    Specialty loaded fries

I met a friend for dinner at Bonchon on a Saturday night. The restaurant wasn't busy and we immediately got a table. Bonchon is mostly known for the Korean style fried chicken but has a variety of other Korean dishes. We actually skipped out on the fried chicken but did get the chicken katsu, fried rice, and one of their specialty loaded fries. Overall the portion sizes were good to split between two people. The flavors were average though, nothing that jumped out and stayed with me. Our waiter was attentive and the atmosphere inside was pleasant. We appreciated them letting us sit and chat as the restaurant began to close up. I would try this Bonchon location again but I would probably stick to the Korean fried chicken.

Service was amazing, our server was very attentive to our needs and she spoke like she knew the menu very well, even listing the ingredients in the entrees. We're not new to the franchise, just the location. So we got takoyaki, street corn, bulgogi fried rice, and a large platter of soy garlic and spicy chicken wings. Every thing was great and had the distinct Bonchon flavor. The bathrooms are clean and the vibes of the restaurant was pretty casual. Great place!

I ordered BonChon on DoorDash so I can't speak to the ambiance of the restaurant. My food arrived hot, well packaged and all requested condiments included. I ordered the bone in wings with Korean bbq sauce and seasoned french fries. The food was amazing. Chicken was crispy and nicely coated with the bbq sauce. The fried were crispy and well seasoned. I absolutely enjoyed my meal and will definitely be ordering again

I've heard good things about this place and their take on Korean fried chicken, from the lovely Spensyr K., so when a recent opportunity presented itself, I decided to give it a shot. First thoughts on walking in was that it was dirty and loud. Only a couple of tables were empty and the lone waitress said right up front she was too busy to take a table so it would be 10 - 15 minutes or so. I would much rather be told ahead of time than sit and wait and wonder, so that alone brought this up a star. The bar had a couple empty seats but they were still full of dishes from the last person that sat there so we decided to leave, order take out, and then pick it up. So that's what we did. The process went pretty smoothly, ordered via the app, everything was assembled, and off we went. Smooth as buttah... My thoughts : * Sauces were super tasty. Yangnyeom is awesome. KBBQ was really good too. * Chicken was small pieces and overcooked. Very disappointed. * Pickled radish was the star of the show.

Kimchi Coleslaw this was SO good!

Champions Pub - Steak tips and onion rings: superb

I have read many good bings for Champion's steak tips. It is a local spot or bar…read more Beers on draft I ordered nice and cold. I ordered the steak tips and my only complaint if I was to have one was the limited options for the side. It was onion rings or rice . It came with a salad that was lame ... I'd drop the salad for a veggie or sauteed onions and grilled black green peppers . I ordered onion rings and excellent onion rings. I really wanted cream spinach, garlic spinach or mashed, or baked potato or corn , carrots anything? Grilled garlic green beans even better with my tips . Now, the steak tips are real deal tender , nice teriyaki I think was marinade . Huge portion in terms of lbs of steak tips . Nice char from grill on tips. All very good . Better to serve an option steak tips, grilled onions and grilled green peppers, mashed potato, grilled beans ,a single hot roll ... like a Santarpios option they offer peppers But, I get it... if it is working... why change... These tips are Massachusetts high ranking .

The Must-Have Dishes Kitchen Sink Nacho Tray ($17.95) - An absolute steal! This massive tray of nachos is loaded with grilled chicken, chili, tomatoes, onions, black olives, and jalapeños, served with salsa and sour cream. Easily feeds four people and is hands-down worth coming back for. 9/10 Buffalo Chicken Sandwich ($14.95) - Crispy buffalo chicken with just the right amount of heat, paired with cool bleu cheese. If you're hunting for a great Buffalo chicken sandwich near Medford or Boston (seriously, where are the good ones?), this is a solid contender. 9/10 Smokehouse Burger ($14.95) - Stacked with BBQ sauce, bacon, an onion ring, and pepper jack cheese, it was a good burger, but honestly, the onion rings stole the show. We stumbled upon Sina's and decided to make it our 'date night.' WOW! Did we get lucky!! Located just a 20 min from Marblehead, we arrived to a quiet restaurant, where we were on the late-ish side, arriving at 7:30 and they close at 8:30pm. The owner and a colleague were waiting on everyone and the owner was cooking, too. We ordered: - Homemade falafel (incredible!) $9 - Masto-Khiar: Creamy rich yogurt blended with fresh cucumber and mint, $9 - Beef Barg: Two skewers of ground beef combined with onion, and house seasoning - served with grilled tomatoes and rice, $26 - Shirazi Salad: Fresh diced cucumber, tomato & onion in a juicy lemon-mint dressing with olive oil -- served with warm pita bread, $9 - The evening's special was lamb shank served with roasted root vegetables (a huge portion!) $35 - A traditional yogurt beverage (just to experiment - it was slightly salty and interesting) - Doogh $5 - A glass of white wine $13 - Freshly made baklava $4 (perfect as a great small dessert finale) --- Total $128.48 with tax ($117 food/bev, $11.48 tax) We were warmly attended to by the owner, 'Bejan' / 'Bijan' (?) - the 'j' is pronounced like a 'zh' - like in 'bijou.' He and his wife - and their 2 children moved to the USA many years ago to create a better life. They opened this restaurant (decorated by their daughter) in honor of their late son, Sina, who was tragically lost to random gun violence in 2017 - in Lynn MA. Their son was studying to be a pilot and was working as a pizza delivery driver when the random violence took his life. Truly heartbreaking. Sina was just 24 years old. Sina's portrait hangs above the cash register. I highly recommend this place - 5/5 in all ways. We will be back.
