I really liked their Tteokbokki, the flavor tasted like a little sweet and spicy, and the rice cakes were soft. The food is so good.

Bulgogi fries is on fire and i love the spicy and the yang yum sauce i really recommend it!

Tried this place tonight on a whim and it was delicious the seasonings on the chicken were great. Loved the pork bun and seasoned fries. I have to say my favorite was the kimchi and pickled radishes along with my chicken. The fusion was excellent. Amazing food and service. I have been there a few times and always had a great experience.

Since writing this review I have been back multiple times and each time the quality and taste is inconsistent. I wasted 30$ on just chicken just for it to be really bad and have no sauce but soy sauce drenching it. Their fries changed to cheaper mushy fries. It's quite unfortunate. Also the response from the company not even being bothered to "insert food" to thank me with a copy pasted response shows that they only care about the money anymore rather than the food quality. read more

At this point I don't even care what the food tastes like. I don't live here. Have never eaten here before. Dropped $120 on chicken. There is no button for sauce on the side. I came to get the food and was told repeatedly that I can't have sauce on the side. Im a chef. You have a vat of sauce back there. You can't put a bit in a 2oz cup and call it a day? When I got there parking is packed and they do not have a designated curbside pickup spot...... called the place while I was parked right behind the restaurant, I spoke to someone on the phone and I told her I'm on a time crunch and asked where the curbside pickup is. She said "I'll be waiting upfront" but when I got there there was no one so I had no choice but to park on the disabled spot and call her again as if she didn't knew I would be there in 5 seconds.... As she approached my car, I asked her where the curbside pick up is at and she said "right here" where I was parked right in front of the restaurant OR at the parking lot far away from the place.... Every spot was taken in front of the restaurant and there was no sign for curbside pickup despite isat g on the website that they have curbside.... I just said that's not curbside pickup and said thanks... I hate giving staff attitude as they work hard for their earnings (sorry if you're reading this) but this is a management issue. I wouldn't go here if you are working in the area and picking up lunch because they will waste your freakin time. Never having had Bonchon I didn't know what to expect, but overall enjoyed. We ordered through Grubhub and it came faster than the estimated time so that was a nice start. The pork bao buns were tasty with coleslaw and my husband loved the drum wings, they were huge! The fried shrimp had a weird texture so we didn't enjoy those but everything else was great. Went with my family today for dinner at 6pm. It's now 8:20pm and we finally left. The service was absolutely horrendous. I had to ask for water and napkins 4 times and didn't get it until we were almost done. My kids sat there with no silverware, plates, or napkins while bowls of rice sat on our table for over an hour while waiting for our cold chicken to be served. Dirty dishes, unclean tables, and rude servers were the cherry on top of a crap sundae. Will not be back. On top of it when confronted with the crappy service our server ignored us, didn't apologize, and sat there watching to see if we left a tip. The had a advertisement for free pot stickers if you bought large order se we did showed them the add and they said they know nothing about it and would not honor it even though it was on there web site. The young lady working there was very very snotty. We ask to see the manager and she said there was no manager on site. This is the most legit Korean fried chicken place I've found in CO... I cannot speak to the service since we have always gotten take out. (And when I say "we," I mean my husband goes to pick it up.) Suggestion: 1. place the order for tteokbokee right before pick up. You may have to wait, but this way the rice cake doesn't overcook and become one mushy mess. 2. Embrace your fatty side, and order the fried pickles! 3. Resign yourself to wait. This place gets busy, but at least your order will be fresh. read more
