadn't seen in 30 years and my girlfriend to have a drink and a cigar on the patio. A hostess by the name of Yelitza walked by to sit 2 customers that walked in 10 to 15 minutes after we did. After sitting them, I asked hostess if she can please get us a server. She said no because we weren't allowed to sit outside without checking in on the inside first. She was walked away rudely. Shortly after that, a server walked by and said she's not our server but will find us a server in a few minutes. While waiting an employee by named Taylor came to us and asked us to leave because hostess said we were disrespectful. I explained to her that we were not disrespectful and we were unaware that you have to check in before sitting outside. The couple that were sited after us even tried to explain to Taylor that we weren't disrespectful but she insisted that we leave. Even that couple was so disappointed that they refused the service, asked for corporate telephone number and left right behind us. Taylor said she was a manager but she didn't seem professional nor cared about the truth even after the customers sitting next to us confirmed that we weren't disrespectful. If Bomshell continues to operate this way, they will lose more and more customers. read more
