We were there today, reserved for table of 5 but only 4 of us made it (1 was sick). As soon as we checked in we were brought to our table right away. Rick was our waiter, very attentive , and patient, and when all of us finally got there he took our orders. While waiting for the 4th person to arrive, their chef or manager gave us a complementary appetizer, Bang bang shrimp, as they made a lot of it, and I was so surprised and impressed. Our food was delivered on time and cooked perfectly well. I ordered calamari, mahi mahi and shrimp dinner, my friends ordered imperial cod, sirloin and crab cakes and bacon mac and cheese. My wife and I opted for their Corn Chowder & Lump Crab (with bacon!). For our entree, we shared the Atlantic Salmon, with sides of green beans and jasmine rice. Bonefish is one of my go to spots at Town Square. I've liked everything that I have eaten here although I have a couple of favorites. My favorite seafood dish is their salmon (grilled) either with a caesar salad or with veggies as a side. My favorite item overall; however, is their pork chop. It's simply grilled but it's always perfectly cooked, juicy, and very flavorful. Their lobster stuffed shrimp (special) is also very good and a pretty big portion. For fall, they have a pumpkin ravioli (premium side) that's really delicious (with feta and crispy onions). I need this to be a regular item! My least favorite item is the calamari. They're really tiny and almost too fried. Desserts can be hit or miss, they used to have an excellent coconut pie that they took off the menu. They brought something similar back but this one is more like a macaroon in the shape of a pie. Service is excellent. Billy is always attentive and friendly. The restaurant is also nice, clean, although a little dark/dim at night. read more

This place has been a big disappointment. We have tried it numerous times and no change. Service has always been great and could not ask for a better ambiance. However, the fish does not appear fresh, perhaps it's the way it is always overcooked. Bonefish Grill is not far from our home and we continue to have to travel to the strip and beyond to Kings Fish House to get fresh fish properly prepared.. My order was for delivery, so I can't review the service, except to say that the order arrived exceptionally fast, and it was obviously prepared fresh. I ordered the Chilean Sea Bass, with whipped garlic potatoes and seasonal veggies, which turned out to be broccoli. Everything was VERY delicious, although I was a bit disappointed with the portion size of the fish. For over $40, I expected something a bit larger (hence the 4 stars instead of 5). I've dined here multiple times and my meals are always good. This last visit our server was nice and very attentive. We ordered the 3 course special; Corn Chowder Lump Crab, Cod Imperial and a Brownie Dessert for $24.90. What a great deal. The fish was tender and I enjoyed eating the melted cheese that topped the fish. I'm not a dessert person but the ice cream was yummy. It has been a long time since we last at Bonefish. We made a reservation for a booth for a Tuesday night at 6:30 PM. The reservation wasn't really needed - when we got there only two other tables were occupied. Despite the fairly empty restaurant and more than enough servers working, service was slow and, frankly, unpleasant. Perhaps begrudging would be a better description. When we could get her attention, she seemed bothered that we were annoying her. My wife and I each ordered off the specials menu. My wife got the lobster tail ($44) and I got the pineapple shrimp ($20). The shrimp dish had 10 pineapple glazed shrimp over a bed of rice with 2 spears of grilled pineapple. An attractive presentation and pretty tasty. Not so for the lobster dish. The lobster tail itself was meh. The rice it was served over was cool (as in not hot) and the side of green beans was not edible. We were able to get another server to grab our server so she could get the green beans replaced. By the time she came back with the green beans, my wife had finished her meal. Terrible service can ruin even a very good meal. And this wasn't a very good meal. We had the pleasure of meeting Kathy the bartender and was happy to see one our favorite bartenders, Gitano on our Sunday visit. Both Kathy and Gitano were very attentive, provided exceptional personal service and made us feel welcome and special. As always, the food was amazing and their drinks were perfect. We hosted our rehearsal dinner here with about 34 guests in their private dining space. The planning and communication leading up to the event were solid, and the space itself was beautiful exactly what we were hoping for. The food and drinks were great, and overall, our guests really enjoyed the atmosphere. That said, the service during the event was unfortunately very slow. They only assigned one server to our entire group, with minimal help from another staff member who popped in a few times. Our server did his best but was clearly overwhelmed many guests sat for over 30 minutes without drinks or water. The bar was also understaffed with just one bartender handling the entire restaurant and our private party, which made drink service even slower. We were disappointed that, even after mentioning the issue to the event coordinator during the dinner, nothing seemed to change. It felt like an easy fix with better staffing or support for their team. Overall, we were happy with the food and space, but the lack of adequate service took away from what could have been a five-star experience. read more

Our server Bayu was more than happy to work with our request for our fish to be prepared in butter only, making certain there were no toxic seed oils.
