The quality of food at this location has really gone down. I ordered my Sunday dinner through Uber eats. The dishes I ordered I have eaten at the restaurant and enjoyed. I ordered the makers mark salmon, mashed potatoes, broccoli and cauliflower. The food was not fresh. It had a bitter taste, and was simply not edible. The food and/or ingredients were not fresh. My food choices do not take long to cook so should be prepared fresh to order. If I could give zero stars, I would. Never again! read more

The food was less than mediocre. The steak I ordered and the one my daughter ordered were supposed to be two different cook levels but both cooked too much and hard. Fish and chips were brought without fries. We ordered garlic potatoes but got mashed potato. When we asked the server for fries she told us she cant put the order in and the waiter had to come. These were brought with our check. If the food was below par the service was horrible. I was so annoyed that I did not want to tip at all. But then I left a horrible tip. Went for dinner to this beautiful restaurant on a Sunday evening. A slow night for them. We had a cheerful, informed waitress named Kim who guided us through the menu and we made our selections. Our party of five chose different entrees and we were each very pleased with our selections. The food arrived to the table at appropriate temperatures and attractively served. I bought my 84 year old mother here for Mothers Day. What a Huge Mistake! There were numerous dead flies on the window ceils and disgusting dead mosquitos on several tables especially near the windows. The manager should be fired immediately! Bonefish Grill has taken a huge nosedive and collapse. How could you bring stale bread and be stingy on the olive oil dip (a quarter of dip on the plate) on one of the biggest holidays of the year?I I have never witnessed this level of deficiency and ineptitude when it comes to this once outstanding food chain (Maybe due to the effects of the pandemic and lack of employees) I endured the half-washed eating utensils and glasses, but the derelict, inattentive hosts and servers were unbearable. Decided to have a chill dinner at Bonefish Grill in Concord Mills. I prefer making reservations and I love that BG is always ready to seat you upon arrival. We took advantage of the "Two Dine for $45". You select from two salads, an entree & a dessert to share. We started with the Bang Bang Shrimp. Fried to perfection and the perfect amount of sauce. I am so happy that we got this classic entree. So good!! I opted for the Rainbow Trout with Lemon Butter & Capers. The portion size was almost for two. Grilled well and I had Jasmine Rice with Creamed Spinach. Honestly, the spinach wasn't that great. It was bland. No complaints but just not what I was expecting. My date had the Angler's Steak. Commented that the temperature was great. So overall, it was a good night with no complaints. I do suggest that if you're a cocktail lover, you should try the Smoked Old Fashion. Family dinner at Bonefish on a busy Saturday night. Be warned they have started changing the recipes so some of the dishes have different seasonings than what your used to. They were super busy and we felt like we were being served by like 5 different wait staff. When we did our original drinks order our waitress didn't cross out two drinks we decided we didn't want and ended up having extra drinks delivered to our table. My boyfriend ordered a special that they didn't even have available so he got his meal 15 minutes after our other meals arrived. They gave us a complimentary dessert for everyone based on our overall experience being super confusing and not cohesive. I would have rated the food lower but the key lime cake was a huge hit at the table. The pumpkin lava cake was dry and one note flavor wise . It was my table getting their food all at different times. For example; the first entree hit our table and 20 minutes later the last entree was finally placed down. Also, salads were missed and it wasn't until 15 minutes later did our friend get his, after asking twice. The Manager, "Jaden" (spelling probably be off) has ZERO clue. Has NO idea on how to perform service recovery. She never apologized for anything, just made excuse after excuse, none of them good ones either. I'll be back to Bonefish, but NEVER this one. The place was packed on a weeknight in February and we managed the last table. The service was very close and we waited longer than average for a our dinner to come out. We appreciated the free bread and olive oil to dip it in. I got, from the grilled section of the menu, the scallops and shrimp with their Asian sauce on top and picked the jasmine rice and mashed potato for my side items. She had the salmon salad. All in all they both tasted good, but mine came out luke warm at best and definitely not hot. So I don't know if it was waiting for a server to take it out to me or what. I have been wanting to try this location of Bonefish for a while now and today was my chance. I made a special trip to enjoy lunch. The host promptly sat me at my table and gave me a menu and a lunch menu to select from. The lunch menu only had five choices to select from but I thought the crab cakes would be good so that was my choice. Before my meal arrived a plate with bread with an olive oil and pesto dipping sauce was delivered to my table. The bread was really good. It was fresh. The outside was crisp and the inside was soft. It was like homemade ciabatta bread. The dipping sauce went well with the bread! My meal arrived and it was a little puzzling. The Maryland Style Crab "Cakes" were too moist, therefore, they didn't hold their form. There was no way you could pick them up or move them around on your plate. These were not what you expect to receive when you order Maryland Style Crab Cakes. They were like a scoop of dressing with a little crab meat among the breading. However, even though they weren't bound together well they tasted pretty good. They were well seasoned. They came with a red remoulade sauce. The sauce was heavy on horseradish and tasted like someone stirred cocktail sauce and mayo together and put it in a little bowl. Good new is - the crab "cakes" didn't really need an additional sauce since they were so well seasoned. I also selected a side of potatoes au gratin. They were just okay. The crab cakes and one side are on the lunch menu for $15.70. That is slightly overpriced considering the quality and quantity of food I received. My server, Nataliya, was very kind. She kept checking on my needs and was very attentive. The restaurant appeared to be very clean. I like how they change the paper table cloth after every customer. Waiter did an excellent job answering our question of what was on the menu. Hot bread plate with Olive oil and basil dipping sauce was the first to come out. The list of Martinis were extensive. Went for the Bonefish Pomegrante Martini which was sweet and refreshing. After a long day, wanted to unwind and have a relaxing dinner. We took our time with placing our order. Started with salad first. Waiter wanted to get whole order placed. Did not want to be rushed. He was so acommodating and told us to relax. Cesear Salad was fresh and crisp. The Filet Mignon came out perfect just to my liking. I usually order Medium Well and it came out nicely cooked and juicy too. Ordered French Fries and the spinach (Not greasy nor oily). The Classic Cheesecake was not to my liking. It was creamy but it had an after taste. Instead I went for my friends Macadamia Nut Brownie with Ice Cream- This is definitely a winner! I was in the mood for Fish and Chips and boy did I get some delicious Fish and Chips. Big Flaky Fish (cod?) and crispy fries. I also had a house salad with their tasty Lemon Vinaigrette, loved it. Their fresh baked bread with Pesto was served warm and it was so good. And now to the absolute highlight...the Coconut Pie. The rum sauce and whipped cream complimented the pie perfectly. I LOVE their bread and herbs with oil. I could've eaten an entire loaf by myself. The bang bang shrimp were delicious. Their calamari was well seasoned with basic salt and pepper, but accompanied with fried peppers and onions. I had the mussels for my main meal. The sauce was too sweet for me, but the mussels were cook appropriately and fresh. I ended up taking them home and cooking my own sauce. Problem solved. I would advise them to ditch the sauce all together and start over. Mussels weren't meant to be sweet. Eww. The salmon pasta was great, with salmon cooked to perfection, My husband had the grilled trout. It was amazing. Service was quick and friendly. I will return soon. read more

Came into the restaurant, with my husband. We were seated and it took over 15 minutes for the waiter to show up and take our drink order. Then took about another 15 to 20 minutes for our drinks only because we had another server bring our appetizer, we had to ask her to bring us drinks. Do do not hold the restaurant at fault for a incompetent server, Took way too long to get drinks and refill them and bring the bread for the table. I fault them for when I received my food the lobster tail on my dish was spoiled and smelled of ammonia very strongly. The Mannager took it away and said he would get me another one but I am not putting myself through that again. They did have the courtesy of taking it off the bill. read more
